Abstract: In this paper, through the finite element analysis software ANSYS, analysis and research on the part drawing of the diesel engine connecting rod. Using pro/e modeling, introduce it into the finite element analysis software ANSYS for the finite element static analysis of the state of load on the connecting rod. Setting correct model, partitioning appropriate mesh, and setting a reasonable process solution, it can generate visual stress nephogram to facilitate access to important data and intuitive understanding. There is a certain reference value to guide the practical production and shorten the production cycle of the product.

Abstract: Our country has abundant coal resources, thin seam can reserves 20% of all can be occupied. But , with adverse circumstances, thin coal seam mining has not yet been fully realized automation. Plough is a kind of mining equipment with shallow-frustum, Low mining height, multi circulation.Its simple structure in thin coal seam mining is a unique advantage. Along with the plough development to high-powered, high speed to dig, automation direction, and with its reliable performance problems appear more prominent, it is badly in need of further research and discussion. In order to improve the reliability of plough, expand the scope of use plough, this paper applied the method of virtual prototype of the plough structure strength analysis. Taking a coal company designed BT plough as project object, the joint simulation environment is been established by Pro/E,ANSYS and ADAMS.by using corresponding modal interface technology. At last rigid-flexible coupled model has been formed in ADAM.

Abstract: A new line-tracking inspection device which can move on the high voltage transmission lines and control on the ground by people is presented in this paper. The device has three mechanical arms, every arm can lift and rotate automatically, and manipulator can open and close automatically. The flexible design is used in lower riding wheel, this design can make the upper and lower riding wheel automatically adjustment, so as to adapt to the change of wire diameter. Automatic checking and autonomous negotiating obstacles are realized successfully in this device. The biggest breakthrough is that its automatic on-line or off-line can be completed by operator operating the auxiliary tools on the ground. This article uses the Pro/E modeling software set up the virtual prototype of the line-tracking inspection device based on characteristic parameter model. The process of on-line or off-line automatically and the process of negotiating obstacles are discussed in this paper. Using the product of exponentials formula based the on screw theory, the kinematics analysis is processed in this paper. The forward and inverse solution of kinematics equations is presented and at last the Jacobian matrix is given. The results of experiments with simulation transmission lines demonstrate that the device has realized the specified work tasks and runs smoothly.

Abstract: To model one bus body based on shell element and put it into the finite element analysis ANSYS made the mechanics analysis Using Pro/e software. Exert bending, reverse load, etc and done the operation and calibration. Through to adjust body structure balanced each part stress of the body. Analyzed data and put forward reasonable improvement scheme for restarting the optimization design. Got the purpose of the Body quality being light with high strength, the material effective utilization rate dramatically been improved.

Abstract: Explore the influence of gas flow conditions geometry of the diesel spiral airway, which predict the performance of the design of the airway. And the direction of improvement and optimization theory, using CFD technology to explore such away preliminary attempt, based on Pro/E to build the model of airway fluid entity, and use a common geometric standard model into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze to get the airway export velocity distribution, turbulent kinetic energy distribution and other results. It is assessed on eddy current level of Angular momentum flux, and airway improved.

Abstract: According to the equation of pass surface in skew rolling, the characteristic curves are obtained by VC++ programming, a three-dimensional model of the roller is constructed by using of modeling function of Pro/E software, it is done for numerical simulation of Φ21.6mm Al ball forming process in skew rolling by means of ANSYS6.0 software, the stress and strain distributions are obtained in this simulation. It provides the important foundation for the design of dies and making clear the cause of the rolled piece inner defect. Key words: Skew rolling; Numerical simulation; Pro/E modeling; Al ball
