Abstract: This paper presents an approach for the operational controlling of the assembly in timed assembly cycles focussing on large-scale products. In order to handle the assembly of small quantities and long assembly times a controlling method based on predefined actions initiated according to the deviation of four KPIs (key performance indicator) can be implemented. The selected KPIs are missing parts, disturbances, resources and overdue work on the critical path of the assembly process to focus on the early fault detection during the assembly. Therefore the predefined actions in the operational controlling are taskforces, escalation, people shift between stations and overtime.

Abstract: Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology enabling identification of individual devices, providing mutual communication between them and their user, and allowing them to cooperate. What is more, IoT delivers tools for simplification of monitoring and controlling of processes. The present article introduces an evolved solution to the Internet of Things usage in a machine cutting process of laminated boards relying on the Cloud Computing technology.

Abstract: An online monitoring scheme to determine viscosity and permeability for a composite main spar infusion is presented. During the manufacturing process, defects such as dry spots and pores can occur and lead to poor part quality. In this study, dielectric sensors are used to create the information needed to model the process. Several experiments have been carried out to investigate the correlation between the sensors signal and the viscosity and to derivate constitutive equations. The provided data and the derived permeabilities are integrated into a simulation model of a cross section of the composite main spar. As a result, the real permeability can be identified. The knowledge of these parameters is one of the key aspects for a prediction of the resin flow and therefore for an improved process control.

Abstract: Though the quality of epitaxial wafer prepared by barrel type epitaxial furnace is inferior to that by traditional single wafer furnace, it has a series of advantages such as high yield and low cost. The key issues and difficulties of the epitaxy process for buried layers IC wafers prepared by barrel type epitaxial furnace were discussed. By optimizing the epitaxy process parameters and tightly controlling the production procedure such as cleaning and inspecting, barrel type epitaxial furnace can meet the special requirement for buried layer epitaxial process. The characteristics of the epilayers prepared by barrel type epitaxial furnace were close or equivalent to that by single wafer furnace. The ways to suppress the auto doping in the double buried layer epitaxial process were introduced. The ideal transition width of the epilayers was obtained by the two-step epitaxy.

Abstract: This paper proposes the risk management strategy of the product design and development process. The process control mechanisms based on the risk management. Risk identification, assessment, migration, monitoring and reporting are applied in the product development process. Under the supervision and guidance of risk management, the risk point of product development cycle of measuring instrument is shortened about 30%, and the development costs are reduced too. The risk management improves the economic efficiency of enterprises and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the concept by green building design on account of "process control" principle which based on the disjoint between architectural design and green building design consultation, as well as the theoretical research focuses on post-assessment way instead of no development in design that currently existed in the green building of our country. By elaboration to the concept of “process control”, it analyzed the key point of the overall process control in green building design. Meanwhile, it raised the solution plans and process control strategies in green building design from the aspects of planning site selection & layout, combination to plane designs & form, facade design & material selection, equipment system selection, material & energy and operation management measures.

Abstract: To meet the demand of the signal stable at high speed, the key is control precision for the characteristic impedance of FPC. This article is intended to study the strip-line structure for reducing cross-talk (noise) and their theoretical analysis and calculation. By varying effect factor and countermeasure in the production process of FPC, and the optimal process parameter have been obtained. By using the some testing technology, the impedance of strip-line in FPC have been tested.

Abstract: The paper presents ways to simulate objects and industrial processes. The use of simulation in the didactic process is to support the study of programming and visualization processes. It allows one to familiarize students with aspects of the key components of an industrial process, and it allows a better understanding of the algorithms process.

Abstract: A gas pressure regulation system with a control valve is introduced. The selection method, considering the effect of the valve opening and the movement of the valve spool upon the valve control performances of the gas pressure, is discussed, and the effect of pressure control with the selected control valve is presented. The results show that the control valve that is selected using the proposed method has good control characteristics of the gas pressure.

Abstract: This document introduces a new kind of non-autonomous petri net for modelling decentralized systems in intralogistics controlled by PLCs. It extends the Signal Interpreted Petri Net with hybrid elements for continuous and discrete aspects to control external input-/output-events, places and transitions. It enables the modelling of continuous changes on the output places, e.g. linear acceleration of motors. After the formal model-definition, an example of one conveyor and the corresponding control-logic is given.
