Abstract: There exist various systems for optimization of project work including process layout. Mostly they are of commercial nature and it is necessary to follow the procedure designed by the author for their efficient utilization. This article gets closer to interesting abilities of MSEVR system in the process of optimization of process layout of a robotic system. It is a matter of the abilities which are not utilized commonly. Thus the following lines offer innovative ideas discovered in the process of free experimenting in MSEVR as inspiration for the general public of designers.

Abstract: The current status of broiler production in one of the subsidiary companies in Heilongjiang Chia Tai Group was investigated. Based on the summarization and analysis on its production flow and production layout, some layout symbols were put forward. These symbols can bring more convenience if used together with production flow chart in the planning and design of production logistics.

Abstract: There are several reasons why industrial engineers need to optimize process layout designs. This paper points out the justification and discusses the qualitative and quantitative techniques involved in the determination of an optimal process layout for a pilot alkyd resin and its end products manufacturing system. It also spotlights practical decisions required for achieving optimality in the design process. It is the belief of the authors that with some improvements on the final layout, our proposed layout will be a ballpark of eco-factory moored on green manufacturing.
