Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large temperature differences and inconsistent baking speeds at different positions in the tobacco chamber of the tobacco baking room, this paper proposes a complex structure processing technology of fan vent. according to the structure and drying principle of the baking room, ANSYS fluent simulation software was used to analyze the processing parameters of the heat flow field inside the baking room. combining the characteristics of positive and negative air supply baking, the processing and manufacturing parameters of the baking room were optimized, and then the baking comparison test was performed. The results show that: the forward and reverse air-baking method and the complex structure reduces the temperature difference in the interior of the smoke chamber; the forward and reverse air-bake method reduces the baking time by 11 hours, and reduces the coal consumption and power consumption by 12.6%, 48.5%, the standard deviation of temperature monitoring points in the baking room decreased by 44%.

Abstract: Polycrystalline diamond (PCD), is a tool material and widely used in nonferrous metal processing due to its excellent properties, such as high hardness, high wear resistance, high thermal conductivity and low friction coefficient. Considering the friction between the cutter and the workpiece, the heat generated by the elastic-plastic deformation and the heat transfer between the cutter and the workpiece. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to study the effect of different processing parameters on the temperature field distribution and cutting force of the cutter, in the case of welded PCD double-edge end milling copper. The temperature distribution of cutting tools and the changing trend of cutting force with milling parameters was obtained. These technological parameters include the milling rotation speed n, the axial milling depth ap, and the feed rate f. The simulation results show that the tool temperature increases with the increase of milling depth, feed per revolution and rotation speed. However, the tool temperature has little effect on the tool life. Under the condition of satisfying the work-piece surface quality and machining efficiency, low speed, small milling depth and small feed should be selected as far as possible. Milling depth has a great influence on cutting force. When milling speed is about 2400 r/min, the axial milling depth is 0.3 mm, and the feed is 0.2 mm/r, which can obtain small milling force and lower tool temperature, and further extend the life of PCD tool.

Abstract: With the development of the petroleum industry, more and more high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion wells have appeared. In order to adapt to the harsh environment of oil fields, nickel-based alloy oil country tubular goods have been developed and applied in the world. Nickel-based alloy oil country tubular goods have excellent high-temperature performance and good corrosion resistance, but their manufacturing and processing are difficult and the cost is high, which restricts their large-scale application and development in the petroleum industry. In this paper, the microstructure and properties of the commonly used nickel-based alloys were analyzed, the corrosion mechanism in the acidic environment and the pipe processing technology was discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, a typical new zirconium alloy (Zr-Sn-Nb system) was used as the research object. The zirconium alloy strip was prepared from a series of production processes from smelting. By optimizing the process of cold processing with the change of the deformation amount and the intermediate heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the zirconium alloy were studied by different processing. The results are as follows: (1) The mechanical properties of the new zirconium alloy have reached the mechanical properties of Zirlo alloy with the optimization of the alloy composition, and (2) The zirconium alloy can refine the grain strength by the control of deformation degree and annealing temperature during cold deformation. The larger of the cold deformation, the smaller the average of the grains and the higher the yield strength of the material. The yield strength of the material was decreased by cold rolling and annealing more than once; (3) The larger the cold rolling variable of the zirconium alloy in cold deformation, it is beneficial to the second phase to be fine, dispersed and uniformly distributed, thus improving the strength of the material.

Abstract: Nail polish as a system used in cosmetics still faces stability issues. Pigment sedimentation and syneresis are the most common problems for solvent based systems. The scope of this research was to produce a working 'gel' dispersion for use as a suspension agent in nail polish systems. Various thixotropic agents (hectorite and bentonite clays and hydrophobic and hydrophilic silica grades) and methods (high shear homogenisation (HSH) and high pressure homogenisation (HPH)) were employed to affect this result. From the rheology results it is concluded, that the HPH ensures the development of the systems with the required viscosity recovery properties. It is also concluded that high shear developed systems with hydrophilic silica thixotropic agent are well suited for use as a suspension agent in nail polish formulations.

Abstract: The article considers the technology of producing and processing of gear wheels. It provides some requirements for gear units, in particular, for gear wheels and their production. The paper analyzes the effectiveness of various techniques for cutting the gear teeth, as well as the effectiveness of various modern tools used for gear-tooth milling. The article mentions that it is possible to increase the effectiveness of the tool due to simultaneous processing of two or three tooth spaces. It requires the use of full-duplex (tandem) and triplex interlocking disk milling cutters. The results of these studies are confirmed by the description of a number of practical examples implementing these reporting provisions upon use of the equipment described in the paper.

Abstract: This paper the properties of heat-shrink tubing, cold-shrink tubing and prefabricated type cable accessories are studied. And based on that, we make a contract with the composition of the material, processing technology and respective advantages. We found that heat-shrink tubing is the most widely use in the electric power system, which has the advantage of low price, simple machining technology and wide source of raw materials. The major characteristic of cold-shrink tubing is easy to install without heating, which is superior to heat-shrink tubing. In addition, excellent physical properties and high contraction rate are also the reflection of its advantages. The prefabricated type cable accessories, as the latest products, have good use foreground because of the resistance to interference and the convenience.

Abstract: Control problem of mechanical cutting is a development bottleneck of processing technology of robot. As compared to the simple mechanical process, the control process of automatic processing trajectory for cutting robot is relatively complex. This paper uses the CAD/CAM integrated control system to control the robot cutting process, which realizes the integration design of robot machining process. The extraction of G code is through the VC program, and then it uses MATLAB to do data analysis, which completes the design of process parameter for cutting path. Finally we use ADAMS simulation to forecaster the process parameters and machining process, through the analysis of the data it improves the machining accuracy. And it provides a theoretical reference for the research on mechanical automation process.

Abstract: Based on the combination of UV curing and injection molding, a new concept named "chemical manufacturing" is proposed in this paper. A cylinder with a diameter of 6mm and a height of 10mm was used as the molding sample;A single factor analysis was used to determine the effects of the intensity of ultraviolet, the duration of ultraviolet irradiation and the distance between UVLED device and product surface on the formability of UV-curing injection molding. The experimental results showed that the intensity of UV radiation, the UV irradiation duration and the distance between UVLED device and product surface have a significant effect on the UV-curing molding of the product. With the increase of ultraviolet radiation intensity and UV irradiation duration, the forming quality of the products increases, while with the increase of the distance between UVLED device and product surface the forming quality of products declines.
