Abstract: According to manufacturing characteristics of mixed private cloud enterprise, production operation management requirements of mixed private cloud enterprise are analysed. Function of production operation management in mixed private cloud enterprise is summarized. Specific content of production operation management is inducted based on mixed cloud enterprise. The process of production operation management are designed in detail. Object model diagram of production operation management are elaborated. It is analysed that the content of the reform of production order and the specific process are obtained. It is researched that production order form to be queried and finally end process has been preliminaryly discussed.It has laid a basis for optimal and reasonable application of production operation management.

Abstract: On the principle of green planning for the industial production, the optimization model oriented to the environmental attributes is discussed and solved by the genetic algorithm improved with the cellular automata based on an artificial life game. The solution of the influencing factors in production offers the optimal operational parameters. To achieve those optimal parameters in actual production, some innovations and integrated technologies are applied in the process planning and multiple productions in workshop. Technical route, new organic methods, application technology and facilities for complex productions are contributed to improve the process planning and physical manufacturing for mass products. A comprehensive assessment system based on resource and environment attributes for production is developed for the process planning and operational optimization for each general product. The case study on the typical product of the valve used in thermal power generation is demonstrated in this paper. An optimistic estimate on the resource and environment impacts is obtained when the green optimization is entirely implemented for the process planning and production operation in the manufacturing workshop.

Abstract: In this paper, the integrated technology based on resource and environment attributes is presented for the workshop planning and production operation. Applying this integrated technology, a demonstration workshop of thermoelectrical valve manufacturer has been constructed to meet the demands of enterprise development. On a principle of green planning, the workshop structure and partition function, the devices layout and the scheduling mode aiming at the minimum energy consumption and noise yield are rebuilt on the base of the present manufacturing process and devices in a representative manufacturer. In this research work, the actual production data of the manufacturer is gathered, arranged, formatted and quantified to build a resource and environment attribute database for the conventional manufacturing process. The key of the integrated technology is to model the full life cycle production for the typical products in the workshop. Via the attribute analysis of the resource consumptions and environment impacts, some adaptive processes of green manufacturing and several prototypes of process device are offered for the respective process of the real production in the workshop. The integrated technology for the workshop planning and production operation is entirely realized and an environmental benefit is gained remarkably.

Abstract: Information acquisition plays an important role on the production operation of modern job shop to achieve the goals of high efficiency, good quality, low cost, little resource consumption and low environmental impacts. This paper proposes the equipment integrated information acquisition system, the objective of which is to sense or collect the on-site information related with production operation in order to support managers’ decision-making or other application systems as basic data. The system architecture is constructed with five layer components. Furthermore, the two supporting technologies of the system are presented including the adapter definition in the adapter level and the establishment of template repository in the service level. Finally, the case study of the system is demonstrated by the application of acquiring production progress information in machining job shop.

Abstract: The examination of deburring and surface finishing (DSF) quality was held at the enterprises of Russia. Here are the results of the examination. It was held on the base of general conclusion from the Scientific Research Institute “V and T” investigation results. The practical use of DSF at the engineering plants was also taken into account.
