Abstract: In this work, the experimental research was carried out on the processing of the cutting surface of a grinding wheel with a ceramic bond via continuous laser radiation with a wavelength of 10.6 μm. The influence of laser radiation power, processing speed on the depth and width of the obtained cut was investigated. A full factorial experiment was carried out with varying factors at two levels. In the form of a regression equation, a mathematical model of the effect of radiation power and processing speed on the output parameters of the process is obtained. Using Fisher's criterion, it is shown that the resulting equation adequately describes the process under the study. The analysis of the regression equation makes it possible to assess the relative influence of each factor and the effects of the interaction of factors on the depth and width of the cut on the surfaces of the grinding wheel.

Abstract: We proposed a MALDI mass spectrometry based approach to characterize walnut allergens. The strategy is based on the extraction of hydro-soluble tissue proteins followed by protein fractionation and mass-spectrometry analysis. Linear MALDI was adopted to evaluate the intact protein mass information and the presence of glycoproteins.

Abstract: Various methods of gas-vortex stabilization in plasma torches for metal cutting are investigated. The influence of an angle of plasma-forming gas injection into the nozzle on kinematic characteristics of the plasma jet is shown. The increase in the radial component of the velocity at the output from the swirler makes it possible to increase the uniformity of velocity distribution and the kinetic properties of jet in the zone of influence on the cut metal. For the cutting of the thin sheet metals, it is advisable to use the technology of "narrow-jet plasma".

Abstract: The criteria for the assessment of the form change in the process of direct profiling of workpieces , applying the stretching method with a rupture are developed, methods for their calculation are proposed with allowance for the volume of the redistributed metal and energy costs for deformation. The nature of the functional connection of these criteria of shape change assessment with the work of deformation is determined.

Abstract: Conditioning challenges of superabrasive grinding wheels cause a barrier to the extensive applications of these tools. These concerns are more pronounced in the case of conditioning of metal-bonded superabrasive grinding wheels owing to their high bond hardness. Laser ablation has been used as a promising method for conditioning of such tools. In this research an ultrashort pulsed laser was used for efficient profiling of metal-bonded diamond grinding wheels. In order to assess the laser-profiling technique, the experiments were aimed to generate precise profiles which are rather too difficult or impossible to generate with conventional methods. Convex and concave profiles with minimum radius of about 20 μm and 40 μm, respectively are produced successfully via laser conditioning.

Abstract: The analysis of several constructive solutions for metal cutting in plasmatrons is done. On the basis of the presented solutions, new plasmatrons for precision metals cutting are elaborated. This plasmatrons work using narrow jet plasma technologies and two air-gas paths. Principles, methods and complexities in design of this technology are presented. Also, several results of investigation of cutting quality and acoustic safety of new plasmatrons are presented. New metal cutting technology does not have similar solutions at the Russian market and has great advantages in comparison with traditional domestic and similar foreign plasmatrons.

Abstract: The paper presents a method for estimating the efficiency of the manual nesting process. By using the graphic file generated during the nesting process and using image processing techniques, the method allows the user to calculate the percentage of material used for manufacturing the parts. The method combines a manual approach - the user has to select some specific points on the graphic file with the mouse, with some image processing algorithms form Matlab software package.

Abstract: This work proposes a technique for optimizing data placement of application-wide reused data so that it resides in scratchpad memory of processing elements in multiprocessor system on chips. The proposed technique identifies data elements with fine granularity that can profitably be placed in the scratchpad memories to maximize performance and energy gains. We present a heuristic approach that efficiently exploits the scratchpad memories using memory access footprint. Our experimental results indicate that our approach is able to reduce energy consumption by 30% over cache based memory subsystems.

Abstract: Mobile cloud computing has become a new paradigm, because of rapid growth of mobile devices such as smart mobile phone performance and cloud computing. This mobile cloud environment, with various kinds of service and IT resources according to the user's requirements, effectively provides services and IT resources are necessary. Therefore, in this paper we propose the use of frequency mobile cloud based analysis and filtering method of computing resources to distribute resources and services to users based on context-awareness information. Abstract: Based on the profiling principle, assemble bracket and servos into a six-degree-of-freedom biped robot. The robot use Arduino control panel as the motion controller. By analyzing the walking process and developing the sports programs, the overall motion analysis and design corresponding control program is made. So that the robot can be completed by a given program specified straight action.
