Abstract: The paper describes the research results of modeling and control of proportional valve with synchronous motor type PMSM (Permanent Magnets Synchronous Motor). In the paper, a simulation model of the proposed valve was developed and described. The model included the square root flow characteristics, nonlinearity of the hydraulic actuator, valve dead zone and saturation of the flow. The study included the investigations of the basic characteristics, such as valve flow characteristic and step responses. In order to determine the basic parameters of the valve, the test stand was built, on which the new valve and the servo drive with this valve were tested. A servo drive control system was based on PLC with touch panel and inverter module. In the paper, the chosen investigations results of the valve and the servo drive system are presented and shortly discussed.

Abstract: The key element in a servo-pneumatic actuation system is the control valve. This paper presents a method for parameter identification and modeling the flow characteristic of a FESTO MPYE-5-1/8-HF-101B proportional valve. An experimental setup and a procedure for parameter identification is presented in the paper. Simulation and experimental results are in agreement and the model of the valve could be used in high-accuracy positioning control design of pneumatic servo-systems.

Abstract: In the traditional proportional valve mathematical model, the nonlinear flow characteristics induced by the geometrical features in various flow areas were often ignored. To overcome this problem, the uniform nonlinear flow mathematical model for the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is constructed. The relational expression between the orifice flow of the proportional valve and the geometrical future and physical characteristics of spool is constructed to obtain a series continuous nonlinear flow equations of median positive overlap, negative overlap and zero overlap proportional valve. The experiment validates that, for positive overlap, the flow input into the hydraulic tank is proportional to the displacement of the spool in the dead zone. For negative overlap, even though the spool located at the median, the flow output also exists, and induces the piston movement of hydraulic tank. This situation is consistent with the non-matching overlap response of actual negative proportional valve.

Steering wheel torque increases gradually as vehicle speed increases at the same wheel angle, and driver's better steering road feeling can be ensured. As wheel steering torque increases, assisted oil pressure increases and higher the speed is , slowly oil pressure increases, and assisted oil pressure increases quickly at low-speed steering condition, and increases slowly at high-speed condition,which meet the requirement of low-speed steering agility and high-speed road feeling.

Abstract: This paper focuses on “A shape” frame’s two-cylinder synchronization control of Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) launch and recovery system. First, two-cylinder synchronization control scheme with counterbalance valve and proportional valve is proposed. Second, counterbalance valve model is established, and its supercomponent is generated. Finally, simulation of synchronization control system is performed. After adjusting PID controller parameters, displacements error of two cylinders is controlled in the allowed range.

Abstract: In view of the growing market demand for self-locking nuts and the relative backward processing technology, a nut crimping machine was studied. According to the working principle of nut crimping and performance requirements, the body structure of the nut crimping machine was designed. The stress analysis of the main stressed components was performed using simulation Xpress function of SolidWorks. Results show that body structure has high strength and rigidity. Based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology, the hydraulic control circuit was developed. The design results improve the control precision on speed and pressure of the nut crimping machine and ensure the quality of self-lucking nuts.

Abstract: It is essentially the precise control of opening that proportional valve flow control. This thesis establish mechanical model for proportional vales which with pressure compensators under the condition of steady-state, and experimental verification has been given, the result prove that electromagnetic force needs two mutations, while the normal PID can’t fulfill the requirements. The thesis has designed the algorithm of differential first PID, It is proved that this algorithm can fulfill the mutation of electromagnetic forces, We have achieved good linear relationship between setting point and actual point.

Abstract: The creative thinking of the pressure -continuously-regulating device based on a NC rotary valve is introduced. Its inner structure, operating principle and technical feature are given out. The equation that gas flow and pressure changed with the rotation angle of the valve core is provided too. Stepper motor is used as its actuating device in this creative pressure -continuously-regulating device whose basic component is the specially designed, such as valve body, valve core and some common connections. Orifice area is changed by rotating the valve core controlled with a PC-controlled stepper motor which, and then an accurate adjustment of flow rate is thus ensured. As the change of the rotation angle is continuous, the flow rate also changes continuously, so the change of the pressure must be continuous.

Hydraulic technology, microelectronics technology, sensing detection technology, computer control and modern control theory are applied in the system. On the basis of hydraulic principle, the way of PLC’s usage is elaborated by the example. To increase the system’s automation, proportional valves are added.

Abstract: According to the enterprise standards of "assembly and test norms for ZQ2005 clutch booster", the test projects for comprehensive performance, including pressure seal, hydraulic seal and input -output performance were researched [1]. An integrated test system based on electrical components, such as the data acquisition card, motion control card, supercharger, proportioning valve, solenoid valve was designed. And the data acquisition and data processing modules of detection system based on MFC were developed. Finally, the test procedure and the experimental program were designed. And the TianLong clutch booster 1608ZB7C-010 was tested synthetically efficiency. The results show that the detection system meets the test requirements in contrast to the test data and curves measured by the foreign instrument.
