Abstract: SiC MOSFET, as a promising power semiconductor devices, has attracted attention from many laboratories and companies for its super performance in high temperature, high voltage and high frequency applications. To protect the devices from overvoltage induced by parasitic inductance in high frequency applications, snubber circuit is a must. In this paper, simulation of snubber circuit in a high frequency PWM inverter is invested, under different numbers of snubber circuit , parasitic parameters, different kinds of load and whether a SiC SBD exsits. Some useful conclusions are obtained to help design more perfect snubber circuit.

Abstract: The fault injection technology is an important aspect in testability verification, because the actual fault injection in equipment can damage itself, so using circuit simulation fault injection method to instead. Research on the simulation method that based on PSPICE, using VC++ software to design a simulated fault injection system, its structure and function to achieve workflow introduced. Finally, taking a circuit for example uses the system to fault injection and analysis to prove the availability and correctness of the system.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of switching power supply stable output, a push-pull switching power supply was designed. the switching frequency is 100kHZ and the output voltage is 5V. System model of the push-pull switching power supply is established on PSpice, and research on the output performance of the push-pull switching power supply. By the parameter sweep analysis of load, the push-pull switching power supply can stabilize output in full load and light load conditions, and load regulation rate comply with the design requirements.

Abstract: Based on the dynamic analysis and numerical computation of quantum cascade laser(QCL), a simple equivalent circuit model of QCL was established, in which we considered the spontaneous emission effect for QCL's start delay. The direct current(DC), transient and frequency response characteristics of QCL were obtained by means of the circuit simulation of PSPICE program, and some relevant parameters that may affect the QCL performance have been analyzed. The results of simulation are consistent with that of numerical calculation in previous literatures.
