Abstract: The air separation part aims to clean up the air and separate air, it provides the demand gas for the factory. This process is automatically controlled by the progress which we code. The operating time and the valves reaction at each stage have strict requirements. If the operating time fails to meet requirements or the valve operations are improper, it will make the index of the air separation failed. Thus it will cause the whole process interruption and cause huge losses. Therefore, we must ensure that each valve operation of molecular sieve can be effectively controlled and monitored.

Abstract: The functional relationships of the ecological structure constituted by bacillus - matrix - plant and removing CODCr, TN and TP of the polluted river was probed. The results showed that the removal rate of TP by the combination of bacillus (imported to plant roots), limestone, Cyperus alternifolius and Iris pseudacorus was the highest and up to 79.85%; The removal rate of TN and CODCr by the combination of bacillus (immersed in the matrix), ceramsite, Ceratophyllum demersum and Iris pseudacorus were the highest and 65.36% and 62.21%, respectively. The removal of CODCr, TN and TP under bacillus immersed in a matrix or import around plant roots were significantly higher than the bacillus was put into water; Limestone for removal rate of TP was significantly higher than medical stone and ceramsite; The ceramsite for removal rate of TN was significantly higher than medical stone and limestone; The removal efficiency of the t CODCr, TN and TP of sewage by the configuration of Cyperus alternifolius and Iris pseudacorus were all the highest.

Abstract: The most widely used Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) process and most difficulty is the SiO2 dielectric CMP in ULSI. SiO2 cannot be removed by oxidation-reduction because Silicon is already quadrivalence. So we adopt water-solubility SiO2 growing directly from water which size can arrive 110~130nm to improve the polishing rate. The growth of silica sol is studied and the silica sol whose particle sizes can reach 120nm is gained.

Abstract: A detailed analysis by thermogravimetric analysis was carried out on multiwalled carbon nanotubes after air and acid treatment. When MWCNTs are treated in air at 300 oC for 2 h and then refluxed with 6 mol/L HCl solution, the weight percent of residual iron is near zero. The result can also be verified by the contrast of SEM photographs of untreated and treated MWCNTs.

Abstract: Liquid metal flowing through filter media can create a vacuum in channel. Inclusions and gases in liquid metal are adsorbed onto surface of the filter media by negative pressure so that liquid metal was purified. Theoretical discussion was carried on the use of vacuum to purify metal and a series of measures such as increasing casting speed were proposed to improve the effect of purification. Experiments show that these measures are effective.

Abstract: Oily sewage is one of the wastes produced in the oil industry production process and its quantity has been increasing year by year, which influences the environment and human health severely. Electric flocculation method is one of the wide application electrochemical treatment technologies for the oily wastewater treatment at home and abroad, which has higher efficiency than other technologies at the aspect of the organic pollutants degradation. A simulative experiment device dealing with heavy oil sewage by the electric flocculation method has been designed in this paper. The mechanism of the electric flocculation method in removing organic matter of the heavy oil sewage by analyzing the change of the composition and content of the organic matter in water samples before and after the process of the electric flocculation has been studied. Research results show: the carbon/tin dioxide electrode is better than the carbon/ ruthenium dioxide electrode in removing organic matter; most alkanes matters in the oily wastewater have been removed in the dispersing oil form by the electric flocculation; as the current density increases, the types and quantity of the response organic matter can be improved while types of the new synthetic organics increase. At the same time, this paper provides a theory support in specific optimization of the electricity flocculation flotation in oily wastewater treatment technology and process.

Abstract: The effect of non-thermal microwave on purifying natural graphite was studied. It was found that with existence of microwave field, the carbon content of the product was improved from 95.840% to 99.125% and the result of the purifying was affected by the power of the microwave,the reaction pressure and the reaction time. Add 5% (volume fraction) of hydrofluoric acid in the mixed acid system can improve the carbon content of greater than 99.9% of the natural flake graphite. The use of mixed acid of microwave-assisted purification of natural flake graphite is a better way of producing high-purity graphite.

Abstract: In this article, the preparation and application of solid neutralizing agent was studied, liquid acid to purify crude biodiesel traditionally was substituted for the solid neutralizing agent and acquired satisfactory results. It was the biggest advantage to the process to apply solid neutralizing agent to purify crude biodiesel that became more simple than former and may not produce wastewater, the drawback of production biodiesel at present can be successful improved.

Abstract: Melt treatment is one of the most important processes in the production of casting Al alloys. It is also a source of environmental pollution. A green and effective melt treatment with low environmental load (EI), which added with RE (Rare Earth) elements, was investigated in the paper. The research results show that this new treatment can modify, refine and purify the casting Al alloys simultaneously. Compared with the conventional treatment, the process is simplified, the metallurgic quality and mechanical properties are improved, and the environmental pollution which existed in the conventional treatment is solved thoroughly, so represented its wide applicative values.
