Abstract: The quality of products and production processes crucially influences the position of the enterprises on the market. The paper deals with the analysis of the activities of the test station, analysis of operations necessary to carry out the testing, what component is tested and which parameter is evaluated, where the measured values are sent and how is processed the evaluation in the flexible production system iCIM 3000 to be found at the Institute. The result of the project is to analyze the principle and in-process methods of inspection and testing at the station and the principle of processing of the results, which are processed using mathematical and statistical operations. These in-process inspection methods automatically eliminate various influences and factors that negatively affect the accuracy of parts and labor capacity of the machine. It contributes to shortening the preparatory and subsidiary times and the correction of the tool adjustment in the operating position on the machine. It is belonged the automatic modification of part-programs to the functions of an active control.

Abstract: During the past years, Automatic control theory was founded. Especially in the foundation of engineering control theory, control science has formed a number of branches, such as population control, large system cybernetics, biological control and etc. Quality control of product in its whole life cycle is an important research object, especially driver development strategy in national innovation, quality and efficiency should be more collaborative developing. However, that several major engineering practice, the quality control of the situation is very serious, and urgent need to further study on the quality control theory.This paper puts focus on quality control and surveys the source of quality control, especially makes attentions to the development of theory method among quality control, control theory and engineering control theory, and then shows the developing map between quality control and control theory and finds that the quality control system caused by the fusion between quality control and control theory is one new method to break the bottleneck and suggests 4 block models of the quality control system.

Abstract: Transition to a new approach related to use of facades and roofs entirely made of glass in pavilions car showrooms construction called for an additional analysis to evaluate an issue of how to ensure an interior climate. There was a need to have solutions generalized and systematized with the aim to ensure human comfort in pavilions with large glazed areas in facades and roofs. Exhibition pavilions car showrooms based on translucent structures were taken for consideration. General data concerning temperature conditions for the rooms and internal glazing surfaces of pavilions car showrooms based on translucent structures are stated herein. Pertinent information for glazing design is given with due account for winter maintenance conditions in regard to the pavilions car showrooms having significant areas of façade or roof glazing.

Abstract: This paper first introduces the basic concept of the CSG (cemented sand and gravel) dam construction. It then puts forward a new quality control method by inspecting the in-situ P-wave speed of CSG as an alternative to the conventional specimen compression tests. Through an extensive experimental program, it is found that there is a good correlation between the compressive strength and P-wave speed of CSG, which makes the P-wave speed measurement potentially an effective and efficient quality control measure to evaluate the CSG strength on site.

Abstract: Changing the design with each car line launched, the automotive industry must always adapt as quickly as possible to the needs of the customer and find new and efficient methods to verify the quality in time and in costs. In the case of the interior body parts the quality control is always a quest, because the parts must be verified with a control system that is simulating the exact position in the car. This paper presents a normalization of how this control system should be designed and build in order to verify the quality of the interior body parts.

Abstract: Combined with the Beijing Business Center (CBD) core district Z14 plots commercial finance project (hereinafter referred to as the "CBD project") foundation pit construction, introduces the deep foundation pit of bored pile reinforcement cage fabrication and erection construction technology. In the construction process, through the site set up a special steel processing and production platform, the localization of the flange and other measures to solve the steel reinforcement cage positioning and connection construction difficulties. Combining the engineering fact, detailed calculation process of lifting steel cage hanging position, lifting machinery and hoisting rigging selection, and through the ANSYS software of finite element analysis and put forward specific measures to ensure the quality of steel reinforcement cage.
