Abstract: This paper illustrate the quality management system in an organization with field of activities in manufacturing of aerospace components. The aerospace standard of quality management system is EN AS 9100, based on ISO 9001. Additional to the EN AS 9100 quality management system standard requirements, the organizations in aerospace field, need to integrate in their quality system a lot of additional process and regulations specific in aerospace industry. The big aircraft producers have designed their requirements in such a way that all approved suppliers, which are respecting these requirements, can manufacture high quality products. These requirements are manufacturing process specifications, inspection specifications, aircraft design standard and norms and even project management procedures and best practice. The method used to integrate all these requirements is detailed and explain in this paper.

Abstract: The article presents the methodology of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) used in one of the factory the mechanical engineering industry. The company has factories all over the world, while in Poland produces on average 800 ready-made machines by a year. The article presents the following pillars WCM: S (Safety) CD (Cost Deployment), Fl (Focused Improvement), AA (Autonomous Activity), PM (Professional Maintenance), QC (Quality Control), L & CS (Logistics & Customer Service), EEM (Early Equipment Management), EPM (Early Product Management), PD (People Development), E (Environment). Each pillar uses methods and tools. By using the methodology of WCM in the factory has reduced losses and improved the quality of the products.

Abstract: The paper contains a modeling application with the help of factorial experiments of influence variations of some parameters of natural gases over the hourly flow delivered towards population. In order to completely and correctly draft the experiment we followed and highlighted the objective functions of the process to be analyzed, and then there were identified the factors that influence the objective function to be analyzed. In the end the experimental data was processed and solutions were proposed.

Abstract: The current situation in the growing European market, facing global competition and the world economic crisis and the pressure for minimum cost are forcing the Small and Medium Enterprises to act in order to increase their competitiveness. One possibility challenge this is to enhance the quality of the production process. This allows the production of high-quality products while keeping production costs at a reasonable and competitive level. This shall allow the companies to not only maintain the demanding market, but also contribute to their development and to build lasting relationships with customers. This article presents the results of the Q4SME project which aim was the preparation of the training courses tailored especially to meet the specific needs of production SMEs in terms to increase their competitiveness and to improve the production process quality.

Abstract: This paper is based on a company that manufactured the nuclear power components. This paper Studies the quality management that aimed at characteristics of multi specification and small batch production. The components which are produced at this company have been used in new energy field. Quality of nuclear power components can meet the technical requirements or not is very important to the operation and safeguard of nuclear power station in future. Group technology combined with statistical process control technology and applied in the quality management system to analyze the testing data of each working procedure in multi-kind and small-quantity production to achieve the goal of improve and control the quality of the product.

Abstract: With the increased competition of modern enterprises, improving quality is emerging as the key to enterprise’s survival. In offshore oil field, quality is related to people's life. Welding process has been pay special attention as the most important thing in ocean oil construction. Based on the ocean oil construction, take quality management during construction as the research object, establish a quality management system, especially set up fine welding quality fine control processes, take Microsoft sharepoint, office as the tool, in order to realize the quality management in construction process.

Abstract: This paper sets out to explore the degree of Quality Management System (QMS) implementation in current Malaysian construction industry. This research test these with a questionnaire based on nine major QMS aspects which are gathered from literature review. Data collected was analyzed using Mean and ANOVA. The findings indicate that QMS are implemented in moderate level with slight differences between mean values from various aspects. Besides, top management level respondents react more positive towards implementation of QMS in all aspects compared to middle management level and lower management respondents. Future research will benefit by using different QMS aspects for further improvement and replication to other industries.

Abstract: This paper identifies the trends in existing literatures on management system standards such as Quality (Q), Environmental (E), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Energy (En) Management System (MS). Literatures related to these management system standards (MSSs) and its integrations published between year 1980 to 2012 have been critically analyzed. It provides a general overview of the Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation and the composition of MSSs in developing IMS in various organizations. Based on the analysis, it is firm that the integration of these four (4) MSSs has not been well established. Despite that, the recurring themes of the literatures related to IMS are mainly, model for implementation, strategies and guidelines for implementation, benefits of implementation, barriers/ problems of implementation, audit of IMS, Critical Success Factors for implementing IMS and IMS Audits.
