Abstract: Aiming at integrating Tritech Company’s Typhoon color zoom camera and Kongsberg Company’s underwater pan and tilt unit OE10-102 to build the underwater monitoring system, this paper designs a method, which uses STM32F103C8 as the core chip to design a protocol converter. The protocol converter could receives and analyses the PELCO-D data frames from RS-485 bus, and then produces corresponding commands to control the cameras and rotator units. Besides, this paper provides a new online program update method based on RS-485 channel, which could make full use of the existing 485 channel to complete user application program updating for the protocol converter without disassembling the deceives. Practice has proved that the methods mentioned are practical and stable.

Abstract: In this paper, ARM7 Microcomputer is designed to realize control of the grain storage environment situation. This control system adopts RS-485 bus to transit data, connecting the temperature module and humidity module with the upper computer. And a detailed description of the design of system function modules and the B / S four layer database application program realization. In this way, the system control computer on the field of grain information real-time monitoring, and through the Web server interface and Internet on the client establish a connection, completed the site condition information of remote measurement and control.

Abstract: Contraposed the reality of great market demand of energy-saving lamp, and its middle-high grade trends in production etc., the design of a high-performance production line control system of energy-saving lamp based on HMI and 485 network communication has the characteristics of good reliability, high efficiency and convenient operation. The production line control system is operated through human-machine interface, using RS-485 bus for message communication, has a lower cost and a good prospect.

Abstract: This phototherapy takes full advantage of near infrared ray with high penetrability treating various pains and UVC curing gynaopathy, yet using the same control system. Introducing emphatically AT89S51 as the core to control circuit, utilizing PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) produced by singlechip to manage the transmit power of light source and implementing the control system into hospital’s RS-485 monitoring network. Because of the machine serving several purposes, it makes the treatment efficiency higher and the cost lower.
