Abstract: The pressure capacity of reinforced thermoplastic pipe was studied by the finite element analysis and experimental study using Φ100 reinforced thermoplastic pipes. The simulation results illustrated that the failure mode of reinforced thermoplastic pipe under internal pressure was the break of glass fiber belt in structural layer. Moreover, the simulated burst pressure fitted well with the experimental result, the small deviation between two results may be resulted from the process defects of RTP.

Abstract: In the wireless network environment, a large number of applications based on cell phone have emerged. But it has appeared some problems such as large amount of data and limited bandwidth and higher quality transmission in the mobile streaming media data transmission. To solve these problems, this paper designs a bandwidth adaptive streaming media real-time synchronization algorithm. Algorithm firstly analysis the state of the network, and then through real-time increase or decrease the factor method to effectively adjust the code flow rate, thus improve the QoS of streaming in transmission; to meet the learners' online learning, for subsequent teaching and interaction provides a good technical support.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer and network technology, our everyday life is more and more influenced. In the information age it is an inevitable trend that consumer electronics will become more and more intelligentized and interconnected. Taking into account the characteristics of external network users’ access to a home networking, as well as the important role that the residential gateway plays in the interaction between external networks and home networking, this paper presents the idea of a unique access interface of the home networking. Furthermore, this paper designs and implements an IPv6-based UPnP real-time video and audio capture device, and the real-time audio/video stream captured is forwarded to external network users through the residential gateway. Other multimedia applications can be resolved in the same way.

Abstract: Under the effects of remanent magnetization, total magnetization direction is different from geomagnetic field direction, which makes magnetic data processing and interpretation complexity. In this paper, we present a new approach for estimating the total magnetization direction of sources via cross-correlation between the reduced-to-pole anomaly and the normalized source strength (who is less sensitive to remanent magnetization). The geomagnetic field direction is used to calculated the normalized source strength, while various assumed total magnetization directions are used to calculated the RTP anomalies. The maximum correlation between the RTP anomalies and the normalized corresponds to the estimated total magnetization direction. Test on synthetic data showed that the new approach is simple and effective.

Abstract: In TCP-IP network environment that can’t provide a reliable guarantee of QoS, congestion and insufficient bandwidth becoming a major bottleneck in network applications, in order to prevent multimedia streaming occupied too many network resources ,leading to the traditional TCP flow can’t be normal transmission, the paper analyzes the RTP protocol QoS control and TCP congestion control mechanism ,directs the phenomenon of multimedia streaming flow seizing the traditional network resources, and proposes a tentative for streaming media rate control algorithm, effectively ensuring the multimedia streaming and traditional TCP flows to friendly coexist and fair competition.

Abstract: As the rapid development of network communication and multimedia technology,demand of integrated civil monitoring system is increasing. In this paper, an integrated civil monitoring system based on POSA(Pluggable Objects and Services Architecture) is presented. The proposed integrated civil monitoring system can be run on multiple hardware, platforms and operating systems to support distributed computing, to provide cross-network interaction. It also supports standard protocols and quickly access various device interface.What is more, our system can provide transparency applicable or service interaction in different hardware, platforms and operating system.

Abstract: This paper deals with the comparison of several MOS structures with different rapid thermal oxidation processes (RTO) carried out on Off and On-axis SiC material. A first set contains MOS capacitance structures on n-epitaxial layers, while a second set of MOS capacitance are built on p-implanted layers. Both sets include On and Off-Axis angle cuts. Furthermore, n-MOSFETs have been fabricated on On-axis p-implanted layers with the best oxidation process selected from the MOS capacitance study. The final objective is to show the performances of these On-axis p-implanted n-MOSFETs and to evidence the associated lower surface roughness at the SiO2/SiC interface.

Abstract: Video surveillance technology is playing an important role, and it is widely used in some fields. With the popularity of Android OS, it draws researchers attention to increase the development of video surveillance systems on the platform. This paper presents a smart real-time video surveillance system based on Android smart phone. This system detects moving object by using improved GMM (Gaussian Mixture Mode) algorithm, recognizes invading human with cascade classifier, processes image data with coder & decoder, transmits data over RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol). It also applies some methods to improve the accuracy of moving object detection and recognition, speed up recognition process. The experimental evidences show that it can realize real-time video surveillance and smart alarm.

Abstract: During RTP(Rapid Thermal Processing),temperature control precision and uniformity of wafers are the two key factors that impact the performance of wafers significantly. Based on the model obtained through the heating characteristic analysis of RTP device designed by Robot Lab of NCUT, a combined Fuzzy-PID controller is proposed. It was designed and optimized by using MATLAB Fuzzy toolbox and prepared with conventional PID strategy. The results of simulations show that the Fuzzy-PID controller solves the overshoot of temperature and has better abilities than conventional PID. In consideration of the parallel structure of Fuzzy-PID and the control of auxiliary equipments, FPGA was selected as the core processing chip to realize the design of temperature control card. Finally, based on Verilog HDL, the Fuzzy-PID controller was realized on FPGA, ensuring the precision of temperature and controlling the auxiliary equipments stably.
