Abstract: Tuyere raceway was known as the "engine" of the blast furnace, which plays a very important role, but it is very difficult to be directly measured and researched, because of limitation of experimental methods. In this paper application of kinetic theory of granular flow,coke particles as a pseudo-fluid, the two-phase raceway model of gas-solid was constructed by used of Eulerian two-fluid theory, and the model was verified correct.

Abstract: In this paper ,design a kind of rolling-shoe bearing device for supporting rotary cylinder, compare the characteristics of sliding shoe, roller, Rolling-Shoe Bearing, introduce the work principle of r Rolling-Shoe Bearing device, describe the overall structure of Rolling-Shoe Bearing device, the roller arrangement scheme, the design scheme of the raceway cover and structure of the main parts of the device. Research shows Rolling-Shoe Bearing device improves the stability, the reliability of the equipment operation, reduces the cost, and prolongs the service life of equipment.

Abstract: Definition of raceway shape and size has always been a challenging task. The whole physical parameters field can be used to describe the raceway boundary precisely, but all of the physical parameter fields are obtained from numerical simulation so far and there isn’t a specific criterion to define the raceway boundary. In this study, a new digital image processing technology has been developed to define the raceway boundary in cold model of blast furnace. The particle velocity contour criterion of raceway boundary definition is 0.15 m/s in this study and the precise raceway boundary can be obtained through this method.

Abstract: Neural network with Levenberg-Marquardt back-propagation training is widely used in curve fitting, according to its fast speed and free from over-fitting. In order to solve the issue on local minimum that may be found in Levenberg-Marquardt back-propagation with early stopping, and to get optimum number of hidden neurons, the least mean test errors algorithm was used in repeatedly training the three-layer feed-forward network with variable structure. Furthermore, the trained network was used for curve fitting of the radiation spectrum of blast furnace raceway. The results on spectra modeling of blast furnace raceway showed that this algorithm presented a better fitting ability, characterized by the reservation of the details of the original spectra and better generalization ability.

Abstract: This paper studies the technology of Electrochemical Mechanical Finishing (ECMF) on rolling bearing raceway. The principle of the technology is introduced, and the finishing results are presented. The results show that the surface roughness, supporting length rate, profile roundness, waveness and wave velocity are all improved greatly. Also, the main affecting factors such as the inter-electrode gap, electrochemical process and mechanical process are discussed in this paper. The bearings finished by ECMF have better service performance and life.

Abstract: This paper researches on the theory of the crown modification of cylinder-roller bearing raceway using electrochemical abrasive belt grinding (ECABG) technology, and establishes relevant experimental device. The range of processing parameters with a better surface roughness can be obtained through experiments. On this basis, a mathematics model of distribution of material removal of electrochemical machining bearing is set up. Considering the controllability of processing parameters and demand of the surface quality, the processing parameters such as interelectrode voltage, electrolyte, interelectrode gap and cathode geometry are invariable in the experiment, and processing time is changed to control the crown value. The experimental results show that ECABG can enhance the surface quality of raceway to a great degree, and obtain the ideal forming crown at the same time under the optimum technological parameters. This paper developed a new method for the crown processing and finishing of bearing raceway.
