Abstract: With the development of the supply chain industry, the application environment has become increasingly complex, and the security demands in RFID communication are also increasing. This paper analyzes the problems and security requirements of node authentication, message accuracy and privacy protection, etc., proposes an RFID secure communication algorithm based on random numbers describing the algorithm for nodes query generation and node processing forwards. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher accuracy.

Abstract: Technology of RFID has been widely used in modern warehouse system, with which systems’ working efficiency was improved and error rate was reduced. This paper is aimed at providing a new warehouse operation procedure which take technology of RFID into concern. The new warehouse operation procedure is implemented using the Petri net method which is suitable to the needs of the system being a discrete event dynamical system.

Abstract: In traffic accident scene investigation, the traditional measuring and positioning methods cannot meet current requirement for efficiency and effectiveness. Which means the Investigators need use tape to measure the distance between accident factors and reference points, and then mark the corresponding elements -- dots, straight lines, curves, closed curves and so on - on the diagram for traffic accident scene investigation. A new radio location system integrated with RFID and WSN has been established to solve the problem. The function of RFID is to clearly mark the ID, attribute and affiliation; WSN to acquire locations of factors from the sensors; ZIGBEE to transmit the combined data (RFID and WSN data) to computers through networks. Using special software to automatically processing the received data for a visualized location map, including the following processes of A) locating survey marks with the geometric algorithm. B) Defining the types of survey marks, such as isolated points, line end points, curve end points, intermediate points etc. C) Classifying the survey marks, such as front wheels, rear wheels, skid marks, body locations, position of fallout etc.

Abstract: The key technology of the auto parts management system based on the Internet of things, to realize the system function and the pre-objectives of the information management, through the construction the software part of the whole system, and the hardware of completing the information collection and transmission. Not only to save storage time-consuming, but also to avoid the emergence of errors, as compared to the traditional hand-held terminal, its identification efficiency has been improved. After RFID identification, the auto parts directly enter into the system, the efficiency has been improved than the traditional way, while the indicator on the shelves reminds effectively synchronously, improve the recognition accuracy and efficiency of labor.

Abstract: Book positioning in mobile phone libraries could make readers acquire books conveniently andquickly. Readers could use mobile phone access to OPAC system, and apply to book positioning systemwhich is based on RFID system for book positioning. The book positioning system combines with the RFIDsystem to fix the position of books, converts spatial information of books to geographic location information, then feedbacks the information to readers by mobile phone.

Abstract: An automated warehousing system often consists of storage modules, storage and retrieval mechanism, lifting equipment and conveyor systems. These facilities are used to overcome some disadvantages of manually operated warehousing systems which often lead to a high frequency of human errors, high labour cost and low efficiency. The usage of these automated facilities may also be helpful to maximise utilisation of shop floor space and improve efficiency of warehousing operations. On the other hand, at this age of information technology that the access to the internet is just at the fingertip, it has been seen a rising trend for online shopping in the past decade. Thus, manufacturers, suppliers or distributors have been seeking for even more efficient and effective new methods to store and distribute their goods. A number of studies through a literature review suggest that future generation warehouses may be designed and implemented as more centralised and distributed warehousing systems in which customers place their orders on-line and goods will then be dispatched directly to their door steps from these centralised distribution centres. This paper presents a proposal for designing and implementing future generation warehousing systems using fast-growing IT technologies such as radio frequency identification (RFID), wireless sensors and networks. The overall purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual design of an integrated system for future generation automated warehouses by incorporating a new design of storage and retrieval modules with the applications of these IT technologies used for automation activities. The presentation of this paper only highlights the part of this work including a design of a core mechanism for automated storage module namely the cantilever storage racks, which have the feature of scalability and reconfigurability.

Abstract: For the traditional data cleaning algorithms mainly fill up the data based on the space-time relevance in the data level, they are not suitable for RFID application scenarios with track information based on multi-logical areas. This paper proposed a track data filling algorithm based on movement recency by studying the characteristics of RFID track data. This algorithm maintains a track event tree according to the historical data, to predict the future data and guide the data cleaning. Also it considers the effect on the movement rules from time factor and brings in the ageing factor for maintaining the track event tree, which improved the predict accuracy of the tree and raise the veracity of the filling algorithm.

Abstract: This study integrates the concept of context-awareness with association algorithms and social media to establish the Context-aware and Social Recommendation System (CASRS). The Simple RSSI Indoor Localization Module (SRILM) locates the user position; integrating SRILM with Apriori Recommendation Module (ARM) provides effective recommended product information. The Social Media Recommendation Module (SMRM) connects to users social relations, so that the effectiveness for users to gain product information is greatly enhanced. This study develops the system based on actual context.

Abstract: While radio frequency identification (RFID) is evolving as a major technology enabler for identifying and tracking goods and assets around the world, its security issues are also increasingly exposed. A Hash-based RFID mutual authentication protocol was put forward. The key was joined into the hash algorithm, and chaos sequences were used to update the key. The protocol enhances the security of the RFID system with low cost. Experiments show that the chaos system has the character of initial value sensitivity, which can be used to distribute and update the secret key. Safety analysis show that the mutual authentication protocol can solve security issues including eavesdropping, illegal access, masquerade, spoofing attack, position tracking.
