Abstract: Radio frequency identification (RFID) can effectively get the accurate location information for indoor tracking system. The readers cant be placed at any position in the practical system. the reader would be more intensive at some places, where will obtain measurements from several readers, while the reader will be placed less at others place, where less or no measurements may be get when the target gets in this area. Therefore the target trajectory should be estimated by fusion filtering methods with variable sensors. The experiments show that the fusion UKF with variable sensors can overcome RFID nonlinear is smooth without abrupt change, even when the number of sensors has undergone great changes.

Abstract: A printed inverted-F antenna for RFID tag at 5.8 GHz is designed in this paper. The antenna structure consists of an inverted-F patch, a substrate layer, and a ground plane. To reduce costs, the FR4 is selected as the material of substrate layer, which is used commonly in PCB (Printed Circuit Board). Its relative permittivity is 4.4 and a loss tangent is 0.02. The inverted-F patch and ground plane are laid on/under the substrate layer respectively. The designed antenna is modeled, simulated and optimized by using HFSS (high frequency electromagnetic simulation software). Simulation results demonstrate that the printed inverted-F antenna can satisfy the requirements of RFID Tag applications.

Abstract: With the rapid development of RFID (radio frequency identification) application, the design requirements of RFID tag antenna are also increasing. A design of dual-frequency or multi-frequency tag antenna has become fashionable. In the present paper, we design a dual-band RFID tag antenna, which consists of a bent microstrip patch and rectangular microstrip patch. The designed antenna is analyzed and optimized by HFSS13. Simulation results indicate that the tag antenna has the characteristics of double band, high gain, and good radiation pattern.

Abstract: In this paper, an intelligent warehousing management system (IWMS) using Internet of Things is designed to facilitate the warehousing management. Firstly, the characteristics of IWMS are analyzed, together with some new advanced technologies and theories, such as RFID, Zigbee and heterogeneous network are introduced. Then, the architecture of IWMS is developed and the related management system is accomplished as well. Finally, through the implementation of a prototype system in practical working environment, the operation results show the IWMS can facilitate storekeeper to manage the warehouse and improve logistics capability efficiently.

Abstract: An Internet-based system for recycling consumer electronic products has been developed, which monitors the recycling process of electronic products and rewards consumers with incentive points to motivate them to recycle waste electronic products. The system enables the consumers to view the points rewarded online and make a purchase with the reward points. The system has the following functions: customer log-in, online recording of the recycled electronic products, management of customer incentive points, and mobile payment. Within the system, the customer log-in module is built to validate the customers identity using a NFC (near-field communication) enabled smartphone, and allow the authorised customer to log in the system. The recycling monitoring module is used to monitor the process of recycling the electronic products. With this module, the serial number of each electronic product is retrieved using the RFID technology; and the information of the electronic product with the serial number is gained via the remote data centre. With the product information gained, the customers incentive points are obtained based on the products life cycle impact assessment results, which are calculated by the system, and then rewarded to the customer. The points could be used for the mobile payment in the form of electronic money. A case study has been conducted which verified the system developed.

Abstract: For the large number of applications in the real environment of reader of the central control and more practical decentralized control approach to management, analysis and point out their inadequacies, A network structure, which provides a good management and control of the reader and meets the demand of its application in the real world, is proposed and its demonstration system is accomplished. On the basis of central control, the structure can conduct distributed control and complete different operations wanted. Furthermore, it has higher reliability and flexibility , is more easily maintained and more open and has higher coordination.

Abstract: The Internet of Things accelerates the development of RFID technology. Logistics, transportation, aviation and other fields has increasingly high demand on the reader's identification distance and reliability. In order to meet the market demand, the design of RFID reader based on the dual-mode was proposed. One is 915MHz radio frequency identification mode. The other is 2.4GHz active radio frequency identification mode, which has lower transmission power requirement and farther valid identification distance. An ARM9 microcontroller is used as the main controller of the RFID reader. The design includes communicate with PC, control dual-mode RFID reader, control the reader to write and read tags and the study of anti-collision algorithm. In the testing of the system, it achieved to identify further. The performance is achieved and reliable.

Abstract: A book positioning system is designed based on WI-FI and RFID technology, and the regional search program is proposed. Readers or administrators can locate the desired books by the terminal equipments such as mobile phones, ipad and so on. The system displays the positioning information in the form of picture on the terminal equipment, so that user can find the book quickly. It improves the efficiency of the call, and completely solves the problem that if one book is misplaced, hundreds of people cannot find it.

Abstract: RFID is widely used in indoor positioning, as one of the typical system LANDMARK introduced reference label, used the nearest neighbor data correlation algorithm. This article uses the Taylor series expansion method, by the LANDMARK law get positioning results for further processing, resulting in more accurate positioning results.

Abstract: in the RFID system, the conflict caused by the multi-label has been affecting system performance. This paper proposed a grouping dynamic framed slotted ALOHA algorithm based on the analysis of ALOHA algorithm. According to the conflict situation, to make real-time estimates the number of tags on the dynamic framed slotted ALOHA algorithm from the mathematical point of view, Dynamically change the frame length or the labels are grouped to reduce the label probability of collisions, thereby improving the efficiency of the recognition.
