Abstract: Establishing 3d model is basis for visual simulation, it has a great effect on real-time and authenticity in process of rendering and taking on Vega visual simulation platform. Therefore, reasonably optimizing model is very important for solving the contradiction between real-time and authenticity and realizing effects of establishing authentic and fast establishing in visual simulation. This paper will analyze how to use modeling optimization techniques to optimize armored vehicle model based on Creator, so as to make it better to meet immersive and interactive requirements in visual simulation for human, vehicle and driving environment, and perfectly present real-time and authenticity effect for armored vehicle in visual simulation.

Abstract: This work presents a review of the three most efficient non-destructive testing methods. The methods are radiography, eddy current and ultrasonic inspection. These particular techniques were chosen because they are able to cover most of the industrial needs for welding joint inspection. The aim of this work is to present the physical background of operation for the given methods, discuss their benefits, limitations, and typical areas of application, and compare them with each other. In the first part of this work, all three methods and their variations are described in detail with schemes and figures which represent their working principles. It appears that, although all the given methods can detect all types of flaws in welded joints, they have their specific limitations. For example, ultrasonic testing is able to detect defects only in certain directions. The eddy current technique is also sensitive to defect direction, but it can be applied for inspecting conductive materials only. The main flaw of radiography is the resolution: it is not usable for very fine defects. The second part of the work is for comparing the testing methods and for drawing the conclusions. The methods are compared according to the possible materials, defect types and their position, as well as the possible areas of application. This part gives the background for choosing a proper welding joint testing method for certain applications in the welding industry.

Abstract: Nowadays, communication protocols are used in safety-critical automotive applications. Among the communication protocols, FlexRay, with real-time and reliable characters, is expected to become the communication backbone for future automotive systems. Therefore, a DC motor speed control system based on FlexRay network is presented in this paper to verify these characters. The following works have been done in this paper: study the FlexRay protocol specification, design the structure, programming, analyze the test results to get transmission delay time. Using the test system, FlexRay network was verified that message can be transferred quickly and correctly.

Abstract: A novel actuator controller for greenhouse control system is proposed in this paper. This controller can solve the problems existing in traditional greenhouse control system such as generating electric arc, short circuit risk, lack of communication and smart ability. We adopt five separate magnetic latching relays to control the three-phase motor. In order to prevent generating electric arc in the process of turning off relay, the alternating current zero-crossing detection circuit is designed. In software side, the relay-off task program is running in the real-time operating system, which can ensure turn-off operation at the point of alternating current zero-crossing. In addition, the controller is capable of detecting motors operation parameter and having multiple communication interfaces. Finally, we implement our controller in practice and experimental results meet the design requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, a real-time video stabilization algorithm based on smoothing feature trajectories is proposed. For each input frame, our approach generates multiple feature trajectories by performing inter-frame template match and optical flow. A Kalman filter is then performed to smooth these feature trajectories. Finally, at the stage of image composition, the motion consistency of the feature trajectory is considered for achieving a visually plausible stabilized video. The proposed method can offer real-time video stabilization and its removed the delays for caching coming images. Experiments show that our approach can offer real-time stabilizing for videos with various complicated scenes.

Abstract: Fault prewarning is important to guarantee the safe and stable operation of Generator Sets (GS). In order to generate prewarnings quickly and accurately before the failures or faults occur in GS, a real-time fault prewarning approach to GS based on dynamic threshold was put forward. This approach was consisted of five steps, that is operating condition (or abnormal event) synchronous, dynamic threshold selection, threshold analysis, fault detection and fault prewarning. The dynamic threshold (closely related to operating condition or abnormal event of GS) was the key of this approach, which can be obtained by means of expertise knowledge discovery. This approach can effectively reduce false positives and false negatives for the faults of GS, whose effectiveness is validated by the applications and practices of Gezhouba power plant.

Abstract: This paper proposes an intelligent lighting control system based on CAN. Compared with the traditional lighting control system, it overcomes the effect of relatively scattered control and disadvantages of poor management, poor real-time and low degree of automation. In explaining the overall design of intelligent lighting system framework and communication protocols based on CAN bus communication, it analyzes the real time capability and puts forward the optimization scheme. It also proposes an implementation of SJA1000 CAN communication modules to achieve application to intelligent lighting system.

Abstract: It is of great significance and value to predict the roll of two ships, especially when one is replenishing for the other or in some other conditions. Autoregressive time series analysis method (AR) with Recursive least squares (RLS) theory is the mainstream currently and the effectiveness for the prediction of the motion attitudes have been fully validated. However, there are some differences between the prediction for the motion of two vessels and for that of one. The hydrodynamic interactions between two ships should be taken into consideration and be reflected in the application of the method. In order to solve this issue, this work firstly proposed a double ships autoregressive (DAR) method, which can determine the orders and the parameters of model in real-time with consideration of the interference between two ships and the DAR method was applied to forecast the roll motion between two ships. The simulative results of DAR method show the validity and veracity compared to real value and the advancement compared to the autoregressive (AR) method for single ship motion prediction.

Abstract: The image edge detection algorithm is one of the most important steps in the image processing, however, while the large amount of data is need to be dealt with in the detection process, it is difficult to meet real-time requirements by using the software method. In order to improve the speed of digital image processing, An embedded processing systems based on FPGA (field-programmable gate array) detection algorithm is proposed, which takes corrosion expansion algorithm of mathematical morphology as its theoretical basis to achieve the task of image edge detection, experiments result show the method is effective and feasible, and meets the real-time requirement of the image processing.

Abstract: Because of the appearance of mobile office and distributed office in Internet communication system, which has brought great opportunities for development of real-time and interactive online evaluation system. In this background, this paper designs an OPC technology which is compatible with multiple internet distributed interface, it can realize the distributed online evaluation. This paper designs a direct switching algorithm procedure of OPC with multiple interfaces, so it can realize the evaluation of interactive and real-time. About the model and the level, this paper uses hierarchical model to evaluate network. Finally based on the evaluation of ideological education online as an example, we conduct the performance of the Internet online system for practice research, it is found that the Internet online evaluation system has well real-time and interactive features, it provides the theory reference for the research of internet ideological and political education.
