Abstract: The characteristics, structural characteristics and composition of the grinding wheel oxide film is revealed by the theoretical analysis and simulating test in pre-dressing process of the ELID ultra precision mirror grinding, and the validity of oxide film formation mechanism analysis is verified by ELID experiments. Mirror grinding of hard brittle materials can be realized by on-line real-time control of the thickness of the oxide film.

Abstract: With the aid of internet network, ARM controller and the software VC++, a novel experimental platform for student to do experiment was presented in this paper, which can realize real-time control and dynamic trace of the experiment process, automatic save of the experimental procedure, experiment simulation, and the on-line help. That students use this platform to do experiment can not only improve the efficiency and the success rate of the experiments, reduce the cost of the experiments and the dangers to do experiment but also optimize the experiment management and improve the teaching quality. Besides, students can also make full use of limited experimental instruments and experimental equipment to realize the share of the resources with the help of this experimental platform.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that individual control of urban traffic lights and stable signal timing. This paper proposed a real timing control method of traffic lights which based on Kalman filter. This method use Kalman filter to predict the next time traffic flows and then update the signal timing. By field researching the traffic flow of intersection in peak hour and predicting the traffic flow. Then update the signal timing. Meanwhile using the VISSIM to simulate the intersection. The result of the simulation shows that the length of vehicle queue decreased significantly and the number of stops dropped. The efficiency of access has been greatly improved.

Abstract: Production scheduling and control under uncertainty is among the most persistent challenges in the field of operation management. Despite the significant amount of research in this domain, many studies still underline the gap between scheduling theory and practice. In this paper, we outline the important aspects to consider in the design and implementation of decision support systems for the scheduling task by reviewing the literature. From the identified guidelines, we examine a practical case and propose a decision support system for the production scheduling task in an actual manufacturing environment.

Abstract: This paper derives a RLS of calculation formula and proposes the use of RLS to identify the parameters of design and simulation methods based on Altera DSP Builder, with the widely using of the least-squares algorithm in real-time control and line identification. According to a given example, the simulation results and analysis are analyzed. The simulation results show that the method this paper proposed have such advantages and application value that simplify the design difficulty and improve design speed, simplicity and flexibility of simulation and other aspects.

Abstract: the development of the smart home has broken many the traditional ways, which are a new, comfortable, convenient way for people to live and work in a better environment. Smart home services should be completed within the effective time-related tasks, and real-time control strategy plays an important role. CPS is a complicated distributed control system,interaction between cyber world and physical world by computation, communication and control. CPS provides methods of the compositionality, distributed Sensing, physical interfaces and human interfaces integration that could help smart home system become more intelligent and humanization. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of CPS and Smart home system, design an architectural of CPS for smart home.

Abstract: with the development of science and technology, smart home systems require better, faster to meet the needs of human. In order to achieve this goal, the human-machine-items all need to interact each other with understand,efficient and speedy. Cps could unify combination with the human-machine-items; realize the interaction between the physical information and the cyber world. However,information interaction and the control task needs to be completed in a valid time. Therefore, the transform delay control strategy becomes more and more important. This paper analysis Markov delay control strategy for smart home systems, which might help the system decrease the transmission delay.

Abstract: An inverted pendulum is a classic control problem and is widely used as a benchmark for testing various control algorithms. First, this paper analyse the dynamic and non-linear model of the inverted pendulum, then focus on the real-time control of the inverted pendulum, we developed real-time control software for the single-stage inverted pendulum by using Visual C++ 2010, its mainly operate API functions to control board and implement various control algorithms.

Abstract: On the market today, the hardware and most software of CNC system are not exclusive and incompatible, and the system institutions vary, which makes the control systems of different manufacture relatively independent, closed to each other. In order to break this situation, this paper conducted a project design on the hardware and software of CNC system which is based on PC platform. On the hardware, ultimately determine the NC embedded PC architecture, design and motion control card based on PCI bus; in the aspect of software design, use Windows2000/XP operating system to achieve multitasking real-time CNC control, and design the software in the Visual C++ environment .Using the platform to achieve the application of the laser welding system, the design is proved to be feasible, it also reflects the basic idea of the open architecture.
