Abstract: This paper is on the basis of energy-consumption analyses and indicators competition system of a provincial branch electric power group, introduced how to integrate the existing power plant isolated SIS information and promote the economic operational level reached a new standard by indicators competition between units. Firstly, the paper introduced the overall network deployment of the system and the function and configuration of servers; secondly, compared with past SIS system, introduced some of the functional improvement project under the charge of electric power group; finally analyzed and prospected the application of this system.

Abstract: Through practical application case, the functions for achieving remote network data synchronization transmission based on configuration software are introduced, and network application layer protocols which are applicable to general industrial Ethernet process control are designed. After running and commissioning, all functions can be achieved successfully, and real-time and fault tolerance of application-layer protocols can be guaranteed.

Abstract: This paper analyzed on real-time database system, and applied the cloud manufacturing technology and distributed system technology to the database system model. Through the analysis on the real time database, we can got the distributed real-time data system types and data storage model, establish two kinds of memory T-mode and S-mode, database storage model and make the production of block. Finally establish the work flow of distributed real-time database system, get relevant application program. A large number of real-time data collection and administration can be realized, which can improve the real-time information data processing efficiency and system model performance. Through the establishment of model and analysis of its working process in the real-time distributed system real time database application path, it can provide guidance for the establishment of distributed real-time database system model.

According to the characteristics of real-time database, this paper using three layer storage structures which consist of shared memory, file system and general database. It improves the access efficiency of real-time database and data reliability in a timely manner.

Abstract: Based on Niche discrete PSO method, an improved algorithm, which is applied to distribution network reconfigu-reation, is proposed. Above all, the economic assessment model of reconfiguration, which encompasses line loss, voltage quail-ty, load balance and switch acting cost, is established. Then, with Niche operations embedded into the DPSO algorithm, an improved reconfiguration method is presented. Finally, the corresponding software system is realized and this improved algorithm is applied to a typical case. The experimental results have proved that the improved Niche discrete PSO algorithm is reliable and efficient.

Abstract: This paper presents the technical advantages in the application of real-time database according to the development trend of ship electronic information system. The structures of RDM real-time database and processes of development are described in terms of the application of COTS technologies. Performance tests and competitive experiments are undertaken between commercial database and RDM real-time database, and the tests show the performance predominance of real-time database. Our paper fills a vacuum of experimentally performance test of real-time database in ship electronic information system.

Abstract: This paper presents a design of instrument management systems based on the wireless HART communications technology. The whole system achieves data of intelligent HART instrumentation uploading and setting through the wireless HART communication network. Data server software parses the data according to the wireless HART data frame format, and saves data through the real-time historical database of SCADA software Force Control 6.1. Application server provides a visual user interface, completes the configuration and monitoring for the field intelligent instrument and operates easily. This system has the scalability, reconfigurability, and other characteristics and it has a certain application value on the HART intelligent instruments of information management.
