Abstract: With the development of highways and the improvement in vehicle performance, vehicle speed has become faster and faster, causing more and more frequent accidents. As an auxiliary configuration of vehicle body’s passive safety, SRS (supplemental inflatable restraint system) often serves as a key component providing protection for both the driver and passengers and thus receives increasing attention. By taking the latest recall case base in 2012 and 2013 as a blue print, this paper analyzes 111 SRS-caused recalls implemented by China, the US, the EU and Australia respectively, discusses main defect forms of SRS, and finally proposes the improvement suggestions on safety techniques in design and manufacturing.

Abstract: Requirements Traceability has a very important role in the entire application development lifecycle. As for the problem of manual creating requirement traceability relationship time-consuming and error-prone effort problem, this paper proposed a new component-based dynamic requirement traceability model. The model incorporates the requirements specification model and component functionality tree model to format requirements documents and component library. Establish requirements traceability relationships through mutual matching between component facet functional items and requirement documents. Validate requirements traceability feasibility and efficiency through multiple systems and component requirements documents, the experimental results provided by the implemented system show that the model is valid, and efficiency and accuracy have been improved to some extent compared with the conventional information retrieval model.

Abstract: As the stage of bioinformatics has been upgraded, classification of certain pathogen has been improved into a new manner. The main topic of this research is genetic singularity of HCV (Hepatitis C Virus) and our objective is to assay features of the HCV's amino acid under usage of Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. HCV data used in our experiment has 10 kinds of sequences and 257 kinds of data. According to data analysis, some peculiar genetic patterns of HCV’s linearity that discord pre-existing neural network and C5.0 were found.

Abstract: Based on the Defective Automobile Product Recall Management Regulations newly issued by the State, an information management system for defective automobile products recall is analyzed and designed in this paper. At first, according to the requirements of the Regulations, the recall flow chart is offered, and demands of industrial environment, consumers, governmental departments and manufacturing enterprises are explored. Then, overall structure of the information system is proposed, including technical structure and application structure. Finally, relevant functions of the information system are designed.

Abstract: Recently, the amount of multimedia content is increasing considerably. Several concurrent trends made this happen. Current software made creating, sharing, and editing of multimedia resources a common and easy task. In this paper we present a formal and implemented generic framework for building ontology-based information systems. The recall and precise of product ontology similarity measurement were higher than that of the traditional similarity measurement. In order to address this research issue, an ontology-based multi criteria decision model is proposed. The experimental results indicate that this method has great promise.
