Abstract: New refining technology of soda – calcium – silicon glass surfaces with inorganic compounds nanomolecules has been presented in the study. In order to determine modification of the glass surface SEM observation and EDX analysis have been carried out. The glass samples were subjected to the UV-VIS, photo-elasticity and ellipsometry examinations. From obtained results follows, that refining of the glass surface by nanopowder aluminum hydroxide compounds provides forming of very thin surface layers. This type of modification improves physical glass properties. As the example results of microhardness refined glass are presented in the article.Keywords: glass, surface, nanoparticles, refining

Abstract: This paper presents the results obtained in what concerns the ranges of technological parameters of the secondary treatment of steel in LF plants to improve its quality by reducing the hydrogen content. The use in the industrial practice of the optimum values for these parameters allows obtaining steels with a low content of gases, especially hydrogen.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the deoxidation principle of new-type compound deoxidizer, Si-Al-Fe alloy during stainless steel refining, summarized related studies on deoxidizer behavior, deoxidation products, alloying treatment by workers in the metallurgical in recent years, analyzed to solve a series of problems caused by deoxidation product with high melting point, and pointed out that it was a trend for large-scale production of "zero" inclusions steel or rendering inclusions harmless and functional.

Abstract: The research for Chinese herbs warm and cold natures classification is a significative thing for clinical. The paper put forward refining the very important value of mass to charge ratio (M/Z) from Traditional Chinese Medicine' Nature data using orthogonal signal correction-orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OSC-OPLS/O2PLS-DA) after normalization. The first , data standardizing for the metabolites sample spaces data; The second, Reducing dimensions for the metabolites sample spaces data using OSC; the third, distinguish TCM' nature using OPLS/O2PLS-DA ;The fourth, gain the very important value of Mass to charge ratio for TCM' nature; The fifth, According to the necessary of the research, repeat the fourth step and the fifth step, and refine the M/Z.The model was proved to be feasible and effective after tested with 6 types warm natures herbs, 6 types cold natures herbs.

Abstract: We propose in this publication the introduction of new, additional definition describing the multiple orifice ceramic filters used in research works on the liquid steel filtrations, calling this the filter slenderness ratio. In order to confirm the theoretical assumptions we have performed a series of the laboratory scale experiments (for the filter slenderness ratio SF - 1.67 to SF - 8.36). The influence of the filter slenderness on the filtration process efficiency has been determined through variations in quantities and surface shares of the non-metallic phase in the filtrated steel in relation to the non-filtered steel. We present also the results of researches on the separating surfaces between the liquid steel and the ceramic filter material, which in form of photos and scanning microscope microanalyses are put together in the publication.

Abstract: A region of liaoning low-grade magnesite ore products mainly for magnesite ,the gangue minerals are mainly hematite,calcite,chlorite,quartz,etc.This experimental using a roughing secondary selected single reverse flotation process,with hydrochloric acid, sodium silicate,sodium hexametaphosphate for adjustment,LKD for collecting agent,the ore are studied,in the conditions of mine ore SiO2 content is 0.85%,MgO content is 95.53%,Fe2O3 content is 0.82%,obtain concentrate SiO2 content is 0.17%,Fe2O3 content is 0.69%,concentrate grade (MgO content) is 97.31%,the recovery is 78.86% of the experimental index.The experimental of related mineral flotation purification provide identification and reference.

Abstract: In order to know what effect on the yield of alloy elements will be if the steel is melted/refined with the DC arc furnace, the effect of melting and refining with DC-arc on the yield of alloy element has been investigated by a melting experiment, in which the melting/refining is switched to continuous melting/refining with DC-arc after the molten metal is contact with the molten slag for 41 minutes without DC-arc, and by a contrast experiment of melting/refining with DC-arc and with an AC-arc. When DC current passes through the slag-metal interface and the slag-gas interface, the existence of the electrolysis phenomenon during the DC-arc steel melting/refining has been confirmed. Electrolysis participates in the metallurgical reaction. The phenomenon of two or more electrode reactions taking place simultaneously at both the slag-metal interface and the slag-gas interface has also been observed. The two phenomena cause the accelerating loss of the alloy-elements in the molten metal and the decreasing of concentrations of the corresponding oxides in the molten slag. The electrochemical transfer of oxygen from the molten slag to the molten metal ((O2-)=[+2e and (O2-)=1/2O2+2e) at the slag-metal interface has been observed, and causes the increasing of oxygen content in the molten metal.

Abstract: Enhancing the guarantee of government supervision effectiveness on construction quality and intensifying the reform of supervision need continuous endeavors. Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has established the Engineering quality supervision guidance ,based on basis principles on government supervision on construction quality of Supervision Rules on Construction Quality, which sets aims to refined and modern management .It proposes some new requirements about the government supervision on construction quality ,such as clearing demands of qualities, emphases and participants; planning projects in more scientific ways; refining supervision on quality behaviors; strengthening quality supervision on project entity; controlling strictly in project final acceptance; normalizing reports and files; and informationizing the methods to supervise. It is a consecutive task to improve efficiency in government supervision on construction quality, and guarantee successive improvements in construction quality.

Abstract: The galactooligosaccharide (GOS) was produced by Bulgarian lactic acid bacteria fermentation and further refined by application of an ultrafiltration-nanofiltration continuous membrane combination technology established in this paper. Results revealed that the optimum of membrane operation conditions for ultrafiltration were 0.05 Mpa at the feed concentration of 2.5 g/L, and the optimal conditions for nanofiltration were 45 °C, 0.4 Mpa. After refining by membrane combination technology, 96.70% of proteins were removed and the relative quality ratio of the refined GOS product was increased by 22 times or so, which mainly contained oligomers with DP 3 and DP 2, and mostly distributed between 108 Da and 2415 Da. These findings suggest that the ultrafiltration-nanofiltration continuous membrane combination technology is a new and favorable processes method for enrich or refining of milk-derived GOS obtained by fermentation.
