Abstract: This paper focuses on storage location assignment and exported container relocation in container yard of container terminal with the objective of minimizing the number of container lifting. On the lifting steps, the truck with yard crane should be chosen in order to deliver a container from container yard to container ship, and this action can reduce container ship's docking time and increase effectiveness in container terminal service. In this paper, a genetic algorithm (GA) in container storage assignment and a heuristic for the container relocation determination are adopted. Also, the current practice including first-in-first-stored (FIFS) and simple relocation (SR) is used to compare the effectiveness of the GA and the proposed heuristic (RH). The experimental result presented that the proposed method is able to construct the effective solutions of storage location assignment of exported containers, and it reduces the number of relocations of exported container effectively.

Abstract: After the Wenchuan earthquake, a number of minority villages face many difficulties in relocation due to their poor geographical location, backward economic development and poor inhabited environment. In this paper, successful pattern for relocation of minority villages are researched and explored through analysis, generalization and summation with the post-disaster relocation of Yangliu Village in Taiping Township of Mao County as an example, in order to provide reference for the reconstruction of other minority villages stricken by the great disaster.

Abstract: During digital final assembly of some types of aircraft, the posture of fuselage or wing must be revised in the case that real cutting allowances of some wing-fuselage joint holes are insufficient for finish machining. A constrained optimization modal is proposed to gain the optimum objective posture, which will ensure that each wing-fuselage joint has enough cutting allowance and meet all other technological requirements on the posture of fuselage or wing too.

Abstract: The relocation of Shougang and the steel project construction of Caofeidian is a national major project, according to the working life of design, the environmental classification and their exposure classes, we must consider the concrete structural durability in various ways, such as the forms of concrete structures, texture measures, the concrete materials and so on. The paper has discussed the basic design regulations, the forms of concrete structures and texture measures as well as the technical requirement of concrete materials, it is example with the concrete structures of the major projects, has analyzed the effect of the durability design for the actual concrete material.

Abstract: Surface atoms are activated as result of replacement collisional sequences in solids by incident ions. In dependence on theirs threshold (displacement) energy and angular distribution they may be sputtered (removed) or laterally relocated on the surface. The relocation length distribution depends on the energy and angular distributions of activated atoms and interaction atom-solid potential. The process of lateral relocation of surface atoms is considered as a sequence of stochastic removal and adsorption processes. The rate equations describing processes of sputtering, relocation and thermal diffusion are built and steady state solutions are presented for multielemental solids. The mechanisms of stochastic mixing of atoms and roughening of surface is discussed.
