Abstract: The aim of this study was to obtain the method of the green design and modular design that oriented construction machinery products. A variety of modern design tools such as the finite element analysis software package and optimize design package and a two-factor evaluation fuzzy modelare used to analyze and Evaluation the green degree and the module degree of the construction machinery. Some modern mathematical tools such as AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to calculate and evaluate the green degree and the module degree in construction machinery design. The proposed design method can meet the requirements of the green degree and the module degree of the construction machinery.

Abstract: Aiming at the demand of remanufacturing mechanical parts fatigue life prediction, the main methods of fatigue life prediction are reviewed and summarized. The finite element and dynamics combined simulation method has been widely used at present, whose advantages are that it is suitable for most of the mechanical parts, and the forecast cycle is short, and it can be analyzed combining with the parts actual working condition, but the prediction accuracy depends on the comprehensive degree to the service condition. The experimental method is the most traditional method, and the fatigue life value obtained by the method is reliable, but the method is entirely depend on experience, and the cost of experiments is expensive, so the feasibility is bad. The fatigue life analysis method can lower the dependence on large number of experiments, but there is a great distance between the predicting fatigue life and actual fatigue life in working environment. The metal magnetic memory non-destructive testing method doesnt damage the testing objects, but the method is still in the stage of further research at present. Finally, taking the number of experiments, prediction cycle, prediction accuracy, prediction cost and the complex degree of the principle involved in the prediction process as evaluation indexes, the finite element and dynamics combined simulation method is the best fatigue life prediction method according to the score values of each method calculated by the quantitative scores based on the expert evaluation method.

Abstract: In the green modular design method that oriented remanufacturing engineering, the equipment remanufacturing is taken as the design purpose, the modular design method as the basis, the green design and the modern mathematic method as the auxiliary means. In the beginning of remanufacturing, that is, before the birth of the entity life, the environmental attributes of the equipment and the reuse of the parts in the full life cycle are fully taken into account, and the green degree reflecting the environmental characteristics and the module degrees reflecting the functionality and usability features are evaluated and tested. The proposed design method can meet environmental attributes of the equipment and remanufacturing requirements at the same time, and it is satisfied with the fundamental purpose of remanufacturing.

Abstract: Based on the foreign remanufacturing mode, the new remanufacturing rapid forming technology, which relies mainly on Surface Repair and Performance Improving Method has been explored and practiced. The aim of remanufacturing forming is to renew the original size of the waste components rapidly, and then improve their service performance. The advanced rapid forming technology, especially the high density heat source surface forming technology, is the important technique to carry out rapid forming. Based on the arc heat source, plasma heat source and laser heat source, three kinds of high density heat source remanufacturing forming technologies, such as high speed arc spraying forming technology, micro-arc plasma forming technology, and laser cladding forming technology, have been developed.

Abstract: Remanufacturing is a growing branch of the traditional manufacturing industry. In this study, a discrete harmony search (DHS) algorithm is proposed for thedisassembly scheduling of products in the remanufacturing engineering.Firstly, the disassembly scheduling of products is regarded as flexible job shop scheduling problem. Then, the harmony search algorithm is discretized for the disassembly scheduling problem.Finally, simulation experiments are carried out to test the proposed discrete harmony search algorithm. The results and comparisons show the effectiveness of the proposed DHS algorithm in solving the disassemblyscheduling problem in remanufacturing engineering.

Abstract: Entering into the 21st century, remanufacturing engineering has been developed rapidly in China, Especially from 2005, lots of remanufacturing laws and regulations have been released. Remanufacturing engineering is the industrialization of high technology maintenance to the waste productions, and the advanced period of the maintenance engineering and surface engineering. The basic character of surface engineering is synthesis, intercross, compounding, and optimization. Surface engineering takes the “surface” as core. Nano surface engineering is the integration and creation between the nano materials and traditional surface engineering. To adapt the demand of remanufacturing industrialization, five kinds of automatic and intelligentized technologies, namely automatic nano electro-brush plating technology, automatic high velocity arc spraying technology, semi-automatic micro plasma arc welding technology, automatic laser cladding technology, and intelligentized self-repair technology, have been independently innovated.
