Abstract: With the rapid development of automobile electronic technology, automotive interior structure and mutual communication relations are becoming increasingly complex; meanwhile,users’ requirements for timeliness and accuracy in automobile fault diagnosis are also getting higher, thus increasing the difficulty and uncertainty of automobile fault diagnosis process. The automobile fault clustering fusion system with artificial intelligent neural network as the core is established for fault diagnosis, which not only meets the requirement for timeliness, but also makes after-sale diagnosis service intelligent and user-friendly. This system will have a promising development in future.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a network-based remote diagnosis system for ion nitrogen furnace. This system consists of the site measurement, control and diagnosis end, GPRS communication module, and remote fault diagnosis end. This system can collect and transmit data for the remote fault diagnosis. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed system can satisfy the user-specified requirements.

Abstract: The significance of this thesis is that the function of call simulation is designed to satisfy the operator’s needs. Operators can diagnose whether the telephony applications proceed normally by manipulating the VOIP(Vocie Over IP) telephony terminals on ITMS(Integrated Terminal Management System) platform remotely, by which way, it can help operators to save large manual and material resources. And this thesis focuses on how to realize the function of call simulation on VOIP phone terminals. It firstly studies the related modules in the process of call simulation and the procedures of each modules cooperated, from a macro point of view. And then it focuses on elaborating the scheme of designing call simulation, including the design of simulation applications for call and called sides and design of simulation signal process in the situation of normal calling. In the testing step, it turns on to validate and realize the goal of manipulating and diagnosing the telephony applications by packeting the communication’s terminal , analyzing signaling streams, etc,.

Abstract: According to the data characteristics in the hoister operation process and the network requirements of fault diagnosis system, this paper proposes a XML-based apriori algorithm, and the algorithm is applied to hoist remote fault diagnosis system. The experiment result shows that applying the system can make the hoist fault diagnosis more scientific, reasonable and improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis.

Abstract: Considering the development of cooperative design and internet-based manufacturing and in order to manage the manufacturing process more efficiently, a unit of remote intelligent fault-diagnosis based on Bayesian Networks was designed and a software based on internet was realized. The establishment of such system will enable efficient cooperation between CNC machine tools and users as well as maintainers.

Abstract: The steam turboset is the key equipment of the electric power system. Thus, it is very important and necessary to monitor and diagnose the running condition and the faults of the steam turboset for the safe and normal running of the electric power system. In this paper, the Internet/Intranet based remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis scheme is proposed. The corresponding technique and methods are discussed in detail. And a real application system is developed for the 300MW steam turboset. In this scheme, the system is built on the Internet/Intranet and the Client/Server construction and Web/Server model are adopted. The proposed scheme can guarantee real-time data acquisition and on-line condition analysis simultaneously. And especially, the remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis can be implemented effectively. The developed system has been installed in a power plant of China. And the plant has obtained great economic benefits from it.
