Abstract: Guizhou province has built 66 town sewage treatment plants, the statistics of the construction, operation, and energy consumption statistics show that town sewage treatment plants in Guizhou are based on small ones below 10,000 m3 / d ,the common treating process is mostly oxidation ditch.Most of the A / O process and HASN craft, pipe network are mostly mixed-flow, the average load rate of sewage treatment plants is 76.87 percent. Microwave treatment process is the most efficient way to remove COD and SS, biological aerated filter is the most efficient way to remove BOD and ammonia, activated sludge process is the best way to remove phosphorus. With the increasing scale of the operating, costs are reduced, so sewage treatment plants should choose technology and scale to adapt to local conditions, improve the operation of the facility and enhance the pollutant removal rate effectively.

Abstract: To domestic sewage, mixed sewage with hair dyeing sewage and low concentrations of hair dyeing sewage as objects, studied by experiments SBR remove its COD, total phosphorus, ammonia, nitrogen efficiency, the results show that the hair dyeing sewage on SBR to remove COD, total phosphorus, ammonia has little effect, the low concentration hair dyeing sewage can be handled through biological methods, its COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen removal efficiency can reach 79.11%, 92.16%, 74.51%, 55.93%, However, due to the hair dyeing sewage has cyclic organic matter may inhibit the role of heterotrophic bacteria, affecting the biological nitrogen removal, the nitrogen removal rate of hair dyeing sewage decreased 14.70% than domestic sewage.

Abstract: Based on EDM method combined with ultrasonic field, the effects of different electric current, impulse width, and voltage on the surface morphology of nickel microspheres were studied. The preparation condition and forming mechanism of microspheres with compact and smooth surface were investigated. The result shows that removal rate and explosion force of the electrode materials play an important role in forming microspheres, and homogeneous nucleation goes against the uniformity of the surface morphologies of microspheres.

Abstract: This study investigates the degradation of Nonylphenol. The degradation affecting factors including solution ozone dosage, initial concentration, pH, temperature and ultraviolet. The results indicated that when the ozone contents changes, the Nonylphenols degradation rate changes as well. The higher ozone concentration contribute to the faster degradation; With the increase of initial concentration of Nonylphenol, the removal rate of it decrease on the contrary, while with the initial concentration increases, the quality of unit ozone degradation of Nonylphenol is ascenting and then tend to a constant; The remove rate of Nonylphenol is improving when the pH value vary from 4.86~10.34. The effect of Nonylphenols ozonation in higher temperatures is better than it is in lower temperature; Ultraviolet radiation is also favorable for the removal of Nonylphenol as it can shorten the reaction time as well as reduce the amount of ozone.

Abstract: In this paper, the strains were separated from pulping effluent and aerobic sludge. The plate separation was used in process of separation and purification. During the selection process, six different strains were obtained according to the differences among the COD removal rates, growth curves, colony feature and characteristics of bacteria. The results of the degrading experiment of pulping effluent showed that W3 and S2 had better performance among all of strains. COD of pulping effluent was decreased from 6960 mg/L to 3300 mg/L by W3, the removal rate is 51.87%. When the strain S2 was used for the degradation of pulping effluent, COD value dropped from 6960 mg/L to 2860 mg/L, and the removal rate is 55.03%.

Abstract: Under the effect of magnetic field, the removing material will produce by using magnetorheo1ogica1 fluid with contains hard magnetic particles or polishing powder, when the magnetorheo1ogica1 fluid moving relative to the workpiece. Magnetorheological finishing is a promising technology for manufacturing super-smooth components surface. According to Preston equation, mathematics model of magnetorheo1ogica1 fluid is established with the hysteresis shear stress model which composed of viscous and bilinear hysteresis shear stress model. After discussing the relationship between magnetic field and material removal studied, the results show that hysteresis shear stress model can describe the mechanical behavior of magnetorheo1ogica1 fluid perfectly and it is simple in form, explicit and easy to apply. Calculated value is consistent with the experimental values and the mathematical model is thus capable to play a guiding role in processing.

Abstract: In order to remove the malodorous pollutants of total reduced sulfur (TRS) produced by kraft pulp mill, the experimental device was designed to remove the TRS gases in accordance with the principle of ClO2 oxidizing TRS gases. After ClO2 oxidizes TRS gases, the substances produced are absorbed by lye, which achieve the purpose of removing TRS gases. At the same time, these alkali absorber can be reused to the sulfur cycle of kraft pulp mills. With the self-designed experiment apparatus, the removal rate of H2S and CH3SH are 99.40% and 99.8% respectively, the concentration of H2S reduces from 1.275g/m3 to 0.137mg/m3, the concentration of CH3SH reduces from 1.457g/m3 to 0.032 mg/m3, which both reach national grade iii emission standards.

Abstract: Speed control is the core problem of cutting machine design, the past has been the experience of adjusting the cutting speed, the lack of theoretical basis, randomness. In view of this, according to the basic requirements of cutting efficiency maximization, deduces the removal rate and feed speed, time equation, solving the cutting efficiency problem exists in the design of machine, and established when the removal rate is constant, relation curves of shear rate and time. Use of the method of cutting machine design, can improve the accuracy and scientific design, has higher application value.

Abstract: A new type of foam fractionation column with spiral internal had been designed for enhancing the foam drainage and thus for the removal of minute hazardous materials. Chromium was separated from wastewater using the continuous foam separation method. According to the similar physical behavior of foam separation and chemical reaction processes, the equivalent chemical reaction constant was introduced, Establishment concentrate distributed mathematical model of the whole tower under the condition of continuous foam separation with SDS as active agent. The model has been tested by experiments. The result indicated that foam separation process could be regarded as a first order reaction, and diffusion coefficient was 4.86cm2/s.
