Abstract: As the residential area is the basic functional unit in the city, its number is large and its construction project is huge; accordingly, the CO2 emission is also huge in the process of construction and use. On the basis of the LCP theory and method, the researchers in this paper propose a new approach used to calculate the carbon emissions in the urban residential area through comprehensively considering the CO2 emission and CO2 absorption of carbon sink-green space in the total life cycle of the urban community. In addition, taking the typical multi-story residential areas in Shenyang City as the sample, the researchers calculate the carbon emission and discuss the features of emission in the residential area as well as the method and potential of reducing the carbon emission. The calculation results show that, the carbon emissions in the process of operation an use account for the largest proportion for the total life cycle, up to 83.8%; the carbon emissions in the process of preparing the materials for construction account for 7.69%; the carbon emissions at the stage of building demolition account for 5.32%. The carbon emissions at the stage of construction are the smallest in amount, which can be basically negligible. According to the existing energy structure, construction specifications and technical level, 4.8% of the CO2 emissions in the residential area can be absorbed through the green space and that the carbon emissions in the residential area can be reduced through taking the energy conservation measures, using the renewable energy and increasing the area of carbon sinks.

Abstract: Based on the dynamic wave routing algorithm of SWMM model, this paper simulated the residential area drainage system. Then combining with the status reports, such as link summary, node summary, time series plot and the link profile plot, the drainage system of residential area is studied. And the drainage capacity of drainage system, the status of surcharging node and surcharging conduit under heavy rain situation are given. In accordance with the requirements of criterion, this paper used the method of iterative algorithm to improve the drainage system, and finally built the drainage system which meets 2 year storm.

Abstract: The supply of construction land index is difficult in coal villages migration, especially the construction land index in urban and rural, lacking of construction land index becomes the bottleneck of village migration. In order to ruduce the pressure of the contradiction between supply and demand of land used for construction purposes. This paper combines with the actual situation of coal villages, taking Huainan as an example, starting from the connotation and significance of the policy of linking the increase in land used for urban construction with the decrease in land used for rural construction, based on the analysis of the current situation of the city construction land use, making predictions on the potentiality of village land readjustment in coal mining areas, the potentiality of the rural residential areas hook readjustment and the potentiality of linking the increase in land used for urban construction with the decrease in land used for rural construction, the results show that the overall hook potentiality is larger.

Abstract: nfluences of install and design of residential lighting on physical and mental health of residents in Dalain were studied by field investigation and questionnaire survey. Luminance simulation of the local light environment was analyzed by SM light environment test software. The results reflected that path luminance and entrance luminance are weak. There is a larger illumination gap between inside and outside of the district owing to bright commercial light. Part of landscape lights has a potential light pollution on the city ecosystem. Therefore scientific design and evaluation of light environment have a important influence on city life and traffic in the night.

Abstract: The thesis analyses the early stage of the planning and design in Taiyuan xicun renovation project from the green building perspective. It summarizes the strengths and shortages on the basis of Four Conservations and One Protection (area conservation, energy conservation, water conservation, material conservation and environmental protection). By analyzing the problems in planning and designing modern residential area, this thesis aims to provide some suggestions to the green building idea.

Abstract: The present work focused on developing a rapid estimation of carbon storage of single tree in urban community greening that is an important carbon storage field. The carbon storage is determined by the total biomass measured by getting carbon content percentage and density values of plants. Having surveying and calculating carbon content percentage, volume density and carbon storage of four main kinds of trees in eight residential areas, the value of computing carbon content percentage, volume density are 0.5 and 0.5×103kg/m3, respectively, agreeing with their default value 0.5. The developed carbon storage formula is applicable to computing single arbor green vegetation of cities. The carbon storage biomass of Cinnamomum camphora is the largest among the four kinds of main trees (Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl.), acacia (Albizia julibrissin), magnolia (Magnolia Grandiflora Linn.), laurel (Osmanthus fragrans. The results show that the calculation method is applicable and can be expanded for extensive use.
