Abstract: Achieving Europe's sustainable development goals by 2030 is conditioned by the transition to the circular economy. Turning waste into resources is one of the key phases in driving this process. The paper presents the sectors in Mehedinţi County that are involved or have proposed long-term objectives in the field of waste.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the seaside and riverine territories, which are an integral part of urban and rural settlements. The relevance of the research problem is conditioned to a number of problems corresponding to the current moment in these territories including negative consequences as a result of urban development. The main objectives of the research were outlined, in particular the collection of factual data that allow the appropriate monitoring. Special attention is paid to the architectural transformation of coastal areas, identification of principles by which this transformation must be performed. The practical significance of the presented work is that the results of the study can be used in the development of urban planning documents, namely the projects of complex and local reconstruction of coastal areas.

Abstract: The article describes an alternative method of calculating durability and life of metal construction elements. Parameters of complete deformation diagram are used as a representative of the fatigue process. Such diagram is plotted when a small sample of material is stretched in a rigid load-applying unit. Determination of process kinetics from a mechanical experiment enhances possibilities for phenomenological description of constructional elements’ fatigue fracture. Proper usage of material cyclic degradation model in the stage of fatigue crack development is possible when one explicitly allows for anomalies of a constructional element’s surface layer properties. Within the scope of general concept of correlation between static and cyclic material properties a scheme for differentiating between a component’s surface layer and base metal properties is presented. Explicitly allowing for anomalies of a component’s surface layer properties makes it possible to calculate its durability and life within the unified model of material.

Abstract: Since entering 90’s, environmental strategy experienced a new turning point. The adjustment of worldwide industrial structure showing a new trend of green strategy, which is the trend of rational resource utilization, a small amount of waste production, none environmental pollution, and less pollution. Under the impact of green wave, the green manufacturing of industrial design gradually rise, becoming the target of the future development of industrial design. Putting the idea of sustainable development into the industrial design process. So that resources and energy can be used efficiently, and make the pollution to the minimum.

Abstract: Manufacturers and users of packaging machines are facing two significant challenges: the improvement of the sustainability and the enhancement of the format flexibility. The sustainability of products is becoming a more important influencing factor for the consumer buying behavior. Therefore, the increase of the energy and resource efficiency of packaging machines is a very promising strategy to achieve this goal. At first glance no correlation between format flexibility and sustainability seems to exist. But in fact, both topics partly depend on each other. These connections are the focus of this paper. Exemplary for sustainability, the resource and energy efficiency in the context of packaging machines will be considered. As a further detailing, this paper also contains an experimental investigation of a more format flexible and sustainable processing technology for sealing. Therefore, the heat-impulse technology was investigated.

Abstract: With rapid industrialization, continuous economic development, increasing population and living standards, the amount of general industrial solid waste generated in Kunming has increased continuously from 2001 to 2011. In 2013, the total general industrial solid waste generation was 33.19 million tons, deceased by 9.59% over 2011. The disposal and comprehensive use amount of general industrial solid waste in Kunming has increased dramatically from 2001 to 2013, and the disposal and comprehensive use rate of industrial solid waste increased fast from 64.39% in 2002 to 97.68% in 2013,but the comprehensive use rate of general industrial solid waste has not increased largely. Kunming’s general industrial solid waste treatment capacity has obvious difference from generation capacity, the produced industrial solid waste each year has the utilization of nearly 40%, with about 60% of the solid waste we cannot use. The disposal and comprehensive use rate of general industrial solid waste is different in different region of Kunming. Although the resource utilization of general industrial solid waste has made some progress in Kunming, the technical level is still very low compared with developed region, specially, the comprehensive utilization rate of phosphogypsum and tailings was not beyond 17% in 2013. Thereafter, much still can be done to improve the treatment and disposal of industrial solid waste in Kunming.

Abstract: As China develops its economy, hazardous waste generation is expected to increase rapidly. Recovery and recycling, i.e. co-processing of Alternative Fuels and Raw materials (AFRs) and treatment of hazardous waste in energy-and resource-intensive industries such as the cement industry seems to be an supplementary option to conventional technologies which can increase the overall waste management capacity in China significantly. With the largest cement production in the world, the industry can save significant amounts of non-renewable coal and raw materials by substitution with wastes which needs treatment. However, co-processing requires appropriate regulations and policies to support its development and safe and sound implementation.

Abstract: Time is presented as a special category of resource in the investment and construction process influencing directly or indirectly the final economic results of this type of activity. The main emphasis is placed by the authors in the course of justifying their approach on giving consideration in the context of this publication to such parameters as the service live of the ready construction product; investments payback period; duration of object construction; intensity of investment in time; labor productivity, etc. Proceeding from the revealed time losses between designing and construction; preparation to construction and its beginning; inter-shift and whole-shift downtime due to unsatisfactory production discipline; failures to meet the production resources delivery dates; disturbed plans of performing works, a conclusion has been made on the fact that solution of each of the foregoing tasks is the direct time saving and one of the main trends for increasing economic effectiveness of construction. It has been justified that the intensity of investing in time shall grow from a minimum at the initial stage to a maximum at the final stage.

Abstract: Efficient resource scheduling in dynamic environment reveals several challenges due to its high heterogeneity, dynamic behavior, and space shared utilization. In order to address this issue, a scheduling model based on computational economy was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the problem of resource scheduling was analyzed, and the essence of resource scheduling was concluded. Secondly, a scheduling strategy based on computational economy was presented. It applied the principles of economics and broker technology in its resource scheduling process. The strategy of the model synthetically considered two factors: execution cost and total complete time. An evaluation function driven by user’s needs was also built based on the two factors. Finally, the scheduling strategy was simulated. The result shows that the model can adjust the relation between price and time based on computational economy efficiently. It indicates that the model is an effective approach for resource scheduling.

Abstract: As a hotspot in Econometrics, Panel Data can control the behavior of the individual difference better , and it can also provide more information, more variability, less multicollinearity, higher degree of freedom and more efficient. This paper takes Fuxin, Fushun, Jiaozuo, Zaozhuang, Liaoyuan five resource logistics industrial cluster data, constructs a panel data model, and analyzes the interaction of resources of logistics industry cluster and regional economy and logistics industry.
