Abstract: Urban development is the basic condition of human social development, is also an important symbol of human civilization progress. Abstract: The container port develops from the traditional loading and unloading transportation to the modern comprehensive logistics industry. Abstract: In this paper, the predictive data of hydrodynamics and sediment are input into a systematic comprehensive evaluation model for guiding the marine reclamation in Tianjin. The predictive data are obtained by the numerical simulated results of hydrodynamics, water exchange and sediment. The systematic comprehensive evaluation model is proposed by a nonlinear cloud theory method, which has characteristics of high precision and concise. So the presented model is used to evaluate the feasibility of marine reclamation and resource utilization, named that Ergang Island. This research shows that the predictive comprehensive environmental impact evaluation method is an efficient tool for guiding the marine reclamation and improving the precision of environmental impact evaluation conclusion.

Abstract: The short analysis of the assessment opportunities is presented for the resource efficiency in various industries and particularly in the foundry production. The developed algorithm of carrying out such assessment is presented. It is shown that such algorithm consists of five steps. They are the formation of the evaluating team, the choice of the technology or a product, the analysis of the chain creation of the added value for a technology or a product, the assessment of the current state of the technology or a product, developing the recommendations for the improvement of the efficiency of resources use. This article describes in detail the works, which need to be carried out at each stage of evaluating the resource efficiency. The evaluating map and the criteria are developed for comparing different types of the foundry technologies as well as the map for assessing the current state of the foundry technology. The result of the accomplished assessment with the described algorithm is the developed recommendations on the use of the enterprise resources.

Abstract: This research paper aims to propose and empirically test a theoretical model, positing relationships among entrepreneur, technology and resources. The applied methodology was completing a questionnaire survey by a random sample of undergraduate management and engineering students across five Romanian faculties. The results were based on structural equation modeling analysis. Results provide strong support for the proposition that the success of a good business idea strongly depends on some factors, including the capabilities of an entrepreneur, on the technology used to implement the idea and on the necessary resources. The paper demonstrates that the success of an idea in technological entrepreneurship, based on the potential young entrepreneurs point of view is influenced by the characteristics of the young entrepreneur, by his capabilities and his knowledge. The success is also influenced in some proportions by the innovation of technology, its development and globalization. The third category of the success factors is resources, which includes temporal resources, material resources, financial resources and informational resources. The conclusion of this research is that the most important factor for a successful business idea is the entrepreneur.

Abstract: Based on the MIPS method, material input model of raw coal production was built. Taking two coal groups which were typical as investigation object, the material input coefficients of groups raw coal production were calculated. The results showed that the air input of unit raw coal was about 0.03t/t whatever it is open pit or underground mine for two groups. The water input of underground mine was slightly high above open pit mine and the average was 6.69t/t. The solid abiotic material input of open pit mine which was about 8.45t/t was far above underground mine which was about 1.36t/t. In the all full production mines of two groups, the water input proportion was biggest in unit raw coal production and the average was about 68.21%.The solid abiotic material input accounted for 31.49% while air was just about 0.3%.

Abstract: Designers need to consider both the functional and production process requirements at the early stage of product development. A variety of the research works found in the literature has been proposed to assist designers in selecting the most viable manufacturing process chain. However, they do not provide any assistance for designers to evaluate the processes according to the particular circumstances of their company. This paper describes a framework of an Activity and Resource Advisory System (ARAS) that generates advice about the required activities and the possible resources for various manufacturing process chains. The system provides more insight, more flexibility, and a more holistic and suited approach for designers to evaluate and then select the most viable manufacturing process chain at the early stage of product development.
