Abstract: In IT field, the application of the virtualization technology has expanded the capacity of computer hardware, simplified the software configuration process, and simulated the parallel operation of multiple CPUs. Such technology can achieve multiple operating systems running one platform at the same time, and improve the work efficiency of the computer. In the application of the virtualization technology, there are various conditions to cause risks, such as security, high resource utilization, disunited virtualization technology standards, expectation for cost reduction, changes in management mode and application migration, etc. For the risk existing in the application of the technology, the author puts forward the specific countermeasures, benefiting the abatement or elimination of risk of virtualization technology application, thus to ensure the purpose of applying such technology. This paper mainly analyzes the target the risk of virtualization technology application and puts forward the specific measures for reducing the risk of the virtualization technology application, in order to facilitate the practical application and development of the virtualization technology.

Abstract: Distribution of logistics plays an important role in the modern market, and the distribution of retail has its own unique characteristics and needs. The economy market of China has been developed with an amazing speed. But there are weakness and risks in the market compared with the developed countries, thus it need time and practice to increase the management level of economy market in China. Since the development of the market will bring risks and anti-changes to business, enterprises should prepared for the challenge. The paper analyzed successful cases of retail business to provide advices for retail business in backward areas to prepared for market challenge and risks in order to promote the development of local retail business in backward areas in China.

Abstract: Temporary bracing is often viewed as an unnecessary step in the process of constructing a structural facility. Unfortunately, many times this often-neglected step becomes the subject of avoidable litigation and lawsuits. This paper presents a remedy case of a deep foundation pit during the construction of the bracing system located at the business center in HePing district, TianJin. Through frequent inspection and suitable countermeasures, the potential disaster was mitigated in time. There were some lessons learned from this case history.

Abstract: Tunnel collapse is one of the most common accidents in the tunnel construction of city subway, and risk assessment is a method to measure the magnitude of the collapse risk. In order to effectively identify in advance the risk category of tunnel collapse, an identification method is put forward based on entropy weight method and efficiency coefficient method. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of factors that affect the collapse, 6 main factors including rock level, tunnel depth, tunnel span, the surrounding conditions, groundwater and construction factors are selected as the evaluation indexes. Through a quantitative description of the evaluation indexes by using the TSP203 geological prediction system, and based on the basic principles of ideal point method, a comprehensive and intelligent evaluation model which can identify the tunnel collapse risk in subway construction is established. Finally, the model is applied to practical engineering, and it shows that the result of risk assessment is consistent with the actual construction conditions, which provides a new perspective on the advancing identification of tunnel collapse risk in subway construction.

Abstract: The paper underlines the importance of the support systems for groups decisions in the decisional process of an organization, when a great number of decision-makers are working together to solve with maximum efficiency the problems appeared in different projects of the organization. A greater volume of information allows better statistical predictions, necessary in the adoption of decisions. We present a method that could solve different problems in many projects, based on the decision theory in risk and uncertainty conditions.

Abstract: Because the corruption occurs sometimes in Government construction projects of China, the paper develops the game model of Bidders and Owners. Then, by analyzing the model, we find that if increased the probability of conspiracy supervised (discovery possibilities) and increased the intensity of punishment, it will reduce the probability of Bidder Conspiracy Risk (CR). The findings are helpful for the China Government to regulate the bidding policies to prevent the corruption risk.

Abstract: With the global temperatures continue to rise, the days of hot weather were increasing, people who works in high-temperature and high-humidity environment will be injured. The heat damage will affect the person's behavior ability, decrease the staff’s working ability and cause misoperation. Comprehensive analysis of the factors of all aspects is very important for the analysis of heat damage risk to human. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to analyze the problem in five aspects which are the physiological and psychological characteristics, work factors, work characteristics, work environment. The scores and the total score are calculated. Five classes classification method is used to establish the system of the individual risk evaluation model of heat damage pathogenic. The corresponding improvement strategies are provided to ensure the worker safety.

Abstract: Dam plays vital roles to mankind since the beginning of civilization. It serves the purpose for water supply, irrigation, hydropower and flood control. Despite the benefits of dam served over a decade, dams also poses high risk especially to the people downstream, as it may fail due to several failure modes, such as flood loading, earthquake and piping failure. History proved that dam failure has caused catastrophic impact to the people and environment. The dam owner is responsible to ensure that their dam is safe to the public and environment. In Malaysia, the key utility company, Tenaga Nasional Berhad has proactively played its role as the owner of the largest hydropower scheme by spearheading the effort of developing its own dam safety program. This paper revolves around the journey of TNB in developing an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as part of their dam safety program.

Abstract: there are many uncertainty factors in the design process of the deep foundation pit engineering, such as the soil parameters, loading, which make the calculated displacement, settlement and safety factor have randomness and uncertainty. This paper combines uniform design (UD) with BP neural network. The UD structures random samples. Then, BP neural network trains random samples and the corresponding lateral displacement, settlement of ground and safety factors to get response relationship respectively. On this basis, the probability density distribution of each response parameter is obtained by predicting a large number of samples obtained by the Monte Carlo simulation. And then the Breadth Border Method, Narrow Bounds Method and PNET method are used to calculate system failure probability of foundation pit. The instance analysis shows that the method has high computing efficiency and the result is reasonable. It provides an effective way for the reliability analysis of the foundation pit engineering.
