Abstract: This article uses the extenics and fuzzy hierarchy analysis method,on the slope stability analysis method of uncertainty is improved. At the same time,on the measured data report AnTaiBao open-pit mine for practical engineering, using the method of the north, a risk evaluation is made on the stability of slope area.Through the engineering example of calculation shows that,in this paper, the risk evaluation method is reliable and can be used to guide the slope mining design.

Abstract: As we all known, for a certain product, inspection reliability for the product can be considered and calculated by a famous reliability index as POD (Probability of Detection). While, for a batch of product, Stat. character should be added into POD because one-by-one inspection always is not economic, and POD without any consideration of Stat. character is not used directly for inspection reliability of a batch of product. So, inspection reliability for a batch of products can be considered and divided into reliability of inspecting objective (could be defined as POD) and reliability induced by sample inspection (Rs). In this present paper, inspection strategy based on sample inspection reliability is considered, together with some factors influent to Rs is analyzed such as sample size, producer risk and consumer risk, acceptable quality level (AQL), rejectable quality level (RQL).

Abstract: In the paper there is presented a new holistic approach to an analysis and assessment of organization processes risks by an application of dynamic modelling. It relates to a procedure, allowing to make provision for and to ensure, in addition to characteristic mutual relationship in organization processes with partners, also their dynamics and indefiniteness of the environment, multicriterial assessment of processes, and a general optimization from a point of defined indicators, an aggregate analyses and assessment of organization processes risks. By help of such process there are firstly optimized all process variants of organisation. We can consider this as an added value, because the manager is disposing with results of holistic analysis and assessment of organization and process risks that means gaining of reliable information about potential risks (threats and opportunities) of an organization processes and resulting to some consequences including the opportunities. The information gained in such way results in many cases in a draft of new variants (innovations) of organization processes, by which the identified and evaluated risks are eliminated or application of an efficient strategies suggestion for their elimination. Holistic approach to an organization processes modelling has been applied on some selected manufacturing organizations, resulting in reliable results of risk analyses and assessment.

Abstract: This paper studies the environmental geological problems of Dashikou landslide. The author analyzed main land slidecausing factors and evaluated stability of landslide by use of Rosenbluth method. The assessment result is 0.98. The result indicated that the landslide was in extremely unstable stage. The author predicted hazardcausing economic losses and casualties to human beings. Finally some methods and suggestions in risk management were advanced in this paper. Keywords: landslide; hazard; risk; management; assessment

Abstract: The oil spill probability is the core problem on studying the risk of oil spill. The oil spill probability model of offshore facilities is established, which based on the ETA model and the oil spill reason analysis of offshore facilities and subsea pipelines. Through a lot of statistics, combined with the actual situation in the Bohai Sea, the probability of various events is calculated. Finally the probability of oil spill for the Bohai Sea oil facilities and subsea pipelines is calculated and providing references for marine pollution prevention and the study of oil spill risks.

Abstract: In the environment of electricity and derivative transaction, the risk hedging and metastasis of power right transaction in China are needed to establish the risk decision-making for the generated energy/right on electricity generation side. And it will be the key point focused by decision-makers in power enterprises. The planning management of two-stage market transaction risk was conducted with the hedging function of generation rights transaction to establish a risk decision model of comprehensive electricity transaction. The relationship between the electricity price of two-stage market and the identity parameters of transaction participants was given for solving the model. The whole transaction process of generating companies was divided into two stages. The risk decision framework of block transaction was established for the independent transaction decision-making of each segment and the overall optimization. The results of example simulation verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the decisions.

Abstract: This article filled up the blank between risk management in design stage and construction stage of bridge engineering, and proposed the concept of carrying out safety risk management through making prevention measures in construction organization plan. Based on the intrinsic safety theory, five elements, i.e. human, object, environment, system and method in bridge engineering construction management plans were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and systemic analysis method. Fifteen crucial sub-elements were summarized and index system method was established for the safety risk assessment of sub-elements in construction management plans. Based on the research of the transformation of risk sources in construction management plan to risk events in construction period, expert survey method was established for the safety risk assessment of sub-elements in construction management plans.

Abstract: Risk management is one of the most important areas in project management particularly in the construction industry. However it is not possible to analyze all of the potential risks as it will require too much time and effort. Therefore in order to identify and analyze the significant risks, the risks should be categorized and ranked. This research applied the concept of risk significance index score to construction projects in Malaysia. A comprehensive list of 40-potential risks has been developed through literature review and an interview survey. A questionnaire survey was conducted to produce project risk significance index score for the risks. The ranks of the risks have been identified and solutions for the significant risks have been produced through interviews. This research proves the practical use of risk significance index score for construction projects in Malaysia.

Abstract: Paper describes possibilities of automatization of risk assessment process on technological workshops from work safety and health protection point of view. Proposed computer system could unload members of reviewing team from routine and repeating activities which are applied in process of risk identification and assessment of observed workplaces. Paper characterizes possibilities of work within form for application of Complex method of risk management on workshops. Developed system represents active part of systematic approach in frame of complex risk management.

Abstract: Over these years, that many real estate developers, business organizations and other companies all start to invest the development of the commercial real estate becomes the hot topic and also receives enormous attention. However, the exploitation of the commercial real estate has high risk in our country because of the complexity of operation and the blindness of investment. This article applied ISM theory to analyze the investment risk of the commercial real estate among operation stages to build the ISM model of the commercial real estate risk, and proposed some measures and recommendations.
