Abstract: According to statistic analysis of consumer fireworks-related injuries (CFRI) of domestic and overseas, the risk factors causing injuries are determined. Two methods are used to solve problem. Firstly, all the risk factors leading to injures are expressed by the Causality Diagram. Then this Causality Diagram is transferred into hierarchical structure model of AHP for quantitative analysis. By working out the model, the weight of each factor could be obtained. Thereby the significance of each factor is determined. Finally, the hinge factors leading to CFRI can be figured out as the terms of the risk-based supervision model that based on the important aspects to be focused on within self-protection and supervision for consumers in the residential community both of rural and urban, as well as industrial workers of the enterprises.

Abstract: The decision-making indicators of hydropower engineering diversion scenario are always related with diversion risk, and for determining the optimal scenario, correlation analysis and decoupling for indicators is the key problem. Using k-additive fuzzy measure to characterize and decouple the relevance of indicators on the base of the analysis and quantization of indicators, and determining the weights of indicators according to maximum fuzzy measure entropy principle, finally the synthetic appraisal value for diversion scenarios can be calculated with choquet integral to rank and select optimal scenario. The case study shows that the decision-making method is effective for characterizing and decoupling the relevance of the indicators and enhancing the decision-making veracity to provide an effective method for the diversion scenario decision of hydropower engineering.

Abstract: Horizontal earthquake acceleration is used for slope risk analysis, and the relationship between the dynamical safety factors and corresponding static safety factors is obtained. The reliability of anchored slope is expressed with the safety factor. The synthesized risk evaluation index, which included the dynamical, statically mechanics and reliability analysis, is established. The main procedure of calculation is provided by a practical project in this paper, and the computed example has shown it is worthy to study the method further.

Abstract: For a correct interpretation of the results of the risk analysis are necessary correct input data. Acquisition of data can be different. For logical and numerical methods the expert risk analysis can we ensure data through questionnaires. This can serve as questionnaires experts. Acquisition of data can also be combined with methods for probabilistic analysis.

Abstract: For high risk issues of UHV power grid construction and operation in considering the economic premise, based on the requirements of grid construction security baseline. The various factors affecting the risk is scoring by strict rules. Various factors characteristic index value can be drawn and create a collection of various factors affecting the risk. Then referring to safety baseline of grid construction, the risks that exist in construction and operation of the power grid is determine. According to a number of factors, the risk values is divided into the corresponding level of risk. The different level of risk should take appropriate measures to achieve as much as possible to reduce risk and protect the power grid construction and operation security. Finally, the method is proved to be operability in the context of economic in practice.

Abstract: For the problem of interval multiple attribute group decision-making, this paper studies the Cloud-PROMETHEE method. First, we can obtain the comprehensive weight. Second, we transform the interval decision matrix into cloud by cloud model because of randomness and fuzziness of date information. With the help of the PROMETHEE, we use overall priority index to determine the order of alternatives. Finally, an example concerns analysis, which is the risk analysis of planning process of new energy products, is given to show the feasibility and availability of the method.

Abstract: The objective of the paper is to present and compare the results of several international projects and to identify pedagogical and project success elements. The generic projects are few examples that had in common the several objectives: to identify the training needs; to develop an evaluation tool to transform actual and current training offered by corporate /occupational further training institutes ; to improve quality of education to meet the needs of working life. In projects, the training needs were identified involving universities, educational institutions, training and consulting companies from countries across Europe. The selection of the study cases is not random. The intent is to emphasis the consequences-by using similar approach-into distinct project methodologies: one is promoted largely by sponsors from US; the other three are according to the EU rules, regulations, and procedures.

Abstract: The paper introduces an alternative method for damage pricing on buildings in consequence of defects, failures and collapses. This alternative method operates with time-independent price of the structure and follows damage on the construction. By using the risk analysis method the price of construction can be reduced depending on the technical conditions of the structure and the construction assessment can be made with compare of structures health.

Abstract: For evaluation of technical condition of the buildings their constructions, you can use the methods of risk analysis. These methods may be used for pricing building and construction, depending on their condition, age and use During the subsequent design of the reconstruction or rehabilitation must always consider the scope and extent of the selected type of reconstruction in relation to the potential of harm (physical and financial). In the paper is applied to building assessment the method of universal matrix of risk analysis (UMRA).
