Abstract: In recent years, water conservancy cause has been developing rapidly in China, the gravity dam risk assessment model has a great significance for the study. Firstly, the paper introduces risk and risk assessment. Then, the thesis uses expert investigation method to recognize the main risk factors of the project, analyze the probability and loss of risk factors of the gravity dam ; and based on the R = P × C model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, we obtain the level of each risk factor, providing the basis for the prevention of the risks.

Abstract: The low-dose and combined effects of aniline, 2-methyl-aniline, 3-methyl-aniline, 4-methyl-aniline, nitrobenzene, 4-methyl-nitrobenzene, phenol, 2-methyl-phenol, 3-methyl-phenol, 4-methyl-phenol, dimethyl phthalate, and diethyl phthalate on photobacterium Vibrio qinghaiensis were predicted and evaluated by using concentration addition and independent action models. The mixture effects can be predicted by concentration addition and independent action models. Combined effect of environmental pollutants should be considered in risk assessment practice.

Abstract: The reliability of power transformer is very important to the safe operation of the power system. So a new method for power transformer risk assessment based on FTA, FAHP and GA is proposed. The method firstly establishes the power transformer fault tree; Secondly, it analyzes the fault tree through Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and constructs the fuzzy judgment matrix on transformer fault factors; Finally, it changes the question of solving the weight coefficients of each factor into a mathematical programming problem, and uses Genetic Algorithms to get the result so as to obtain the transformer reliability. In addition, the application result shows the effectiveness of the method above.

Abstract: Based on a large number of statistical analyses on the highway landslide, landslide risk evaluation index system is established. According to expert experience method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine weights of landslide disaster risk index and vulnerability evaluation index, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze landslide hazard dangerousness and vulnerability, also to evaluate potential risk on the right side cutting slop of mountainous highway from Beijing to Zhuhai in section D blocks K46 + 375 to K46 + 500 before the construction is going on, therefore, the targeted slope protection design will be finalized on the analysis results. The research results can enhance the awareness of similar landslide disaster and provide analysis reference for the similar projects in the future.

Abstract: Based on more than three hundred transformer accidents and some statistics data related, this paper manages to draw a standard classification table of transformer failure. 5 degrees of failure possibilities are classified in the paper: extremely high, high, general, low, extremely low. Besides, 4 major factors that affects risk of transformer failure severity are studied: direct lossmonitoring levelmaintenance cost and maintenance period. Also, failure severity of each risk source are classified into 5 levels: not serious, mild, ordinary, less serious, and serious, and Extensional Analytic Hierarchy Process (EAHP) and Extensional Project Appraisal Methods are used to evaluate the severity of risk of transformer failures. Last but not least, risk matrix has been built and divided into four parts: high risk area, critical risk area, medium risk area and low risk area. On that top, some maintenance strategies are proposed accordingly.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new risk assessment model on account of the fuzziness and uncertainty of risk factors in the reservoir after earthquake. The paper adopts methods of information entropy and fuzzy mathematics to assess risk level of the model. After analyzing the statistical data of earthquake-damaged reservoirs, we present comprehensive weight composed of importance and improved entropy weight. Base on comprehensive weight, we can adopt membership function to establish single factor evaluation of the model. Moreover, we combine fuzzy weighting method to assess risk level of a reservoir after earthquake. The result shows that risk level of the reservoir is high-risk. The case study verifies the practicability and rationality of the risk assessment method. Therefore, the method could be applied in the emergency rescue and reinforcement for reservoir after earthquake.

Abstract: In order to establish software system in application conditions of Internet of Things (IOT) on reliability of evaluation system and methods. This paper puts Quality of Service (QoS) of the protocols and reliability assessment of software system together, with aims at research on very large complex software system in reliability assessment, which is consisted of individual components in distribution of the perception layer, network layer and application layer of IOT and subsystems. At the same time, this paper adopts reengineering technology to realize the reliability evolution of software system in IOT application conditions, and improve the reliability index of software assessment further.

Abstract: The subsystems risk assessment is an important problem for reliability study of the CNC machine tools. A novel method based on reliability different function for assessing the subsystem risk was proposed. Firstly, failure data and subsystem could be described. Secondly, the subsystem reliability of the CNC machine tools was estimated using the mean rank method, since the failure data of subsystem is the less. At the same time, Weibull distribution parameters were estimated using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) .Thirdly, the reliability different function set of the CNC machine tools was attained by assuming that each subsystem was between absolutely reliable and non-absolutely reliable, and the comparative analysis of subsystem reliability was conducted for assessing the subsystems risk. Finally, a case example analysis proved that the proposed method could assess subsystem risk of the CNC machine tools rapidly and accurately.

Abstract: Cloud computing has become a very attractive paradigm because of its economic and operational benefits. However, most enterprise executives hesitate to use cloud computing system due to the security and privacy challenges. We recognize that it is very important that enterprises assess the security risk before transforming their traditional information services into the cloud. In this paper, we discuss the existing information security risk assessment solutions and approaches, analysis the security challenges of the cloud computing. We propose a useful information security risk assessment and management framework for cloud computing environments and discuss the specific implement of framework.

Abstract: Cloud computing has recently gained tremendous momentum because of the potential for significant cost reduction and the increased operating efficiency in computing. However along with these benefits come added security challenges. In this paper, we recommend enterprises assess the security risk of the cloud computing, discuss the standard information security risk assessment method and process and propose an information security risk assessment framework for cloud computing environments.
