Abstract: With the development and popularization of mobile terminal device, including mobile payment, mobile stock market, mobile banking and mobile office et al., several of mobile business styles are coming to social life. To better response to the constantly changing of mobile business operating environment, it is essential to put forward the system of mobile business risk management and mitigation strategy. This paper uses Delphi method to investigate and obtain the 10 key elements of the mobile business risks. According to the SCP model, the risk factors are divided into three “categories”namely: (1)the macro environment; (2)the industry environment and (3)the enterprise operational level.These three categories can further be subdivided into more specific risks such as: the Macro environmental risks comprising of the economic environment risks, policy environment risks and technology environment and cultural environmental risks; the industry environment risks comprising of industry competition risks, cooperation risks of service providers and cooperation risks of equipment manufacturers; and finally the Enterprise operational risks which include the cost management risks, internal integration risks and customer loss risks. According to the degree of importance, several of risk factors are sorted and the risks coordinate diagram is plotted.

Abstract: Road safety outcome is a complex issue involving high number of risk factors and indicators that contributes to road accidents and their severity related to human-vehicle–road interactions. This requires a multi-dimensional model in order to fully understand the road safety situation especially among commercial bus drivers. This study identified some of the risk factors with the objective of establishing the relationship between them through a model for assessing the road safety outcome. The model was developed using data collected from 465 commercial bus drivers in Johor, Malaysia. The estimated model yielded significant relationship between the risk factors (Drivers, Vehicle and Road) and road safety outcomes. The statistical analysis of these risk factors shows that the model has significant fit to the data. The results therefore, yielded a road safety output guideline formula suitable for road safety performance indicator for safety practitioners and stakeholders. The study pointed out three critical risk factors (e.g. Drivers, Vehicle and Road) with their various levels of risk contributions as influence on road safety among commercial bus. Six recommendations based on this finding were made in an attempt to reduce commercial bus accidents.

Abstract:

The brackets collating technique and microbial factors increase the risk for enamel demineralization in patients with fixed orthodontic appliance. The aim of this study was to determine the risk level of enamel demineralization in fixed orthodontic device bearers. The enamel demineralization was assessed in 187 patients by measuring dental structure by fluorescent light. The measurements were performed with the DIAGNOdent Pen 2190 (KaVo, Biberach, Germany). Except canines which remain in the risk 1 category, without enamel demineralization, the other investigated teeth may have a medium demineralization degree The values recorded with fluorescent light on canine enamel showed low and insignificant differences (p>0.05) as a result of fixed orthodontic appliances, classifying these teeth as healthy teeth with enamel integrity or with low enamel demineralization. The molars presented significantly increased values in the study group as compared to the control group (p<0.05). 6 years molars had a marked predisposition to demineralization and caries as compared to frontal group teeth, after fluorescent light measurements. The measurements include these teeth in the medium to high risk for dental caries. The DIAGNOdent, due to its capacity to determine the demineralization degree of dental surfaces, may be used to monitor patients and to prevent the occurrence of dental caries during fixed orthodontic treatments.

Abstract: There are many various patterns for electricity market. Different countries adopt different patterns according to their own characteristics. However, no matter what pattern they adopt, there must be a certain structure similar to long-term market and real-time market where power sellers usually make electricity transaction. From the view of electricity power sellers, it is the key for hydropower enterprise (Power seller) to find an optimal sale strategy which can maximize the amount of electricity sale while minimizing the probability of risk. In this paper, on the base of analysis on the deterministic gross generation, a mathematic model is established to gain the maximal income of electricity sale in the case of considering risk factors, and to investigate the relationship between risk factors and electricity sale distribution in the two markets, long-term market and real-time market. Then, subsequently, the optimal strategy of electricity sale distribution of gross generation will be obtained in every market in order to maximize the total expected benefit. The feasibility and validness of the Model are verified by its application to a case as well.

Abstract: Huge investment, long construction period, many risk factors are existed in large-scale construction project. They are faced with various risks intervened with each other. this study using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, conducts the comprehensive analysis of project risk level, and by combining list sorting method with subjective evaluation method grade the risk factors according to their likelihood of occurrence, the degree of serious consequences, and the controllability of occurrence, so that by the multiplication of three scores, the level of risks can be obtained and corresponding strategies can be established according to these different risks.

Abstract: In pediatric care, self-awareness of care object whose cooperation degree of care is not high is weak, exacerbated by the drugs used, testing equipment and technical level of nurses, professional ethics and many other factors, the risk factors for pediatric care throughout the children are always admitted. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen understanding of the risk factors for pediatric care and take effective preventive measures. This article analyzes the major risk factors focused on pediatric care and presents preventive measures accordance with different types of risk factors, in order to control and eliminate the risk factors and avoid the risk of incidents, ensure the safety of children, and provide reference for maintenance hospitals and medical staff image.

Abstract: Gas accident is one of the most common accidents in coal mine in china. This paper argues that the gas dangerousness is determined by many factors which are difficult to quantitative risk, and deems these factors are quantified and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, which are benefit evaluation and master the coal mine’s gas safety level, and determine the safety investment direction and improve the benefit of safety investment that will reduce the coal mine gas occurrence probability, so as to reduce and avoid the happening of coal mine gas accident. The basic steps: first, to analyze and master all kinds of gas accident reasons; Second, to determine the assemble of the gas risk factors evaluation, determine the evaluation grade assemble; Third, to proceed the single factor evaluation, determine fuzzy relationship matrix and the fuzzy weight vector of evaluation factor, and to choose the appropriate composition operator, vector analysis with the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; Finally, people will take corresponding measures to prevent according to the result of evaluation that shows safety weaknesses.

Abstract: The landscape water body is studied in this paper. Through the monitoring of pollution sources of receiving conventional index and risk index, the distribution of pollution sources and river pollution factor is detailed analyzed, as nutrient salts, heavy metals, and environmental endocrine disruptors. And source of the pollution factor is studied by principal component analysis to get the main pollution factors in this channel.
