Abstract: An energy saving control system of Mining Street LED light is designed Based on SCM, improving the lights wastage in the process of coal mine production. The energy-saving LED is used suitable for the vehicle past situation and environment. The overall design and module analysis is described .The Practice has proved that the control system has a good economic and practical value designed by SCM as the core, LED light source as energy-saving lamps.

Abstract: In modern servo control system, the AC motors are commonly used. To fully meet the requirements of high accuracy and reliability, the accurate detection of rotor position and speed are essential. In this paper, designed a new kind decoding circuit, while a new microcontroller XMC4500 as the master chip and the resolver as detection devices. Experiment results show that the design is stable and feasible. It can lay a solid foundation for researching and controlling of the motor. Users can choose one of them to use and improve.

Abstract: An automatic surface contour detection system was designed. The detection precision of two sensors and the transmission accuracy of screw were important factors influencing the characteristics of the detection system. A laser displacement sensor and cable-displacement sensor were chosen in this system, which both have high precision and easy work principles. Bluetooth module could realize interaction between SCM and PC reliably and quickly in close range. After programming interaction interface using LabView, the surface contour of measured part could be acquired in real-time.

Abstract: Principles and applications of electricity are involved in an important professional foundation courses. Abstract: Nowadays, various test equipment tend to be more intelligent, the test equipment of the volt-ampere characteristic of CT is so too. As the development of the electronics, VLSI(SCM) is manufactured. The purpose of our project is to scheme out a intelligent test system by the computer technique and the test technique. This equipment is mostly made of the SCM system and the peripheral equipment. We control the output of the digital transformer by SCM. The output voltage can make the TL494 create PWM wave. The wave is the control signal of the main circuit. The output wave of the main circuit is the sine wave, and the value of the output can be amended automatically. Compared with the traditional equipment, this equipment is smaller and use less energy, but its function is more powerful. It can be programmable. We can take it more expediently. So, this kind of equipment can be used widely in the future.

Abstract: Using C51 SCM, a set of simple infrared communication system has been designed through combining with the infrared devices, and infrared wireless communication has been implemented in short distance within the function. It is different with the general infrared remote controller that doesn’t use coding and decoding chip to realize the coding and decoding of the sending and receiving, but through the SCM encoding and decoding procedures to achieve the sending and receiving of infrared signal, so as to realize the communication function of infrared remote control.

Abstract: This paper describes an indoor monitoring system based on Atmega128L, which uses the temperature, smoke and carbon monoxide sensor to collect indoor danger signals, analyzes the field data collected wireless transceiver device and a central processing unit composed by Atmega128L and NRF24L01 single chip, and meanwhile transmits the information to a small control room, making abnormal indoor information processed timely.

Abstract: The robot, being used for specific functions and having strict algorithm, has been greatly developed, yet the high biomimetic robots are still to be developed. The popular research method in this field is to imitate a small simulated robot’s physiological form, behavioral action and instinctive habits through production research, so as to explore new ideas and algorithm. The research involves multiple disciplines of mechanical design, computer virtual modeling and simulation, SCM, sensor and mathematical modeling. This paper selects ant as its research object, analyze ant’s physiological structure and movement rule, builds the fuzzy model of ant’s movement rules, draws the structural model with Soildworks, implements the control algorithm through SCM programming, and produces the prototype.

Abstract: In view of the present that this defect of water heater shower valve of the water temperature does not direct the user to the water temperature and can't maintain a constant outlet water temperature for long time, innovating a new type of water temperature control device. The adjusting device used the system of single chip microcomputer STC89C52 as the core, real-time water temperature and hot and cold water temperature were collected by digital temperature sensor DS18B20, adjusted with PID control method, drive motor drive the angle of opening and closing of the blade in mechanism device, to change the water volume of the hot and cold water. the purpose of keeping water temperature gain on the users required temperature and keeping constant temperature, through data experiment shows that the adjustment system structure is simple, running accurate effective and adjusting the steady and fast.
