Abstract: Stepper motor is an electromechanical device, which converts electrical pulses into discrete mechanical movements, and it is used in varies kinds of automatic control system widely. This paper introduces a driver control system of multi-channel stepping motors based on SCM, the system can realizes the controlling of at most 16 motors with two groups of SCM I/O, and in the system, the motors can work with different rate and excitation manner through the piece selecting function of 74573.

Abstract: The ward calling system of a special radio frequency wireless transceiver chip transmission has been designed . This system avoids the trouble of wiring and reconstruction for traditional wired paging system. Combining the single address coding technology, SCM is used as controller, and the latest call bed number is storage automatically and is displayed circularity. Historical number is deleted by the delete key. This system enhances connection of the nursing station and the ward and improves the level of care. The system has a great practical value in the medical service system reform.

Abstract: In order to understand all data of landslides as much as possible, such as the time, place, scale and destructive power, a kind of Remote monitoring system of Landslides based on SCM was designed. The main function is for the purpose of dynamic monitoring of landslide timely and effectively. The main work include hardware design, software design and circuit debugging of the system. In the system, hardware design mainly consists of the analysis and design of landslides data acquisition module and data processing and control system module circuit; Software design is to refer to the compilations of various system modular program; Circuit debugging refers to the process of debugging the program running in the system to ensure that the department of the system can work normally.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the advantages of the direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) in signal generator applications, introduces the basic principles and characteristics of AD9850, a cost-effective chip, shows the overall scheme of a signal source design based on DDS and implements the hardware system. Experimental results show the signal generator can produce sine wave signals scoping from 100Hz to 5MHz, clock signals and triangular wave signals and can display frequency on the LCD.

Abstract: The intelligent lighting controller based on the SCM uses the pyroelectric infrared sensor and sensitive optical sensor to collect the signals, which are sent to the SCM after changed into the digital signals by the A/D converter, and then the SCM controls the lamps on or off according to the signals collected by the pyroelectric infrared sensor and changes the duty cycle of PWM wave according to the signals collected by the sensitive optical sensor to adjust the lighting power of the lamps till the difference of the indoor lighting intensity and the setting point is less than some certain value achieving the constant light intensity intelligent illumination. Actually, compared with other lighting controllers, this controller can not only be able to avoid the waste of resource, but also effectively extend the life of the lamps.

Abstract: In the paper, a SCM experiment device is developed by STC90C51 SCM. The modularizing design idea is adopted for the device. It is composed of five-axis stepping driving module, RS485 communicating module, pulse generator module, USB interface module, double-color lattice and driving module, DA/AD conversion module, dynamic digital dishplay module, temperature testing and infrared receiving module, key-press module, I/O expanding module and so on. The experiment device provides a very good experiment platform for the learner of 51 SCM, and may be a developing board used for the development of numerical control system and intelligent mobile robot. It has a good practical value.

Abstract: this paper presents the basic operation principle, the hardware structure and software programming of the Integration of smart melting point apparatus, which composed by the microcontroller, temperature sensor, heating system, mixing system, keyboard and LCD display. After conducting repeated experiments, the results emerged: the temperature control accuracy of the instrument reach ± 0.2°C, linear temperature error is less than 0.5%. All indications comply with the national pharmacopoeia standards. With the character of simple hardware structure and scientific software algorithms, the temperature control can be achieved with low cost and high precision.

Abstract: In this paper, the development of the amplitude-frequency characteristic tester based on SCM control has been introduced. The digital frequency synthesizer has been adopted to generate the automatic sweep frequency sine signals so as to provide the reliable sources for the frequency characteristic tester. The amplitude and the frequency characteristics of the active network and the passive network can be obtained through changing the output signals of circuit measuring network by digital analogy as well as the operation program of the microcontroller under the input signals with different frequencies. In this paper, the working principles of tester, the software and hardware design for the frequency synthesizer signals, the hardware and software design of the data collection channels and the applications of LCD technology have been specially discussed.
