Abstract: This paper presents a novel approach for the optimization of input parameters on coated aluminum alloy 2024 T351 with Factor analysis method. These Experiments are conducted by varying the input parameters related to surface hardness and surface roughness. In this study, input parameters like coating thickness, substrate temperature and deposition rate are optimized with the considerations of multi responses such as surface hardness and surface roughness. L4 orthogonal array was taken to conduct the experiments. The method shows a good convergence with the experimental and the optimum coating parameters where the maximum surface hardness and the minimum surface finish are obtained.

Abstract: Based on the meteorological data collected from 3 stations in recent 10 years in Fushun region, the reference crop evapotranspiration was calculated with the Penman-Monteith equation recommended by FAO in 1990. The evapotranspiration of the region was analyzed using linear regression analysis based on software of SPSS. The results showed that the linear correlation was evident between the evapotranspiration data of stations, but it is not significant for the linear correlation between the stations, neither between the stations. The result will be helpful to analysis of the space distributions of the reference crop evapotranspiration in the region.

Abstract: This paper presents a potential methodology regarding the safety evaluation of front-line builders that based on whose psychological factors. The methodology is extended by the impact of front-lines builders’ psychological factors on the safety of construction, by researching on the SAS, SDS and self-restraint related factors to investigate the physiology and psychological condition of bridge and tunnel builders in Anhui, China, from which we aim to create a safety model of relatively related factors via the statistics of investigation.

Abstract: This paper researches the influence rule of unit size on relief amplitude by analyzing relief amplitudes under various statistical units and determines the optimum statistical unit in study area-Chongqing using the correlation between different statistical data. The results show that relief amplitude increased with increasing area of statistical unit, but increasing rate finally becomes stable. When determining the optimum unit using artificial drawing method, the point maintains stable can be found. The optimum unit area is 4km2 of SRTM-DEM data in study area.

Abstract: By means of questionnaires, the construction design of Logistic data model to analyze the impact factors of farmers' participation in agricultural mechanization investment behavior to verify the theory analysis using SPSS method of data. According to the research and the empirical analysis results show that, at present, the investment of agricultural mechanization is the main means for the development of agricultural modernization; farmers have become the main body of agricultural mechanization investment. Dongliao County agricultural mechanization development present situation, puts forward the main countermeasures of county level of agricultural mechanization development, and make the development of agricultural mechanization effective solutions to provide decision-making reference.

Abstract: This paper describes two methods for the industrial quality inspection: Supervised classification algorithm Chi-Square Automatic Interaction Detector (CHAID) and unsupervised clustering algorithm Self-Organizing Map (SOM). The classification and clustering are modelled in IBM software SPSS. Models’ functioning is illustrated on a wheel assembly geometric features inspection. The classifying accuracies are compared for the two methods. CHAID has shown better classifying ability than SOM, while SOM can be used to improve quality of predictor values, and therefore classifiers accuracy.

Abstract: Variance analysis is a method commonly used in biological statistics. How to use the statistical analysis software for the analysis of variance to achieve the results of the rapid and scientific treatment, to obtain the correct conclusion, is an important part of agricultural research. This paper introduces how to use SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science or Statistic Products andService Solution) data analysis tool for the variance analysis method; the data analysis and processing of fast, accurate and intuitive; compared with Excel, the statistical analysis function of SPSS is more powerful, can help to improve the efficiency of data processing, but also reduce the experimental cost.

Abstract: In this essay, we analyze possible influencing factors which relate to population agingusing SPSS.In accord with the multivariable linear regression model, we conclude that the health expenditure of government and society along with population density have a significant correlation with population aging. Moreover, according to Principal Component Analysis (PCA), the result indicates that such factors as per capita GDP, citizen consumption and so forth have a prominent influence on population aging, and also analyze different influencing degrees of different factors during different periods.

Abstract: In the study of power load forecasting, the factors influencing power load have data redundancy and data nonlinearity. The traditional load forecasting methods can’t eliminate redundant or nonlinear law between data, which result in reduced accuracy. In order to improve the predictive accuracy of power load, a prediction model based on BP neural network and SPSS (SPSS-BP) is established. The paper first analyzes the correlation and principal component of influence factors of electric power load, which eliminates the redundancy between various factors, accelerates the speed of BP neural network forecasting and improves predictive accuracy; then model the processed data and forecast through the BP neural network model. One-month weather data and load data of Yichang city have been confirmatory tested and analyzed through application of SPSS-BP model. The results show that SPSS-BP model significantly improves the accuracy, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
