Abstract: This paper puts forward a safety evaluation model of large space building based on AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) algorithm. It is for the purpose of the electrical equipments zone control when on fire. This will make some safe areas in large buildings be able to use normal illumination and the elevators for personnel evacuation.

Abstract: As the capital of our country, the environment of Beijing should and must be safe. However, serious air pollution, shortage of water resources, increasing water pollution aggravates this problems. Through consulting literatures and field investment, the article evaluated and analyzed urban environment safety, it studies mainly environment unsafe degree caused by impact and harm on urban pollution. Based on the environmental pollution statistics in the 2007、2008、2009,it classified and graded the urban environment safety using analytic hierarchy process method and gray cluster analysis method, the article concludes that the environmental safety degree of each year in Beijing are 6.56、6.93、6.90,at the safe level.

Abstract: The Mohr-Coulomb criterion is used in this paper to describe the strength of rock mass in tunnel of civil engineering. The position of a stress point on this envelope is controlled by a non-associated flow rule for shear failure, and an associated rule for tension failure. Excavation of tunnel will lead to the redistribution of stress in rock mass, in order to compare the analytical and numerical solution of rock mass response to predict the safety degree of underground tunnel, to predict the safety degree of tunnel, some calculations are done by theoretical and numerical methods. Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of high arc dam, and the limitation of conventional methods static and rigid body hypotheses of conventional slope stability analysis, which bring great difference with true engineering state. The paper proposed a concept of “abutment safety degree” considering the affection of dam body, and developed the model including dynamic contact element reflecting local rock crack and quasi continuous medium reflecting large deform. Based on above model, combing with 3D element strength reduction method and strain control criterion, the resist safety degree calculation method for dam shoulder high slope of high arc dam system has been constructed, which can fit the complex geo-mechanical engineering. Finally, the method is used in the dam shoulder slope analysis of Xiaowan arc dam system with height of 300m, the result is satisfied, the calculated safety degree is decreasing 20% to the result of conventional method. The method provides a powerful way to the safety evaluation of complex engineering.

Abstract: The high rate of coal mine accident gives our country enormous economic loss, gives human heart heavy striking, and gives our country bad impression in international society. According to accident-causing theory, human unsafe behaviors and unsafe conditions of thing are the main reason of accident. The paper analyzes the relationship of miners′ psychological characteristic and safety degree, quantifies miners′ safety degree and brings forward measures to improve miners′ safety degree.
