Abstract: Method of control signal shaping has been being used in the steering systems with flexible elements since the 1990s. Many useful applications were developed during the next 20 years, primarily in the field of the positioning control systems. Most of the applications were from the area of control systems in machinery industry (cranes, fast-speed lifts, positioning systems, etc.), many of published papers are based on the design of a proper sequence of pulses in the time domain. On the contrary, our approach describes the design of the discrete shaper in the image area and is focused on the digital implementation issues.

Abstract: The quantitative analysis to the real and the complex system in high precision has very important significance. The premise of quantitative analysis is to quantificat the system. But Due to the limitation of subjective and objective conditions, It is difficult for the quantification of the symtem to meet the requirements of the sampling theorem and then the quantification of large sampling period data inevitably lost a lot of system information, so that it become impossible to precision analyse the system. This paper puts forward the view that: there is the meaning of the general law of causation in the space-time whirl structure and on the basis of this theory the quantitative analysis can have higher accuracy and reliability.

Abstract: In recent years, instrumentation circular profile tests have been specified to assess the contouring accuracy of CNC machine tools. Such an instrumentation type test is the HEIDENHAIN grid encoder system, which is particularly appropriate for dynamic measurements, especially at high feed rates. In this paper influence of the position loop gain and sampling period on the contouring accuracy are effectively studied.

Abstract: Since technology moved beyond micro, the accurate motor control became a challenge. Improvements were made at the level of each component of the motor controlling loop, but limitations still exist. The presented paper is focused on pulse width modulation, the most used method of conversion the computed digital signal into the analog voltage needed to excite the coils, in order to emphasize where limitations have to be overcome. In the end, some recommendations are made for improving the performances of the control loop.

Abstract: The paper built electro-hydraulic position closed-loop sampling control system based on PLC, established mathematical model of this system by applying theory of sampling control and determines the range of the sampling period T under the stability of the system according to system stability theory. Then carried out simulation analysis and experimental verification in the range of T, provided with the method determined the range of sampling period. The results showed that simulation results of this model were consistent with the actual operation of the system , the method and sampling period be chosen have some practical significance.
