Abstract: Single and multilayer of Al2O3 and TiO2 were fabricated on anodized aluminum by atomic layer deposition. The effect of processing parameters on pore sealing and anti-corrosion property was studied. It is concluded that the micropores on anodized aluminum could be sealed by atomic layer deposition oxide films through SEM and staining experiments. The anti-corrosive property is affected mainly by the film thickness and process temperature. The acidic drip and salt spray test shows that the anti-corrosion property is enhanced as the film thickness increase. With the similar thickness, Al2O3/TiO2 multilayer film has the best anti-corrosion property, while the single Al2O3 layer appears the poorest. The complementary roles between two basic materials result in the enhanced application property.

Abstract: This paper, A research for the sealing capsule which used in the construction of the underwater cap of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Through the introduction of precast pile cap construction, combined with the sealing of the capsule works, and the basic structure of the sealing of the capsule with installation design. We establish correlation model, combined with the actual working conditions, the application of the finite element analysis of the sealing capsules water sealing characteristics simulation. It shows that the sealing capsule can well meet the actual needs of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge underwater cap construction.

Abstract: The movement characteristics of hydraulic exciting piston is a small displacement and high reversing frequency. The movement of the piston is to adapt to the requirement of quick reversing resistance. The mating surface seal uses to reduce the motion resistance to meet the requirements of the piston movement. Piston position should be in the oil chamber oil area to meet the requirements of the piston movement and oil circulation. Elastic beam with hydraulic cylinder is connected together . This structure is conducive to the piston and the connection of elastic beam and the installation of the oil cylinder. The causes of the different moving displacement of piston is leaking.

Abstract: Sapphire/metal soldering joints are widely needed in various optical instruments. Traditional soldering methods are expensive and time consuming, because they usually involve a sapphire surface metallization procedure and a vacuum soldering procedure. In this study, we sealed infrared sapphire windows using a novel ultrasonic soldering method in the ambient atmosphere, with Sn-Zn-Al alloy as the solder. The wetting and bonding at the sapphire/solder and solder/metal-tube interfaces were realized by ultrasound. The microstructure of the joints was revealed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM). The gas impermeability of the samples was investigated. This new method is very simple and cost-saving. The reliability of the samples made by this new method is equal to that made by traditional method. This is the first application of the ultrasonic interfacial deposition brazing and soldering (UIDBS) method to a practical device. We hope this method to be applied to other optical devices.

Abstract: In most of the existing sealing machine of tube, the sealing efficiency is universally low, this paper apply concentrated forcing scheme to the movable sealing plate, and create a new model of sealing of the tube, using the professional analysis software Inventor to carry out stress analysis for the movable sealing plate, the results show, in concentrated forcing scheme, the movable sealing plate can satisfy the force demand, and the space of the movable sealing plate can be greatly used, multiple tubes can be sealed at the same, the sealing efficiency of tube is greatly improved.

Abstract: Frame of window and all its parts are constantly evolving, trying to meet newrequirements, incorporating new materials and design approaches. Along with all of these,experimental research goes on. Complexity of problems varies based on various factorsand material structure reflects under certain circumstances negative aspects of the design. Thisarticle is dealing with appearance of condensation and icing in functional gap of wooden windowframe where we can see the most significant impact on it. Root cause analysis of condensationand icing has been conducted, factors leading to forming of condensation and icing have beendescribed in detail along with humidity characteristics of gap between particular parts of frame.Theoretical analysis is based on the real life scenario measurements conducted in various R&Dplants across Slovakia and Europe region. Article outlines next steps for a future researchconsidering window sealing and optimization of diffuse characteristics. Based on these we assumethat by incorporating of the diffuse characteristics knowledge and its optimization we achievea decrease of condensation and icing forming in functional gap of wooden window frame.

Abstract: According to the requirements of sealing a deepwater motor on an underwater device, the overall structure of the magnetic-driven sealer is designed, and its magnetic structure is determined in this paper. The arrangement of magnet is researched and determined, a reasonable aspect ratio of the magnetic circuit is chosen as well. The problem of reasonable matching between thickness of permanent magnet and the arc of active surface of magnetic pole is analyzed, and the operating point of permanent magnetic materials is determined. The torque of magnetic circuit is calculated, the power matching and correction are studied, and the design and calculations of the torque of magnetic-driven sealer are completed, and the dimension of the overall structure is designed. Permanent magnetic materials, soft magnetic materials, yoke steel material and the materials of isolated sets are analyzed, respectively, and at last reasonable materials are chosen. Moreover, the design of isolated sets is accomplished, and the loss of eddy current and the hydraulic friction, existing on magnetic-driven sealer, are analyzed and calculated. Based on the calculation of analytical method and by using software of ANSYS, the magnetic circuit of magnetic-driven sealer is simulated and analyzed. The magnetic field distribution of model is analyzed when the angle difference, the number of the magnetic poles or thickness of yoke steel is changed, respectively. In conclusion, the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical calculation.
