Abstract: The vertical bearing capacity calculation and security evaluation methods of high-pile pier skid-way quay while large offshore platform moving to barge whose deck elevation adjusted by aided jacks are researched by the theoretic analysis and numerical calculation method. Based on the study, the load effects of 6000ton skid-way quay are acquired under the offshore platform weight and jacks load caused in the process of large platform moving to the barge whose deck elevation adjusted by aided jacks, the security of skid-way is assessed, and the security measures of skid-way structure which should be taken during moving platform are proposed. The analysis of simulation results shows that the bearing capacity of skid-way in vertical meets the requirements of design under the jacks load and platform weight by using uniform pressure to compute. The 6000ton skid-way quay is secure while large offshore platform loaded to barge whose deck elevation adjusted by aided jacks. The conclusions above can provide the experience for the security evaluation of high-pile pier skid-way structure and the optimization of procedure to load the large offshore platform on barge whose deck elevation adjusted by aided jacks.

Abstract: According to the some reason of the Catch fire and explosion in the CNG vehicle energy storage-supply system, the fault tree is established which top event is the explosion event, and the importance of each basic event calculated. It is identified that the major safety hazard of CNG vehicle energy storage-supply systems, this is a new scientific method to analysis the safety and reliability of CNG vehicle energy storage-supply system. By the assessment results some preventive measures are taken, it can improve the reliability of the system running.

Abstract: The security assessment of large underframe on car body is proposed through the SINTAP/FITNET method and with the help of numerical simulation technology of finite element based on some EMU powered car in service at present. The security and reliability of the underframe structure is predicted. The defect tolerance that the underframe is ‘fitness for service’ is put forward in this paper. The result shows that the crack shape a/c has little impact on the security with the semielliptic surface cracks assumption. In addition, the security assessment on dangerous areas and critical crack sizes are acquired based on the assumption a/c=0.2. The critical crack sizes of the dangerous area 1, area 2 and area 3 are about 5 to 5.5 millimeters, while the unilateral penetrate crack size of the area 4 reaches 40 millimeters. The structures are suit for service as the risk of brittle failure is extremely small.

Abstract: With the rising user number of mobile smart terminal and the rapid development of Internet in our country, the demand of resources sharing between mobile terminal and the Internet becomes more and more urgent. However, the mobile banking based on mobile smart terminal is facing increasingly serious security threatens. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the development and present situation of mobile banking, this paper describes the related security mechanism and potential security threatens of mobile banking. Furthermore, information security technology and development trend of mobile banking are comparised and summarized in this paper, and the security assessment demand for mobile banking is proposed.

Abstract: Information and cyber security of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) faces severe challenges and has gained considerable importance. Information security assessment is an essential component of information security assurance infrastructure mechanisms. First, a hierarchical model of smart grid was abstracted. Based on the proposed model and the information security risks and information security protection demands of power control systems, an information security assessments framework for power control systems was proposed in dimensions of system layers and life cycle to guide the security assessment contents of power control systems. Finally, a test bed function design for power control system security assessment was proposed. The power control system security test bed may include four parts, such as power control system security assessment management platform, power control system simulation environment, security assessment tools, and security policy. The proposed security assessment framework and test bed functional design can be used to guide the electric power utilities in their power control system information security efforts.

Abstract: Joints information in specific rocky slope free face could be collected by modern untouched measure technology in engineering. Possible key blocks are displayed after system analysis. Experiment spatial blocks and structural planes dimensional angles can be changed with the variable angle space test platform, lead to reaching the target that position of spatial blocks are simulated, which suggests the secure stability of spatial blocks. Least square data fitting method is used according to experiment data-the two slide angles and failed mode. Security assessment is proposed and numerical method is applied to testify the experiment results.

Abstract: Security of authentication protocol is an important factor to network security. To ensure protocol security, attacks on authentication protocol were classified from the aspect of security theory and implement. On this basis, an authentication protocol security assessment was discussed. The framework determines security risk of authentication from security of password system, vulnerability of protocol itself and environment threat possibility. It can be used to assess security and capability to resist risks objectively

Abstract: In this paper the model of Copula-based security assessment of power insulators under the impact of the storm is proposed. The model firstly analysis the daily average winds speed, the historical daily rainfall data to get the probability of wind speed and daily rainfall distribution. Then presents the model of security assessment of power insulators under the impact of wind and rainfall by considering not only the probability of relevance between the daily average wind speed and daily rainfall by using Copula join function, but also the combination of meteorological factors on the impact of power insulators security. Abstract: Modern power system has been gradually developed into a complex system with the features of multi-level structure, multi-time scale, a variety of control parameters, wide-area, open, uncertainties, non-autonomous and it is difficult to indicate the security level of power system by a single index. Therefore, power system security assessment based on theory of comprehensive assessment is developed rapidly in recent years. However, traditional comprehensive assessment method considers few about the balance of the indices, when there are great differences between the value of the indices, it is easy to take place the phenomenon that the small indices has been “submerged”, which will influence the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation result. In this paper, a comprehensive assessment model which considers the influence of the index balance is established. By introducing the balance coefficient, the model can amend the original judgment matrix and the weight obtained by traditional AHP method. Since the coordinated and balanced situation of the indices have been reflected in the evaluation process, the results of the assessment model proposed in this paper has more scientific nature and more credibility. Finally, an example is provided to validate the model in this paper.
