Abstract: In this paper, execution sequence of clinical pathway (CP) is abstracted with genetic algorithm (GA). For the purpose, implemental sequence from historical clinical event logs for necessary clinical activities in published CP is used as the gene values of each chromosome. Through probability computation in fitness function, the optimal sequence of CP for a certain hospital is abstracted which reflecting the actual execution of CP. The application in Primary lung cancer surgery has demonstrated the feasibility of the method.

Abstract: In wireless communication systems, frequency hopping (FH) spread spectrum and direct sequence spread spectrum are two main spread coding technologies. In this paper,by the Cartesian product, we construct one class of one-coincidence frequency-hopping sequence set. It is shown that this set has optimal balance property, optimal average periodic Hamming correlation properties and optimal average periodic partial Hamming correlation properties according to the bounds.

Abstract: There are controversies on the Proterozoic stratigraphic genesis, division, correlation and palaeogeographical evolution of western Henan in China. Based on the basic description of sedimentary facies, Yunmengshan and Baicaoping formation of Proterozoic typical section in western Henan is divided into 4 third-order sequences. Sequence stratigraphy framework which reflects sedimentary and overlap is established with basis of two kinds of facies-change surface and two kinds of diachrononism in stratigraphical records. Although chronostratigraphic belonging of Precambrian strata is controversial and Precambrian sequential stratigraphic study is tremendously challenging, the establishment of sequence stratigraphy framework of proterozoic Yunmengshan and Baicaoping formation in western Henan provides actual data to reshape palaeogeographic pattern of Palaeoproterozoic North China craton. What is more, it becomes a typical example of characteristics and exploration of stratigraphic accumulation under the background of tidal action.

Abstract: For processing the personalized products’ parts under the JIT management mode, it introduces the JIT management mode, and elaborates the application of using the Heuristic Algorithm based on Non-delay Schedule to draw up a processing schedule of personalized products in the case of Job-shop. Combining with the manufacturing Rock-drill Machine’s sliding table, applying the Heuristic Algorithm to schedule the parts processing and optimizing it, making the Gantt chart. It can finally get the schedule to guide the manufacture.

Abstract: A fast and effective method was developed for sequence determination of Cd and Pb in honey by incomplete digestion-high resolution continuum source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (HR-CS GFAAS). Cd and Pb in some honey samples using incomplete digestion treatment were measured by HR-CS GFAAS. The factors influencing determination were investigated by single factor experimental design. The optimal determination conditions were found as follows: NH4H2PO4 (10mg/mL) were added as a chemical modifier with the volume of 5μL; pyrolysis temperature 600°C(Cd) and 800°C(Pb); atomization temperature 1100°C(Cd) and 1400°C(Pb). Detection limits (3σ, n=12) were found to be 0.06 μg/L and 0.78 μg/L for Cd and Pb, respectively. The precisions (RSD) for 6 replicate measurements of Cd and Pb in honeys were 3.8% and 2.6%, respectively. Recoveries of added Cd and Pb were varied from 95% to 103%. Therefore, the proposed method was rapid, accurate and stable with a high practical value. It provided scientific basis for multi-element sequence determination in food.

Abstract: With the bridge maintenance reinforced gradual increase in demand, the maintenance and repair of bridges and related facilities need to spend a lot of money. And the bridge of the limit line, weight limit, demolition and reconstruction measures will have a significant impact on traffic. Therefore, bridge maintenance decisions had become a problem faced by the facilities management department. In the case of limited funds, how can we determine the order of bridge repair and reinforcement, take the maintenance of the extent to which the urgent need for a systematic, efficient and practical method to develop optimal bridge maintenance and repair strategies to ensure that high-risk bridge timely conservation maintenance. This paper proposes a method of bridge maintenance and repair ranking The paper analyze a multivariate method, get result of multivariate, and verify the feasibility of the approach by using an example.

Abstract: According to the analysis for gene sequence, various data analysis as well as a variety of software and tools needs to be integrated, also the friendly graphical interface is a must. Based on this, we propose to build a software tool named GSA (gene sequence analysis tool) which is Java-based J2EE environment based on workflow. This tool provides a unified data, algorithm interface and visualization graphical interface, not only integrates a variety of sequence analysis algorithms, but also to achieve the integration of heterogeneous data. The workflow mechanism of GSA provides a collaborative research solution for the field of sequence analysis.

Abstract: Sequential pattern is an important research topic in data mining and knowledge discovery. Traditional algorithms for mining sequential patterns focus on the frequent sequences, which do not consider the infrequent sequences and lifespan of each sequence. On the one hand, some infrequent patterns can provide very useful insight view into the data set, on the other hand, without taking lifespan of each sequence into account, not only some discovered patterns may be invalid, but also some useful patterns may not be discovered. So, we extend the sequential patterns to the indirect temporal sequential patterns, and put forward an algorithm to discover indirect temporal sequential patterns in this paper.

Abstract: The Huanghekou Sag, as an important oil-bearing zone, is located in the southeastern part of the Bohai Bay basin. It has higher values for petroleum exploration-especially in Neogene. The Neogene was a depressional lacustrine period and was characterized with both tectonically stable and gentle topography. Thus it is difficult to identify and subdivide sequences using the traditional method. Based on the practical geologic setting and current data of the Neogene of Huanghekou Sag, using the new method to set up the isochronous sequence stratigraphic framework. By analyzing climate cycle, drilling well and logging cycle, seismic cycle and the identification of unconformity of seismic and drilling well and logging data, the Neogene was divided into 5 third-order sequences and 10 systems tracts. In different sequence sets and systems tract, which was controlled by climate, ratio rate between sedimentary being supplied and accommodated, the sand body scale was different.
