Abstract: This paper has presented a mobile clinical information system for hospital ward rounds based on iPad. We use Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) infrastructure together with web service technology to make the distributed and fragmented medical data accessible through mobile devices. Trial version in our hospital showed that the system is feasible and efficient enough to apply in clinical settings.

Abstract: Based on the specification model of PIX (Patient Identifier Cross-reference) in the architecture of the IHE-ITI (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise-IT Infrastructure), combining with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) architecture, the paper points out the method of patient information interoperability between heterogeneous systems. With standardized middleware as an information carrier of architecture platform of medical information, using SOA-based Web Service technology, the interoperability of patient information between medical institutions can be achieved.

Abstract: By analyzing the current problems in equipment automatic test system, we describe the concept, the basic working principle and advantages of service-oriented architecture (SOA), then introduce the web service architecture and the standards of establishing service-oriented architecture. The architecture model of automatic test system on SOA-based equipment was designed, and was used to realize the unified description of equipment automatic test (including fault diagnosis) information. This effectively improves the equipment's capability in performance detection and maintenance support.

Discusses in detail the service oriented architecture (SOA), the core concept and design principles, and security measures to IBM led the company put forward using the service oriented architecture modeling, and to service the abstract concept to carry on the analysis. The core of service oriented is the component architecture and service data object, combining components and data on the part of the object oriented service principle. And Web services and SOA are compared to further understanding the connotation of SOA, and can support is given based on SOA application system of the specific technology, finally, the paper discusses the SOA further research direction.

Abstract: Business process management (BPM) is considered to be an effective way to improve their business agility for the enterprises. But after analysis, it found that the existing BPM system has been difficult to meet the needs of enterprises development. It analyzed the theory and technology of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and BPM, and presented the BPM system solution based on SOA. Finally, it took case with a process improvement, which described the process of implementing a BPM system based on SOA. Practice has proved that the combination of SOA and BPM can greatly improve the business agility.

Abstract: An SOA-based information integration platform in Chinese tobacco industry enterprise was constituted with SAP XI. SAP XI as the ESB transforms the formats of all data coming from source systems to realize the seamless integration among different systems. The service bus of SAP XI links different systems in enterprises and factories and realizes the seamless integration among multiple business systems of different levels. The application of information integration platform ensures the flexible and controllable information communication among application systems in enterprise at architectural level and solves the problems of information island, data quality and flow integration.

Abstract: Data exchange and sharing is a key issue in the current informatization of rock engineering, and its advancement is constrained by various factors, particularly distributed heterogeneous environment and the lack of uniform data exchange formats. To address this need this paper presents the Rock Engineering data Exchange and sharing Framework (REEF), which adopts service-oriented architecture (SOA) and uses the rock engineering markup language (REML) as the standard exchange language. This REEF framework covers the main functions of data exchange and sharing in its domain, which can be used as the universal solution to reduce the difficulty of the industrial integration of rock engineering, and it provides support to the standardization and digitization in the field.

Abstract: s. In order to explore the building pattern of digital ward for medical affairs and management, the business process and function of digital ward is discussed. The digital ward building pattern combining multi business system, such as clinical treatment and nursing, logistic support like drugs and equipment, quality surveillance, performance checking, cost auditing and office administrating, is constructed. Based on the methodology of process management, the architecture of digital ward is design and implemented, which is focus on electronic medical records, medical quality and management. The construction of digital ward has implemented the overall process intelligent and automatic management of medical and administration business.
