Abstract: This paper analysis the elements and realization form of hybrid supply chain, and describes the relationship between the service-oriented manufacturing and hybrid supply chain based on the concept, attribute and function of the service-oriented manufacturing model. Article concluded that under the service-oriented manufacturing model of the traditional supply chain integration and optimization, there are two ways: hybrid supply chain model based on endogenous and hybrid supply chain model based on symbiosis. When manufacturing enterprises selected hybrid supply chain model based on endogenous, value evaluation has become a key issue for its optimization; when the selection is hybrid supply chain model based on symbiosis, effective choice of partners will become a key problem for its optimization. Either endogenous or symbiotic hybrid supply chain model will eventually encourage manufacturing companies to build a supply chain optimization model to adapt to their own development, achieve a successful transition to the service-oriented manufacturing.

Abstract: In recent years, most of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises always obtain customer recognition and explore potential customer needs through involving in use and providing services more closely. On the basis of the concept of the introduction of enterprise participation, by reviewing the related literature, enterprise participation was divided into two dimensions--information provider and active participants. This paper mainly focuses on the relationship that enterprise participation in each dimension affects the customer satisfaction degree in each dimension, and builds the concept model of the enterprise participation and the customer satisfaction degree, which provided a new path for enterprises to gain lasting competitive advantages. Finally, we hope that the results will lay the theoretical foundation for China's service-oriented manufacturing enterprise service innovation.

Abstract: As one of the new models of service of integrated manufacturing system, Cloud manufacturing (CM) is a service oriented, customer centric, demand driven manufacturing model.Application providers offer manufacturing services through the network, to make the cooperation among the participants of CM more effective. The behaviors of participants have great effect to the development of CM, especially in the beginning of its application.In this paper, we make analysis on interaction among all the participants of CM based on game theory, and give some suggestions to promote the application of CM.

Abstract: Abstract: Service-oriented manufacturing is a new manufacture mode. In order to solve the problem of resource allocation evaluation of service-oriented manufacturing enterprise, a Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) mathematical model based on cost-benefit was constructed in this approach. The resource allocation evaluation problem was mapped to the cost-benefit analysis problem by using DEA, considering the characteristics of the service-oriented manufacturing mode, taking enterprise T as the example to analysis self-supporting allocation cost and cost-benefit value of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises to verify the applicability of the model. Finally, according to the recent five years’ situation of enterprise T, the optimization strategy of resource allocation was given.

Abstract: In this paper, we analyze the service relationship among the participants of integrated manufacturing system, and present a framework of service engineering of integrated manufacturing system. That is a kind of service-oriented manufacturing model. Manufacturers pay more attention to customer participation and their experience in the process of manufacturing and servicing. In the network economy era, integrated manufacturing system is built with the participants network-based cooperation. A new model of service of integrated manufacturing system is based on cloud computing. Service providers offer their services through the network, to make the cooperation more effective, to add the value for customers. At the same time, the coordinated innovation services model become an ordinated way to promote the cooperation of the participants of integrated manufacturing system.

Abstract: Introduced flexibility index method to study service-oriented manufacturing enterprise agility. Analyzed agility needs and elements of service-oriented manufacturing enterprise: customer participation, manufacturing network, mass customization mode and information integration platform. According to CTRS(Cost, Time, Robustness and Suitability) norm defined elements flexibility index. Results show elements resource utilization factor has a significant effect of agility while the time dimension is weak. Enterprises can shorten manufacturing and R & D time and expand marketing channels to improve the overall agility.

Abstract: Service-oriented manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing mode focused on integrating service with manufacturing. The remarkable importance is known to be strongly associated with the development of service-oriented economy in the period in which China transfers the traditional equipment manufacturing industry to the service-oriented manufacturing. We take a close insight into basic theories of service-oriented manufacturing, and then we analyze the characteristics, profiles, as well as the present situation of the equipment manufacturing. Finally, we propose some countermeasures for transferring the equipment manufacturing to the service-oriented manufacturing from the views of the aggregation mechanism, the network of innovative mechanism and manufacturing value-added chain.

Abstract: With fiercer competition and more complex manufacturing environment, as a new manufacturing mode, service-oriented manufacture integrating manufacturing and service is used to mine new value source for manufacturing enterprises. The characteristics of the new manufacturing mode are analyzed, then a conceptual mode of the service-oriented manufacturing is concluded, and the features of the conceptual model are summarized from three different stages of the upstream, midstream and downstream. Based on these, a hierarchical architecture of service-oriented manufacturing mode is presented, and the different layers are described, which will provide good guideline to study the key technologies of service-oriented manufacturing.

Abstract: Service-oriented manufacturing is a new manufacturing paradigm, which has appeared in large-scale enterprises cluster in recent years. In this paper, the property of community structure for service-oriented enterprises collaboration network (so-ECN) has been investigated. First, characteristics and modeling of so-ECN are presented. Then, implementing procedure of community structure is provided to evaluate the collaboration clustering behavior. Finally, the conclusions and future work are put forward.
