Abstract: To study the durability of reinforced concrete structures under coupling effect of load and environmental, an analog device is developed. Device includes sustained loading, accelerated environmental corrosion and measuring systems. The load applied to the column is real-time monitored by the pressure sensor and compensated according to the stiffness degradation and stress relaxation of column due to the rebar corrosion. Electrode is placed in the column so that the arrangement of the measuring instrument is not restricted. Device successfully realizes monitoring the time-varying mechanical performance degradation of reinforced concrete under the coupling effect of load and environment.

Abstract: A measurement on the topography and 3D roughness parameters of the ferrite surface has been taken by using a 3D optical profiler. Based on the analysis of the experimental data and the contradistinction between the ferrite devices with different quality and service performance, one preliminary conclusion has been obtained that the surface quality of ferrite materials can be evaluated by using the 3D roughness parameters, and this method is applicable and stable. With qualitative and quantitative analysis, it could be predicted that the surface quality has a direct influence on the service performance of ferrite devices.

Abstract: Traditional network management takes network equipment as main management objects, while the network services may failed even if the network devices work well. As a matter of fact, users concern more about the operating states of network services. Considering from users’ perception, this paper proposes a service-oriented network performance management model constructed by the Fuzzy Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process (FDAHP), which focus on mapping service performance parameters into network performance parameters that can help us deeply understand root faults in communication networks. Simulations and experiments are carried out to prove the validity& correctness of our method.

Abstract: Pore defect is a kind of typical non-continuous casting defect. It always brings local stress concentration and fatigue crack. The distribution charactersic of pores has greatly influence on the fatigue life. In this study, distribution characterstic of pore has described by pore to surface distance (S) and pore dispersion coefficient (r). By numerical simulation method, stress and fatigue life distribution law in the test bar have been studied under different and . Under the same load condition and pore volume fraction, the stress concentration factor (Kt) will increase and fatigue life will decrease following pore to surface distance (S) decreasing and dispersion degree (r) increasing within a limitation. The influence of pore to surface distance (S) is more obvious than the pore dispersion coefficient (r) on fatigue life of the casting.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new method of designing load balancing system. The design of the system is based on the performance of hosting service and the switching technology and makes use of the highly flexible programmability and the powerful function of processing network packet of IXP2400 network processor. This method greatly accelerates the processing speed of the system and owing to the advanced technology of network processor it makes the load-sharing system excellent in usability and practicality.

Abstract: The evaluation of airport pavement service performance plays an important role in pavement maintenance, rehabilitation and overlay. A systematic pavement performance evaluation model was established using the Fuzzy Complex Matter Element and combination weights. Firstly, the indices for evaluation such as Pavement Condition Index, Friction Coefficient, roughness performance and Bearing Capability were chose to evaluat the airport pavement service performance. Secondly, the synthesis weight of each evaluation index was determined using Entropy Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. Finally, the relevancy degree fuzzy complex matter element was determined, and the degree of the airport pavement service performance can be determined according to the largest relevancy degree principle. This evaluation method has a broader applicable scope, because it is not only capable in considering subjective factors based on experts and experience, but also capable in considering the precision of objective information from the actual measuring reasonably. Finally, three regions of an airport pavement are evaluated by this method, and the evaluation results agree well with the actual pavement condition.

Abstract: Aiming at the service performance characteristics of cement concrete pavement, this paper puts forward optimized design concept for groove parameters of cement pavement. Single groove parameter optimal choice is systematically analyzed based on integrated service quality of cement pavement. Through a variety of multi-contrast laboratory tests and theoretical analysis, from three aspects of anti-slide, strength, and noise reduction, optimized design scheme of groove parameters are demonstrated and proposed, and groove parameters and form suitable for environment characteristics in seasonal frozen region are given.

Abstract: Stainless steel has become increasingly used in the nuclear industry recently. Thus, this study is aimed at investigating stainless steel 316L with boron addition and the possibility of sinter these materials in nitrogen rich atmospheres. By analyzing the final product, the properties of the stainless steel 316L (good mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance) with the boron neutron absorption properties were found to unify. The P/M technologies enable higher boron quantities to be added to the steel. This was not possible with the solidification conventional technologies, as segregation is produced in the latter. Mixtures with 0.75 and 1.5% boron were prepared. Uniaxial compaction (at 700 MPa) was carried out to study the green density of compacted materials. The sintering atmosphere used was N2-10%H2-0.1%CH4, and was used to form boron nitrides instead of chromium nitrides. Although some boron nitride was formed, not all chromium nitride formation was avoided. The sintered samples were characterized through their physical properties (density and dimensional change), chemical analysis (carbon and nitrogen contents), mechanical behavior (bending strength and hardness) and wear behavior. To finish the materials characterization, a microstructural study is proposed. Lastly, the wear tracks were observed by SEM. Boron nitride has precipitated in grain boundaries, making more difficult the sintering of the material and reducing the properties of the stainless steel.
