Abstract: In Modern days, urban parks are constantly competing in ecological environments that are advancing to the complex functions. To survive from other competing parks Pak need to evolve smartly. An urban park needs to strengthen its functions and services in its interaction with citizens. Hence, for a smart park to be able to evolve in an ecological environment of a city, they should be conducted in sustainable probabilistic systems through study of convergence of the functions and services. This study suggests a smart park network in convergence with urban parks’ functions and services.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the functional requirement of digital library, a design method of digital library service platform architecture based on cloud computing is proposed, which has three-tier structure, and can provide storage service for resource sharing and compute service for computationally-intensive jobs. The implementation technology of the architecture is introduced, and with the technologies the cloud service platform can be rapidly established.

Abstract: Development of 3D printing technology rapidly and widely used in machinery manufacturing. 3D printing business is much, but the efficient equipment is deficiency. Methods of 3D models collecting, processing and online displaying were studied. A 3D printing service platform was constructed based on Cloud computing technology. The service program was developed by ASP. The background of the platform was managed by MySQL database. CAD files were displayed on a HTML5 browser by WebGL. A 3D printer owner released the 3D printer information, users searched printers and uploaded models data. The models were manufactured by remote online printers. The platform provides excellent products manufacturing environment for 3D printer owners and users. Products and printers are full information sharing. The economic benefit is rich.

Abstract: As a major part of higher education, higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility to cultivate skilled and qualified talents. However, due to some disadvantageous factors, higher vocation education encounters problems. In this paper we focused on exploring its new development. We suggest higher vocational colleges should establish related department to offer technology services for the society, thus to improve and perfect its teaching method and management concept, at the same time, to provide more opportunities for teachers to participate in research and practice.

Abstract: The development of sensor networks ,embedded systems and network technique has promoted the blossom of the Internet of things (IOT).However ,most of existing IOT systems are Web Services based and independent development ,which is of high coupling .Besides ,it is quite complex to add new applications to the system. This paper proposes an application of IOT development pattern ,which is based on REST style. It considers the sensor node and data generating process as resource ,and allows isomerous system modules build new application in the way of REST framework. At the same time, we designs the prototype of IOT service platform system and provides the specific implementation technique and system verification.

Abstract: As producing and outsourcing services (POS) are appearing to be increasingly explosive nowadays in manufacturing industry, an efficient technology is needed immediately to manage the POS relationships, create manufacturing orders and integrate the distributed social manufacturing resources. Therefore, a web-based mobile producing and outsourcing service platform (mobi-POSP) for industrial equipment manufacturing is built up and proposed in this paper. Its running principles, designed functions and some key enabling technologies are talked in detail. Finally, four truly cases run in the prototype mobi-POSP to show its feasibility and applicability.

Abstract: Effective logistics performance in manufacturing enterprises is always viewed as one main source of their competitive advantages and as the key element in the success of enterprises. Establishing logistics service platform for manufacturing business in the region fits well in with needs which appeal to strengthen the cooperation between logistics enterprises and other enterprises, to allocate social logistics resources and to optimize supply chain. Combining forward-looking perspective with phased process, the design of logistics service platform should take a few elements into consideration, such as, the characteristic of local manufacturing business and its demands; in the meantime, some service functions must be equipped as well like logistics transaction-dealing, storage, distribution, freight forwarder and safety certificate and so on.

Abstract: Based on the data and assumptions of Modeling Problem B in the 12th National Mathematical Contest, and through building the models, this paper studies the node allocation in the traffic patrol service platform jurisdiction, the full and fast blockade of the platform scheduling, a reasonable increase of the service platform in the blind area , the evaluation of the service platform, and the best design of the police lockdown plan. Furthermore, combined with the analysis of the police time, the balanced degree and effective coverage, the model is optimized.
