Abstract: The product quality of hard steel material formed by a shaping machine using HSS tools was studied under the influence of machining variables. The research focused on the effects of tool vibration on the surface roughness of the product. The experimental process was carried out by selecting the machining independent variables, namely: cutting speed (V) = 1 m/min; 2 m/min; 3 m/min; cutting thickness (a) = 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm; feeding motion (f) = 5 mm/step; 8mm/step; 10 mm/step. Shaping machine was operated with 3 fixed speed levels (n) of 21.8 rpm, 39 rpm and 59.8 rpm, respectively. The dependent variable, namely stroke per minute (np); and feed rate (Vf). The material used was ASTM A483-A high carbon steel. Vibration measurements were taken during machining using an ADXL 345 accelerometer and an Arduino Pro Mini with support for Arduino IDE 1.8.13 and USB TTL CP 2120 software. Vibration acceleration (af) on the tool was recorded and an evaluation was performed to determine the effects of machining variables on the final products. The results show that speed lavel of machine, feed rate , and cutting thickness majorly affect vibration. The lowest vibration was obtained at a speed (n) of 21.8 rpm, a feed rate (Vf) of 1 mm/s, and cutting thickness (a) of 0.2 mm. The highest vibration was obtained at n of 59.6 rpm, Vf = 1 mm/s and a of 0.4 mm. The quality of the product related to the surface roughness was mainly influenced by the machine speed levels. The roughness values ranged from 3.97 to 6.46 µm, with the lowest surface roughness or smoother surface achieved at a moderate speed of 39 rpm and higher surface roughness at high (59.8 rpm) and low (21.8 rpm) speeds.

Abstract: Modern continuous mills FQM are high-performance technological units that allow you to get products of a wide range. The paper presents the results of the study of the effect of the time of holding the mandrel in the extreme position of the continuous mill FQM (Fine Quality Mill) on the probability of defect formation of surface defects. The problems of сcomputational simulation of the process of continuous rolling of pipes were set and solved. It is established that the increase in the holding time of the mandrel allows to reduce the sliding of the metal on the surface of the tool, and contributes to a stable process of removing the mandrel without the formation of defects on the inner surface of the draft pipe. The results of solving the problems of сcomputational modeling allowed to formulate technical recommendations aimed at reducing the probability of surface defects in the production of pipes at the FQM mill.

Abstract: Motion analysis was carried out on the working device of shaper. The simulation model of the Shaping machine is established based on the multi-mechanical system simulation software ADAMS. Through the simulation analysis, we can get the kinematics characteristics of each rod of shaper. In the method, simulation is authentic, visualized and convenient in measurement. The result shows that the method is efficient and useful in the kinematic and dynamic characteristics analysis of mechanism.

Abstract: In this paper, a kind of amplifying and shaping circuit was designed according to the characteristics of high frequency and small amplitude of surface acoustic wave (SAW) gas sensor signal. The circuit is applied to two-channel mixing detection method to solve the problem that backend devices cannot identify sensor signal. The whole circuit is simple in structure and has very good shaping effect on voltages signal of millivolt level, meeting the need of the sensor of gas detection.

Abstract: The scene of single laser beam light is too small for the smoke field testing and the synchronization problem also unavoidable when it works at scanning way. In order to insure the measurement precision for the disturbance effect of smoke to imaging detectors, it introduces the design and key principles of lasers array with multi small power same semiconductor laser after beam homogeneous enlarge shaping. It can measure 3.5m×3.5m smoke area which can full of scene of CCD (10o×10o) at 20m distance in the field testing smoke with 3×3 beam homogenous enlarge shaping laser array.

Abstract: Shaping Burrs are produced at the edge of a workpiece when a cutter exits it. It causes difficulties in manufacturing and assembly stages. Several attempts were made to minimize burr to suppress deburring to improve productivity. Deburring of the surface in shaping operation in railways industry and other industries is a great problem. An investigation on burr formation at the exit edge of aluminum alloy (4600-M) flats in shaping operation is done in this work under dry environment. It is found out that burr is negligible at 150 exit edge bevel angle. Distribution of shear stress is analyzed using FEM to validate the experimental results. It is found that maximum equivalent stress and deformation at different points on the 150 exit edge bevel angle become minimum justifying the experimental observation. Hence, an exit edge bevel of 150 may be adopted to have minimum burr formation.

Abstract: Images from the superresolution refers to a series of low resolution observation image reconstruction of high resolution images. Compressed and shaping of diffractive spot with the throne of circular mask is studied in this article, in order to improve the resolution of the image. Theory and simulation results of superresolution is given based on the diffraction spot compression and shaping in this paper,Which is very important for the study in laser communications and other field.
