Abstract: In this paper, the computer simulation software Moldflow was used to analyse the characteristics of cooling, flowing, pressure maintaining, and warping in the process of injection filling for the tea ceremony electromagnetic oven baseplate, which could guide the optimization of machining process. Meanwhile, the development cycle of products would be greatly shortened and the cost would be reduced, which could produce significant economic benefits [1-5].

In this context, this paper designs a kind of robot intelligent processing system with high precision machinery. And it has realized the intelligent online control on the machining process by using the high precision machining intelligent online monitoring technology and the numerical simulation prediction technology. Finally, this system is introduced into the process of data mining for volleyball game, and designs the partial differential variational data mining model, which has realized the key parameter data mining of volleyball games service system, and has provided reliable parameters and technical support for the training of volleyball players.

Abstract: The production process of the thermal power plant is transferring primary energy to secondary energy. Loss of energy is quite large for coal machine. When using air supply machine and other boiler auxiliary equipments, saving energy, reducing energy consumption is an important way to reduce the cost. This paper first analyzes the basic principle of energy transformations generation field and principle characteristics of thermal automatic control system during the production process. On the basis of energy saving and low cost framework, according to the single loop feedback construction, we establish automatic control system model of thermal power plant. Through comprehensive cloud generator we do simulation on thermal power enterprises, the result is significant. It shows that this model can provide scientific theoretical basis for the operation mode of power generation enterprises in a certain degree.

Abstract: Based on the discrete mathematics model, this paper analyzes and studies the artificial intelligence virtual technology of computer and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the model through the virtual numerical experiment of computers simulation. The first part of the article describes the key of computers artificial intelligence virtual process and virtual technology and discusses the analog signal and conversion process of digital signal and the visualization process. Base on this, this paper establishes the discrete mathematical model of computers logic. This model can determine the signal and issue digital signal and control instruction. At last, this paper designs a virtual computers simulation and verifies the reliability of the model through the successful control of multi-freedom of virtual human. It also has been extended to piano playing process and concluded the time visualization chart of the pianos frequency response event which provides a technical reference for the study of vocal performance process simulation.

Abstract: The computer simulation design technology plays a very important role in the construction of large venues, which can not only improve the quality of building construction but can provide information technology reference for the construction process. In the process of constructing sports venues, the lights of the stadium cannt produce vertiginous effect due to the need of indoor sports activities. By applying computer simulation technology, using catia software to build model for the venue and taking advantage of workbench software to make simulation for the light in the venue, this paper obtains the light effect of the stadium under the function of three kinds of tubes and the tubes of different intensity. Thus, it provides the technical reference for the application of computer information technology to the construction of sports venues.

Abstract: A subminiature submersible has been designed on the basis of the condition of the marine ranching, especially the shape of the submersible in view of the complex environment of marine ranching. Its mainly designed from three major movements, namely advance, ups-downs and yawing movement; it can complete three degrees of freedom movement. At the same time a force analysishas beengiven. Thetransfer functions have been deduced, and the simulation structure has been designed according to its kinematics model. According to the simulation results, the feasibility of the kinematics model was verified.

Abstract: The paper presents results of a computer simulation of dynamic processes caused by electron injection and charging-up effects in ferroelectrics irradiated by electron bunches with average energy. The implementation of electron transport simulation in ferroelectrics was performed by Monte-Carlo method to express the initial volume charge distribution. The calculation of charging characteristics was based on solution of Poisson equation using finite element method. The calculated distribution of potential as well as field intensity electron beam-induced for model sample were analyzed at given experimental parameters.

Abstract: In the process of wire electrical discharge machining, the wire electrode inevitably suffers bending deformation due to wire tension, electrostatic force, electrodynamics force, etc., and the deflection would make an clearly negative impact upon the machining accuracy, productivity and stability. In this paper, first of all, a novel modeling and simulation method is proposed for quantitatively calculating the wire deflection. Secondly, the mainly impact factors and trend of wire deflection have been concluded. Moreover, the feasibility of the model is proved by comparing with other researchers models. Eventually, the practical approaches of reducing wire deflection and improving the machining accuracy have been proposed.

Abstract: PI control strategy was introduced into rotor side converter of DFIG control with the mathematical models and the structure of stator flux-oriented vector control. As the main problem of conventional PID controller with parameters fixed in the whole control process, and influence of three PID control parameters can not be distinguished between different stages, so, the adaptive fuzzy PID control was introduced into RSC control system. The parameters were tuned by adaptive fuzzy control, the design of membership was designed and the control feature was verified with simulation.

Abstract: Servo pneumatics is a mechatronic approach that enables accurate position control of pneumatic drives with high speed. The current study presents a comparison of two servo techniques for position control of pneumatic cylinders. One method uses a proportional valve and another method uses PWM controlled solenoid valves. Mathematical models of the system including the nonlinearities such as mass flow rate, pressure in cylinder chambers and frictional forces are presented in this paper. Using the simulation model created in Matlab-Simulink software, the two systems are analyzed for tracking performances. From the responses it is observed that the proportional valve technique has better tracking characteristics than PWM control technique.
