Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the fire possibility of the cotton packages by the friction heating during the transportation by train. Theoretical simulation was conducted for the friction heating with a typical amplitude and frequency. The results suggest that the hot point induced by the sliding friction between the iron string joints around the package and the iron floor is the heat source for the heat transfer progress. It is also illustrated that the calculated temperatures on the surface of cotton package near the friction point are still a little lower that the rapid pyrolysis temperature of cotton material in a rather worse situation. However, more and more heat may accumulate inside the cotton package if there is a long-time heating for it. The smoldering of the cotton packages may still happen and turn into a cotton fire in train when there are also some other factors at the same time.

Abstract: The article presents the partial knowledge of the area of building thermal physics. The goal is to evaluate the measured data of the temperatures the lightweight-construction of external wall, which is made in three different material solutions and three different colored exterior side surfaces and evaluation of thermal parameters of three window constructions from different material and different glass systems. It is a measurement of two chambers of the pavilion type, where the samples are placed on the facade and they are exposed to the real action of external climatic factors. From the inside they are made stationary conditions. The rooms have minimized heat loss of heat passing through interior walls and air filtration.Temperature measurements are made at different places of assessed constructions and they underway continuously throughout the year. The article will publish initial results only of temperature measurements. After completing the laboratory of additional sensors will be able to be processed year round thermal balance observed envelope and opening constructions.

Abstract: In elementary school buildings, a risk of summer overheating occurs due to large windows which secure and high quality of daylight. It leads to large solar gains. The article analyzes an effect of sun-shading design interacting with ventilation modes for the internal air temperature. Analysis was done with simulation calculation. Results show that the maximum temperature does not fall below θai = 28°C in any case of all alternatives and combinations. In this case, cooling is necessary.

Abstract: The next step in energy efficiency building design focus on near energy zero buildings. To design such buildings is important to understand how people use low energy building and to find reserves in energy. The paper presents an analysis of reserves in a family house. The analysis is done with simulations of different design and operation solutions based on knowledge from in situ measurements. Results show there are reserves in the heating and cooling period of year, which can lead to further energy savings of up to 15% and internal environment improvements.

Abstract: Multi-domain perimeter intrusion detection system by one machine is based on leaky cable. To solving the problem that the multi-frequency electromagnetic disturbance signal detection circuit is complex and repeated, a method is raised, which is without processing by different frequency, sending the intrusion disturbance signal from multisport to processing circuit to perform FFT, contrasting it with signal spectra without disturbance by frequency analysis, and determining if intrusion happened, the number of intrusion case, detailed place and domain. Simulation study is performing by Matlab, which demonstrated the feasibility and advantage in the project.

Abstract: In order to study the sensor distribution program in health monitoring of side forklift steering, we visited many ports and warehouses for inspection of side forklift steering safety in Huangpu district of Guangzhou, and summarized the most dangerous part of steering failure. Then we built a model of the steering mechanism which was simplified, and did motion simulation analysis .Then the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out on the ball pin. Finally, through the simulation calculation of maximum stress under various working conditions, we can determine the position of sensors stationing, and it provided with the train of thought of sensors distribution in health monitoring of side forklift steering mechanism.

Abstract: In order to increase the oil production and ultimate recovery of Xingbei area of Daqing oil field, according to the geologic conditions of Xingbei region .The reasonable injection parameters of polymer flooding were discussed considering geologic information , experiments in lab, economic benefit . The study consists of analyzing the law governing of the remaining oil in Xingbei. By applying the methods of the combination of geological modeling and simulation for analyzing different polymer molecular weight, concentration, dosage and injection rate. concludes the influence of different injection parameters to ultimate oil recovery, This paper provides a theoretical basis and experimental support for apricot north polymer flooding of Xingbei area of Daqing oilfield .

Abstract: Based on the software of Deform-3D , the blooming process of H-beam has been simulated. The effect of different blooming temperature, different initial grain size and different rolling speed on residual stress was analyzed. According to the simulation from result , in the blooming process ,the residual stress of large sized H-Beam is mainly caused by uneven deformation. The big deformation exists in web. The flange deformation is only generated in the rolling surface. This uneven deformation leads to big residual stress in rolling piece. The residual stress of higher blooming temperature is much bigger than that of lower blooming temperature . Enlarging blank grain size has caused residual stress of web reduction, however, the whole residual stress will increase. Increasing the rolling speed of box-pass can significantly reduce the residual stress of R-joint and edges of flange.
