Abstract: Indoor precise control field can be used for providing Object-space information in Close Range Photogrammetry. The technique and method to devise the precise control field which can meet multipurpose of research needs fast,conveniently and accurately is an important issue of digital photogrammetry. The paper discusses the method to establish the simulation design system of indoor precise control field with VRML and VB, and uses the system to guide the construction of an indoor precise control field,achieves the corresponding function. The result shows that,on the aspect of simulation design and three-dimensional visualization of indoor precise control field, the modeling approach of the system is flexible and the scene is realistic, furthermore,the system has convenient connection with the database,and perfect interactive function with the models,it can also support visual analysis, bidirectional query of the data automated modeling, camera calibration and meet the application need of algorithm and accuracy assessment.

Abstract: Based on BP neural network algorithm, combined with PID linear control theory, we establish neural network residual training model of mechanical seal device, and design the simulation system of mechanical seal device with FLUENT simulation software. In order to verify the availability and reliability of the system, we design two different mechanical sealing devices, and do simulation calculation on the two kinds of devices. We get the sealing pressure field and velocity field distribution curve of device 1 and device 2. Through calculation we get sealing quality change curve with time. Through comparing the two different sealing performances we found the sealing effect of device 2 is better, the sealing efficiency reaches 98.2%, which meets the design requirements of the mechanical seal.

Abstract: As the hydro-engineering projects are often featured with long construction period, great investment and many cooperative departments; moreover, they are usually seriously affected by natural resources, topography, geology and hydro-meteorological condition; it seems quite necessary to design a set of network monitoring system to store, simulate and analyze the historical hydrologic data and planning data. This paper first briefly analyzes the simulation design status of current network monitoring system for hydropower stations, then explores or analyzes the structure of network monitoring system for small and medium-scale hydropower stations and the detailed design programs, and finally it describes its application prospects so as to offer references for others.

Abstract: Sensor system of the belt conveyor is designed, then corrective and alarm command is given. According to the signal of real-time monitoring, belt deviation state is determined, and roller axis position is adjusted in order to achieve the purpose of deviation – adjusting. Based on dynamic monitoring of the belt conveyor, corrective devices are constructed, and hydraulic servo system model is designed by Matlab software in this paper, then the stability of the system is analyzed.

Abstract: Automatic box unfolding and closing mechanisms are the important components of the horizontal type boxing line. The process principle of box unfolding and closing mechanisms was researched based on the production requirement of the boxing line. The structure scheme was brought out, which was mainly composed of box opening mechanism, box unfolding mechanism, posture keeping device, box closing mechanism and sealing device. The composition and working principle of pneumatic control system of the box unfolding and closing mechanisms was analyzed and the pneumatic sequential operation control circuitry with multi-cylinders was simulation designed and debugged by using the software FluidSim. The control system was also constructed of PLC module and its assistant components, whose program was compiled and simulated in the software GX Developer and Simulator. The theoretical basis for researching and developing the packing line was established by proposing the solution and design method of pneumatic control system driving the box unfolding and closing mechanisms.

Abstract: To satisfy the demand of inlet pressure for air powered engine, it is necessarily to design control valve. The design idea of control valve was proposed, and the models for simulation design were established. These models are air bottle state model, open area model of control valve, spool dynamic model and shape calculation model of characteristic vent. Based on these models, the joint simulation and the experiment test have been done. The result shows that the designed control valve can provide required inlet pressure for air powered engine and satisfy the work demand well. The result of the experiment verifies the rationality and validity of the simulation design, and the method can be used in the design of the congener valve.
