Abstract: This study deals with evaluation of smart economic transfemral Prosthetic consist of a new design and manufacturing of knee joint and design and manufacture of a simple electronic circuit that is programmed to control the muscle pressure on the sensor during movement and transfer the voltage of force sensor after processing in microcontroller to the electric motor to flexion and extend the knee joint. A number of tests were carried out to evaluate the smart prosthetic. Gait cycle and EMG tests were performed on a patient with amputation above the knee in two cases, the first is when the patient is wearing the traditional limb and the second is when the patient is wearing the smart prosthetic. The results showed that the gait cycle during the wearing of the smart prosthetic is more acceptable, stable and balanced than the case of the traditional prosthetic wear. The results of EMG test showed that muscles need less effort during movement when wearing a smart limb and this indicates that the energy spent is less and thus provide comfort to the patient. The results of the finite element analysis (ANSYS 14.5) of the knee joint confirmed the strength of the joint and its ability to carry high weights for patients.

Abstract: Internal environment and appropriate natural lighting of the building interior largely affects the health status and course of treatment of patients with psychiatric diagnoses such as depression, Alzheimer and disorder of functions. In particolar, this paper aims to show how smart glass surfaces, allowing the entry of natural lighting, can better support therapeutic process. It is important to elaborate knowledge for optimized lighting conditions in different healthy populations as well as in patients suffering from visual impairments and circadian rhythm disorders. To contribute to the development of new technologies about smart glass surfaces related to various aspects of light conditions for different populations and patients. In the process of preparation of architectural guidelines it is essential to summarize the findings of the researchers, technologiekst, designers, doctors and other related professionals working in particular environments and based on their incentives to specify requirements the architectural or technical design of the space for elederly people.

Abstract: The Korea Atomic Energy Research Institutes has been developing the SMART (System integrated Modular Advanced ReacTor), an environment-friendly nuclear reactor, for the generation of electricity, and to perform desalination. SMART reactors can be exposed to various external and internal loads caused by seismic and coolant flows. Reactor structures need to be maintained for the reactor’s safety and integrity against these loads during the operational time of the SMART. This paper presents two FE-models, 3-D solid models of the reactor internals in the air and in the coolant, and then compares the results of the dynamic characteristic for the two FE-models using a commercial Finite Element tool, ANSYS V12. A solver was selected by the Block Lanczos method. These FE-models are looking forward to being executed in various researches concerning the SMART in further studies.

Abstract: To investigate the molecular mechanism of ester-producing of acetate yeast, a cDNA library was constructed based on Switching Mechanism At 5’ end of the RNA Transcript (SMART) technique using Construction Kit. The result of the test showed that the primary constructed cDNA library had a cloning capacity of 3×106 and the length of the inserted fragment was between 1-3kb,the coverage of cDNA library was 74.07%. The quality of the library could meet the requirements.

Abstract: Aiming at the business requirements of the urban metro transport operational asset management, this paper explored urban metro transport operational asset management system; by means of analyzing information cost of urban metro transport, smart urban metro transport operational asset management system were put forward, and the characteristics and relationship: “Asset Instrumentation, Resource Virtualization, Capacity Servitization, Business Collaboration and Decision-making Intelligentialize” in full life-cycle operational asset management process were discussed in details. Finally, system construction suggestions were given.

Abstract: The traditional tourism services tend to use tourism resources as the center. They ignore individual characteristics and contextual information of the user side. The provided service is static, and doesnt meet the real needs of the users. A service mechanism based on context awareness is presented which consists of data, platform and services. It sets up data center based on users and gets context data according to rules .It uses the cloud computing technology to provide distributed processing, storage and retrieval capability for big data. It also establishes tourism service confirming to requirements of the users and dynamic adjusts service mode according to the user context information. Simulation results show that the mechanism can realize the demand for tourism services in conjunction with the individual characteristics of user.

Abstract: Data aggregation technique is widely used for its advantages in reducing data throughput and avoiding collision. Meanwhile, it also introduces some additional security concerns. So it is meaningful to research secure data aggregation. We firstly introduced the related concepts and key technologies of WSNs secure data aggregation. Then an effective data aggregation algorithm (EDAA) is proposed after the SMART algorithm is analyzed. The algorithm is simulated in NS2 software, and the result shows that the data aggregation algorithm EDAA can effectively reduce the transmission costs and the energy consumption of nodes

Abstract: In this paper, the simulation support software and the simulation application software have been used to reappear the functions of 220kv Yanling substation by computer. And the simulation training system provides some functions in control such as dealing with abnormal or accident, operation record. Besides the function of the conventional simulation training system, the function of intelligent equipment operation, and the display and data acquisation are simulated, and the data transmission of MMS nets, GOOSE nets and SV nets are simulated. The relay protection with point-to-point analogy acquisition and point-to-point trip, and the advanced application of a key sequence control, abnormal and accident treatment of the smart substation are also simulated. Now the system has been completed and put into use.
